3月25日，梁振英当选新一任香港行政长官。在当选后的首个记者会上，谈到选后如何让各界重新团结起来，他说：

“从今日起，没有唐营、何营、梁营之分，只有香港营。”

如果素有研究政治演讲的朋友，不难察觉这有明显的奥巴马的影子。为何这么说呢？2004年7月27日，美国民主党召开全国党代表大会，通过提名克里为总统候选人，挑战角逐连任的小布什。但这晚的主角，除了克里之外，还有一个名字古怪的黑人小子。这晚的主题演讲，就由这位名不见经传的小子发表。正当大家心里嘀咕着什么葫芦卖什么药时，旋即被他光芒四射的表现所震慑，事后《时代》周刊更称赞其为“全国代表大会史上最佳演说之一”。

这个名字古怪的黑人小子，就是奥巴马。

演说当中最精采、后来被媒体引用最多的，就是以下一段：

There's not a liberal America and a conservative America;there's the United States of America.There's not a black America and white America and Latino America and Asian America;there's the United States of America.（没有自由派的美国、保守派的美国，只有美利坚合众国。没有黑人的美国、白人的美国、拉美裔人的美国和亚裔的美国，只有美利坚合众国。）

大家看看，无论语法结构，还是内含信息，两者是不是如出一辙呢？当然，也别只取笑梁营，唐营那边又何尝不是如此。

唐英年当日发表败选演讲时，说到哽咽的那两句：

“大家可以难过，但不必悲伤。”

读者朋友是否觉得更加熟口熟面呢？

没错。原因很简单，就在短短两个月前，台湾“总统”大选当晚，蔡英文那篇让人拍案叫好的败选演说，高潮部分就是如下一段：“今天晚上，我相信大家心里都很难过，如果你心里真的很难过，就让它发泄出来……你可以哭泣，但不要泄气。你可以悲伤，但是不要放弃。”唐的文胆也实在太过“落雨收柴”，就这样省时省力，把别人的金句几乎照搬过来。

事实上，1月台湾“总统”选举时，我特地去了一趟，去观察这次选举。大选结果公布的那一夜，身边不少朋友去了蓝营，庆祝马英九当选，感受胜选的喜悦，而我却选择了去绿营。那一夜凄风苦雨，在蔡英文设于新北市竞选总部门外的广场上，聚集了大批等候结果的群众。人们没有因为从电视直播的点票中，逐渐看到蔡大势已去，而纷纷作鸟兽散，反而继续坚定地站着，等待她露面的一刻。因为大家知道，自己来到这里的理由，不是为了知道她会赢，不是为了锦上添花，而是为了有所坚持——即使在最困难的时候，也有所坚持。结果，在这样凄美的环境下，我遇上平生最动人的一个画面，听到一篇最感人的演讲。除了前述被唐营“借用”的几句外，我还很喜欢以下几段：

“我要请大家回想一下，4年前，我们曾经是这么的绝望，我们所要挑战的山顶，曾经被认为是遥不可及。但是，我们咬着牙，整个党团结在一起，在这4年，一步一步地往前走。这一次，我们已经接近山顶，我们还差1里路。”

“各位，你们真的不要怀忧丧志。台湾不能没有反对的声音，台湾不能没有制衡的力量。未来这4年，虽然我们没有办法以执政者的角色，来实践我们的理想；但是，这并不代表，在野就没有力量。

“我相信，只要大家继续站在我们身后，给我们支持，给我们鞭策，我们一定还有未来！下一次，我们一定可以走完最后1里路！”

我以前在本专栏写过，一篇好的败选演讲，能在败选的打击下，凝聚士气，为支持者指出信念所在，让大家对未来保持希望。这几段，尤其是当中“1里路”的比喻，无疑是做到了。只要拿梁、唐的演说，与之作一对比，可谓高下立判，也只能让人慨叹香港政治人材的凋零了。

第二篇：马英九胜选演讲

马英九胜选演讲：从感恩出发，从谦卑做起

各位立法委员，各位民意代表，各位竞选总部的同仁，我们亲民党的宋主席，在现场以及电视机旁的“全国”民众，大家晚安，大家好！

现在我向大家报告，刚才开票结果统计，我与萧万长先生得票已经超过一半，当选“中华民国”第十二任的“总统”、“副总统”。我要强调的是，这次的选举结果不是我们马萧个人的胜利，也不是国民党一个党的胜利，这是全体台湾人民的胜利，大家说对不对？这次台湾所有希望求新求变、希望开放改革、希望和谐向前行的人民共同的胜利对不对？

