一、指导思想

按学校工作要求，以创优异成绩为动力，以落实 “以人为本，以学生发展为本，以博爱、开放、民主、和谐、进取”的现代学校文化精神，紧紧围绕学校“德育”的工作重心，加强德育建设，落实素质教育，狠抓班风、学风建设，为学生的学习和生活创造一个良好的班级氛围。同时，根据初三学生的心理和生理特点进行适当的心理辅导，以促进学生的健康成长。

二、目标任务

1、培养学生良好的行为规范，弘扬正气，逐步形成守纪、进取、勤奋的班风。

2、加强学风建设，培养学习兴趣，明确学习重要性，注重学法指导，提高学习效率，力争期末统考各科成绩再上一个新台阶。

三、班级情况分析：本学期我班，共有 个学生。从上学期的各方面情况来看，本班总体还是不错的——班风积极健康向上，学生思维活跃，班干部的工作能力有很大提高，大部分学生已经逐渐养成良好的学习习惯，但是仍不排除少数一些自控力较差的学生。本学期仍应进一步培养学生良好的学习习惯，争取引导个别学生有明显进步，顺利完成各科学习任务。大胆放手让学生自己干力所能及的事，并做好组织引导工作，最大限度的营造一个守纪、进取、勤奋、活跃的先进班集体。

四、具体措施

2、加快培养班干部。新学期以学生竞选、民主投票的形式选拔班干部，增加透明度和学生的自主权，让有一定管理能力且具有奉献精神的同学 1 担任班干部，明确职责、分工到人，让他们起到表率作用。定期召开班干部会议（每星期由班长负责召开一次班干部会议；每两个星期由班主任主持召开一次班干部会议），听取班干部对本班情况的汇报和建议，及时调整，确定下周行动方案。

3、迅速制定班纪班规。由学生自行确立班级发展目标，制定班级公约，作为每个学生言行的准则，师生共同遵守。

4、发扬主人翁精神，设立值周班长和值日班长制度，让每一位同学都有机会参与班级管理。定期在同学中进行调查或开讨论会，听取同学们对班级管理的意见，并采取相应的措施。

（二）、加强学风建设，营造良好的学习氛围。

1、加强与科任老师沟通，及时了解学生的学习动态。

2、定期不定期召开学习委员和科代表会议，了解学生作业的完成情况，对拖、欠作业的学生及时进行教育。

（三）、继续加强法制教育，综合整治管理

1、加大安全、法制教育。加强宣传教育，学习贯彻青少年保护等条例，培养学生法制意识，增强自我保护意识。

2、把禁毒教育纳入班会课计划，开展“上好一堂课、阅读一本书、举行一次报告、参观一个展览、观看一部录象、向父母教育一次的“六个一”活动，使学生了解毒品的危害和预防毒品的基本知识，养成健康文明的生活方式。

3、加强网络道德教育，自觉抵制外来诱惑，培养学生的自我保护能力。

4、积极主动地加强学校周边环境建设，教育学生做到“三不”，即：不买小摊贩的物品、不吃不洁食品、不在家长陪同不上网吧。

5、进一步加强学生的心理健康教育培养学生具有健全的人格。要多渠道地了解和掌握学生的心理问题信息，及时帮助学生解决心理障碍。
