（二）3月19日——3月25日
一、检查教师教案和学生作业
二、各班级召开主题班会
主题：稳定——坚持——拼搏
内容： 稳定报考情绪，调整好学生心态。班会分三个层面进行
思想教育：协议生（即使签免择重，万不可掉以轻心。学校能使你签免择重，但是由于你个人原因放松或者放纵，也会失去机会）、边缘生（讲解蹦一蹦就能实现鲤鱼跳龙门的人生理想）、学困生（遵规守纪，不妨碍他人）。
三、中考报名收尾工作
四、政治、历史学科召开‘阶段复习’调研会
目的：及时找出本学科前几周复习阶段出现的问题，进行分析并最终解决问题。
五、理化生实验中考备考工作开始着手运作
六、严格落实大课间活动。重点规范下午城区班大课间。
要求：
1、按时。第七节课的任课教师决不许压堂，城区班不做眼保健操。
2、按质按量。眼操音乐响起即下课，班主任老师有效组织，在眼操音乐声停止后在楼前指定位置站好队伍准备活动，真正做到不影响第八节课的正常教学。
七、学科统练工作：
要求：
1、第一次各科统练试卷学校要进行抽查，抽查是否批阅完毕和是否
集体或个别进行了反馈。
2、各学科备课组长落实3月23日统练试题的出题人及试题范围，于本周三上午将所命制的试卷交到教导处。
3、统练试题一律统一名头为“九年级科第二次统练试题”并题上出题教师姓名。
4、落实好下几轮统练试题的责任人及命题范围。
八、第五次学科拉练赛：
时间：2012年3月24日下午15:00—17:30；
地点：九年级一、二、三班；
要求:
1、各班将参加拉练赛同学的名单上报；
2、各备课组长安排出题教师，并于3月22日前上交。

（3）有晚自习的学科不留作业（4）怎样用好《中考总复习指导》
（5）确定边缘生作业检查相应措施（进行中）

难度系数统计（未完成截止到4月28日未交的班级有：二班、五班、七班、九班、十一班、十二班、十三班、十四班、十五班、十六班，预计5月3日收齐，然后录入统计，5月5日前统计汇总形成报表上报。）
三、安排化学实验操作；（完成）
四、研讨初三各学科导学案的第一、二讲并定稿使用；（完成）
五、城区班晚自习调整；（实施中）
六、安排假期学生巩固理、化、生实验步骤，要求教师概括要点。（完成）

二、周一调查学科统练教师批卷情况，周四检查统练试卷批改是否完成，了解边缘生面批情况；（完成）
三、第三次统练学生成绩汇总，班主任做班级复习阶段性总结；（完成根据情况周三及时召开了全体边缘生会议）
四、落实年段课上、课间检查，重点检查学生的听课状况：（每日至少检查四次，要有记载。）

1.如果我…… if i were rich at first , i would buy a large amount of things ,such as cars,houses,and so on,and have a tour around the world second, i would give some money to my parents, they have worked so hard to support me, so i can go to school and study at last, i would donate some money to those poor people,they are so poor ,they have no food ,no cloth, i would do my best to help them 2.学校规则
Everybody knows that a society needs regulations and rules, so does a school.Here are my school rules.We must wear uniforms in school days.We must reach and leave school on time.We should speak putonghua in school.Don’t eat anything in the classroom and we should eat in the dining hall.We should be polite to other people.That will make us good guys in the school.We have to clean our classroom after schllo.We mustn’t fight or smoke.When we have any questions in class, we should put up our hands.We shouldn’t be allowed to get our ears piereced.Although some of the rules are strict to us, they can make us behave well.I suggest every student follow the rules, and study hard.We will have a bright future.3.学习英文方法
English is important and useful to us.How can we learn it well? Here are my suggestions.First, we should often listen to the tapes, english songs and programs.Watching english movies is also helpful to us.Second, we should speak english in class as much as possible.Don’t be afraid of making mistakes.The more you speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make.We’d better join the english club and practice with others.Third, we can read more english newspapers and magazines.It’s good for us.At last, we should recite some good passages and keep diaries.In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing, we will learn english well.4.我最喜欢的