更重要的是，我们完成了台湾历史上第四次的公民直接“总统”选举，在平和的情况下落幕，代表了我们民主政治又向前迈进了一步，大家说对不对？

从选举的结果可以看得出来，台湾的人民心声是什么，台湾人民希望政府清廉，不要贪腐，台湾人民政治安定，不要内斗，台湾人民希望和谐，不要撕裂，台湾人民希望两岸和平，不要战争，大家说对不对？过去这一年，我从南到北，访问了260多个乡镇市，接触到50万以上的民众，我深刻感觉到，我们台湾人的要求其实并不多，我们只希望能够过安定和平的日子，我们生活要过的好，而且最重要的我们要能够维持台湾之所以成为台湾的核心价值，就是善良、坚韧、包容、刻苦，对不对？

这八年来，越来越多的台湾人民对政治感到厌烦，对口水战感到痛恨，但是人民却共同希望王建民能够胜投，希望中华队能够取得奥运参赛权，台湾人民不分蓝绿都是一样的，对不对？

台湾人民并不希望大富大贵，但是他们有权利要求不要过苦日子。对不对？台湾已经是个民主社会，人民之间政治的看法或许并不相同，彼此也会批评，但是我相信每个人都可以同意的是，我们不能够在原地踏步，在内耗空转下去了。所以我们认为，只有改变，台湾才有希望，只有改变，人民才有机会，对不对？

所以我向大家报告，人民的声音我们听见了，我们现在的感觉，虽然是胜选，我们高兴，但是更重要的，我们心里面了解到，这是一个重大责任的承担，我们必须要把人民的付托变成政策、变成施政，才能回报大家对我们的支持，大家说对不对？

1月12日我们立法院的选举，国民党拿到三分之二的席次，现在“总统”大选我们又能够过半，这代表着人民支持我们，完全执政、完全负责的看法，大家说对不对？

这代表着萧院长跟我出来参选，为的不是个人和家庭的荣华富贵，我们知道我们的肩上的重担不是千斤而是万斤，请各位放心，我们就任后一定以最快的速度把我们提出来“中央”的政见变成预算，最终落实，最终考核，一定要贯彻到底，好不好？

所以选举的结束只是承担的开始，选举的结束也是改变的开始，我再强调一遍，唯有改变台湾才有希望，唯有改变，人民才有机会。我要在这里向我们的竞争对手说几句话，谢长廷先生，苏贞昌先生，他们的竞选团队和支持者，我也要向他们致意，这次选举，大家当然有许多的批评，甚至有许多的火花，但是我们从来不敢忽视民进党在过去几十年当中对于台湾民主、台湾进步的贡献，不论我们的看法有什么不同，但是我们至少共同完成了台湾史上第四次的“总统”直选，让“总统”选举能够在基本上平和的情况下落幕，我们对这次的选举都做出我们应该有的努力，也完成了台湾民主政治史上一个重要的里程碑，我觉得不论输赢如何，我们应该同感骄傲，民主自由是台湾最重要的资产，我们生活在其中，平常也许感受不到，但是一定关键时刻，民主自由所展现的力量会非常大，这是台湾最大的资产，也是台湾最迷人的资产。

民主、自由是我们台湾最核心的价值，萧院长跟我在未来都愿意以我们最大的力量和生命捍卫他，好不好。我也要在这里承诺，我们

5月20日执政后，一定努力争取民进党以及其他在野党派合作与支持，共同为台湾未来打拼。我也要承诺，谢先生提出19项的重要政见，我们也会若干纳入我们施政的重要参考。我认为倾听人民的声音，尊重在野党和媒体，不干预独立机关的运作和扶持社会中间的力量，是推动阳光政治、维护多元制衡以及让台湾继续在民主的大道上前进的重要步骤，我保证上任后，一定身体力行。

各位亲爱的乡亲，选举只是一时的，但是人民的福祉、社会的安定、“国家”的前途却是永久的，选举只是决定这四年内由谁来管理这个政府，我们不必过度的看重，而是应该想到选举的结束就是执政的开始，而选举当中，它的本质是政治性的，会冲突、对立，但是执政后是行政性的，我们不会因为有500多万人没有投票给我我们就不照顾他，他们都是我们的人民，大家都是人民，我们一定会一视同仁，不分党派的照顾。

我要在这里向大家保证，执政后的国民党，会从感恩出发，从谦卑做起，我们会努力的倾听人民的心声，我们在野八年，非常感受到人民对现状的痛苦和无奈，我们会把他们的心声当成是我们执政最主要的依据，我们会勇敢的检讨、反省，我们会努力的来改革，来把我们社会改的更好。所有的政策我们一定会贯彻到底。

萧院长跟我，未来执政之后一定努力，能够以身作则。我们要让所有的孩子们能够看到一些正面的示范，如果让孩子们感觉到他不会跟我们学坏，这才是政治人物应该做的正面示范。大家说对不对？

一个民主国家，政党执政、下野，上上下下是家常便饭，其实不必过度的解读，和平竞争、和平轮替，将来一定是政党政治的常态，在这里我要感谢支持我的民众，支持我的朋友们，你们给我们一个机会，让台湾能够大步向前迈进，我和萧院长一定尽快来达到各位的期待。特别感谢各地竞选总部的干部，因为你们到处拜票拉票，才让我们有今天的成果。我也要感谢国民党吴主席以及所有党部同仁，你们的支持是我们成功重要的支柱。我也要感谢所有警察同仁、维安人员以及“国安”系统人员，因为你们把安全工作做的很好，让选举在非常激情气氛下和平落幕。

各位乡亲，各位女士、先生，选举已经告一段落，我们把激情收起来，卷起袖子要推动建设，台湾不能再等待，台湾不能再蹉跎，台湾不能再犹豫，台湾必须要进步。

我相信，今天是台湾进步改革的开始，未来的台湾我相信一定是越来越旺，大家说对不对。各位乡亲父老，各位我亲爱的台湾人民，是不是请各位再一次和我一起来喊台湾向前行，台湾一定赢。

奥巴马2012年胜选演讲---最美好的一切属于未来

Thank you.Thank you.Thank you so much.Tonight, more than 200 years after a former colony won the right to determine its own destiny to perfect our union moves forward.(Applause)

非常感谢你们。今夜，在当年的殖民地赢得了决定自己命运的权利200多年以后，让美利坚合众国更加完美的任务又向前推进了一步。

Now we will disagree, sometimes fiercely about how to get there – as it has for more than two centuries progress will come in fits and starts it's not always a straight line, it's not always a smooth path.By itself the recognition we have common hopes and dreams won't end all the gridlock, or solve all our problems or substitute for all the painstaking work for building our consensus or making the difficult compromises needed to move this country forward.But that common bond is where we must begin.Our economy is recovering.A decade of war is ending.A long campaign is now over.And whether I earned your vote or not I have listened to you, I have learned from you and you've made me a better president and with your stories and your struggles I return to the White House more determined and more inspired about the work there is to do and the future that lies ahead.(Applause)

Tonight you voted for action, not politics as usual.You elected us to focus on your jobs, not ours.And in the coming weeks and months I am looking forward to reaching out and working with leaders of both parties to meet the challenges we can only solve together;reducing our deficit, reforming our tax code, fixing our immigration system, freeing ourselves from foreign oil.We've got more work to do!今晚你们 把票投给了行动，而不是像以往投给了政治。你们选举我们来专注于你们的工作，而不是我们的工作。在未来的几周和几个月内，我将期待与两党领袖接触并合作，以便面对我们团结一致才能解决的问题。减少赤字，改革税法，修改移民制度，摆脱对外国石油的依赖。我们还很更多工作要做。

But that doesn't mean your work is done.The role of citizen in our democracy does not end with your vote.America has never been about what can be done for us it's about what can be done by us together through the hard and frustrating but necessary work of self government.That is the principle we were founded on.但这并不意味着你们的工作就此结束。民主国家公民的角色并不随着投票完结而结束。美国看重的从来都不是能够为我们个人做些什么，而是我们团结一致通过自治这一艰难、令人倍感挫折但必要的工作能够实现什么。这正是我们的立国之本。

This country has more wealth than any nation, but that's not what makes us rich.We have the most powerful military in history but that's not what makes us strong.Our university, our culture, are all the envy of the world but that's what

keeps the world coming to our shores.What makes America exceptional are the bonds that hold together the most diverse nation on earth, the belief that our destiny is shared, that this country only works when we except certain obligations to one another and the future generations so that the freedom which so many Americans have fought for and died for comes with responsibilities as well as rights and among those are love, and charity, and duty, and patriotism.That's what makes America great.*cheers* 美国的财富多于世界上任何其他国家，但真正让我们富有的并非金钱；我们拥有有史以来最强大的军力，但真正让我们充满力量的并非军队；我们的大学和文化为全世界所艳羡，但美国真正吸引各国人踏上这片土地的魅力也不在于此。真 正让美国与众不同的，是将这个地球上最多元化的国家的人民团结到一起的那些纽带。是我们共命运的信念，是只有当我们肩负某些对彼此以及对后代的责任美国才 能走下去的信念，是无数的美国人前赴后继为之奋斗的自由──它既赋予了我们权利，也给我们带来了责任；是爱、慈善、义务和爱国。正是这些让美国变得伟大。

If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible;who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time;who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.It’s the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen;by people who waited three hours and four hours, many for the very first time in their lives, because they believed that this time must be different;that their voice could be that difference.It’s the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled – Americans who sent a message to the world that we have never been a collection of Red States and Blue States: we are, and always will be, the United States of America.It’s the answer that led those who have been told for so long by so many to be cynical, and fearful, and doubtful of what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.It’s been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, change has come to America.I just received a very gracious call from Senator McCain.He fought long and hard in this campaign, and he’s fought even longer and harder for the country he loves.He has endured sacrifices for America that most of us cannot begin to imagine, and we are better off for the service rendered by this brave and selfless leader.I congratulate him and Governor Palin for all they have achieved, and I look forward to working with them to renew this nation’s promise in the months ahead.I want to thank my partner in this journey, a man who campaigned from his heart and spoke for the men and women he grew up with on the streets of Scranton and rode with on that train home to Delaware, the Vice President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden.I would not be standing here tonight without the unyielding support of my best friend for the last sixteen years, the rock of our family and the love of my life, our nation’s next First Lady, Michelle Obama.Sasha and Malia, I love you both so much, and you have earned the new puppy that’s coming with us to the White House.And while she’s no longer with us, I know my grandmother is watching, along with the family that made me who I am.I miss them tonight, and know that my debt to them is beyond measure.To my campaign manager David Plouffe, my chief strategist David Axelrod, and the best campaign team ever assembled in the history of politics – you made this happen, and I am forever grateful for what you’ve sacrificed to get it done.But above all, I will never forget who this victory truly belongs to – it belongs to you.I was never the likeliest candidate for this office.We didn’t start with much money or many endorsements.Our campaign was not hatched in the halls of Washington – it began in the backyards of Des Moines and the living rooms of Concord and the front porches of Charleston.It was built by working men and women who dug into what little savings they had to give five dollars and ten dollars and twenty dollars to this cause.It grew strength from the young people who rejected the myth of their generation’s apathy;who left their homes and their families for jobs that offered little pay and less sleep;from the not-so-young people who braved the bitter cold and scorching heat to knock on the doors of perfect strangers;from the millions of Americans who volunteered, and organized, and proved that more than two centuries later, a government of the people, by the people and for the people has not perished from this Earth.This is your victory.I know you didn’t do this just to win an election and I know you didn’t do it for me.You did it because you understand the enormity of the task that lies ahead.For even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetime – two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century.Even as we stand here tonight, we know there are brave Americans waking up in the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan to risk their lives for us.There are mothers and fathers who will lie awake after their children fall asleep and wonder how they’ll make the mortgage, or pay their doctor’s bills, or save enough for college.There is new energy to harness and new jobs to be created;new schools to build and threats to meet and alliances to repair.（中文）

尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们： 大家下午好！首先，我很高兴也很荣幸能够参加这次学校学生会的竞选来这儿的目的不是为了扬名，而是要为学校美好的明天贡献自己的一点微薄之力。我很珍惜这次机会，希望我有能够为同学们服务的幸运，我以能为同学们服务而自豪。我叫孟XX，是高一（1）班班长，我竞选的职务是学生会主席。也许有人会认为我有

点狂妄，高一就想当学生会主席？说实话，面对这么多出类拔萃的竞争对手，我还真想打退堂鼓，但是另一个声音鼓励我说：站出来，不要怕，你一定能胜任！同学们对我说：站出来，不要怕，我们支持你，你一定能行！还有什么可犹豫的？于是我就充满信心的站在这里，认为自己有足够的能力胜任学生会主席这个职务，干好这个职务。我是班长，对管理有自己独到的见解。在高中近一年的时间里，我不断学习，探索管理办法，总结管理经验，丰富实践知识，正逐渐形成自己的管理风格。我的工作得到了老师和同学的认可，并取得了可喜的成绩，我们班在10月份的全校德育考核中成绩名列第一，这次期中考试全班成绩也名列第一。我曾多次被评为“优秀学生干部”。
