新年伊始，十里坪镇扎实组织开展“五看五问”活动，努力促进全镇干部的工作作风实现大转变。

该镇“五看五问”活动的具体内容是：一看学习，自问学习氛围浓不浓。看自己是否存在学习不经常、不深入、不能学以致用的情形，切实解决政策理论水平不高的问题，真正做到坚持学习、提高素养。二看工作，自问责任心强不强。看自己是否存在工作上有“等、靠、要”思想，创新意识不强等情形，切实解决工作不积极主动，开拓创新意识不强的问题。三看纪律，自问执行严不严。看自己是否存在纪律松弛的现象，切实解决执行纪律不严的问题，真正做到遵规守纪、令行禁止。四看形象，自问端不端。看自己是否存在漠视群众、脱离群众、“吃拿卡要”等现象，切实解决群众意识淡漠、公仆意识不强，自身形象不端正的问题，真正做到立党为公、执政为民。五看作风，自问正不正。看自己是否存在精神懈怠、思想滑坡、不思进取的现象，切实解决少数干部庸、懒、散、赌、奢的问题，真正做到励精图治、奋发有为。

龙家镇五措施抓好干部作风建设

为了加强干部与群众的血肉联系，进一步强化干部作风，龙家镇认真开展“三个建设年”暨“四帮四促”活动，采取以下五项措施抓好了干部作风建设。

一是坚持理论联系实际的马克思主义学风，加强干部的理论学习。今年以来，该镇党委召开了5次中心组学习会，3次干部培训会，认真贯彻了上级党委、政府的决议，加强了该镇、村、组三级干部的理论学习。

二是牢固树立马克思主义的群众观点，认真执行干部下访制度。该镇包村干部坚持每月到农户家中3次，做好了困难群众生产生活的工作，认真写好了民情日志。

三是秉承真抓实干、务求实效的精神，紧紧围绕“加速发展、加快转型、推动跨越”的主基调，抓好了新集镇基础设施建设、新农保、新农合、抗旱救灾等工作以及该镇新农村建设和水利建设等民生工程。

四是发扬民主、团结共事，严格执行了民主集中制的各项制度规定。该镇各党支部、各村、各站所认真执行了党务公开、政务公开制度，增强了党务、政务透明度，推动了该镇民主化进程。

五是加强党风廉政建设，严格执行领导干部廉洁从政的各项规定。特别是在换届期间，该镇认真贯彻了中纪委、中组织部《关于严肃换届纪律保证换届风清气正的通知》要求，严格执行了“5个严禁、17个不准、5个一律”规定，确保了换届工作风清气正。

治庸问责“五查五看”自查自纠情况报告

近日，我局开展了治庸问责“五查五看”行风活动，我认真学习根据自查要求，联系本职工作实际，我对自己在工作和行为上的一些现象作了自我剖析，认真反思了自身的问题，我深刻认识到自己与新时期的盐业人要求还有差距。对照“五查五看”标准，我感觉到不论是在政治观念、工作作风还是在开拓创新、服务发展方面仍存有一些问题和不足之处。

一、自查问题

一是思想解放的力度还不够大。工作中循规蹈矩，按部就班，缺乏主动性和创造性，还不能用全新的思维和方式去做开创性的工作。同时也存在着总是被动接受领导安排的工作，不能主动替领导分忧。

二是服务意识还有待于进一步增强。对“人民公仆”体会的不深不透，还没有自觉地把群众对我们的满意程度作为检验工作成效的最高标准，有些工作仅仅只是做到小成即满。

三是工作作风还不够扎实。贯彻落实“热情服务、微笑服务、主动服务、耐性服务、文明服务”的要求还不够自觉，有时还做不到生人、熟人一样和气，干部、群众一样尊重，忙时、闲时一样耐心，来早、来晚一样接待。有时待人接物不够谦虚谨慎。

四是坚持学习还不够自觉。日常工作中总是有意无意地放松了自我学习，忽视了业务能力的再培养、自身素质的再提高。学习的自觉性、主动性不强，不愿挤出时间学，即使有了时间也坐不下来、钻不

进去。在理论学习上还不够用心，与本职工作有关的就学一点，与本职工作不紧的就很少学；在学习上搞实用主义，知识结构单一，不善于理论联系实际。

二、自纠措施

1、加强理论学习，联系实际。良好的自身综合素质是完成各项工作的保证和前提，积极参加县局组织的各项学习和业务培训，严格执行所内考学制度；坚持自主学习，加强学习的自觉性、主动性、目的性，深入学习国家相关的法律法规，严格按照法律的有关规定来进行执法；

2、增强宗旨观念，解放思想。牢记宗旨，始终把让人民满意作为工作的最高标准；日常工作中自觉做到办公文明、接待热情、服务周到、办事公正、廉洁高效；积极树立与时俱进、开拓创新、大胆工作的思想。

3、严守职业道德，清正廉洁。严格遵守《廉政准则》，贯彻执行党政纪各项规定，在履行职责中忠于职守、廉洁奉公。对照自身岗位职责和存在风险，加强档案管理理论学习，提高自我约束意识，坚决抵制在食盐整理上，因利害关系等因素而损害公司利益的行为；

2010年工会建设年活动总结

3、工会委员，经常讨论研究工会工作，根据上级精神和本学校实际情况实施“推进校园文化建设规划”，有力地促进了校园文化建设与民主管理学校创建活动的发展。

二、加强工会维权机制建设，依法科学维护教职工的合法权益，关心女性健康。

1、我校工会机构健全，工会各项规章制度健全，教职工入会率100%，从源头依法保障教职工参与学校管理，依法维护教职工合法权益。

2、工会经审委员对工会经费能合理开支，工会经费使用情况能进行公开。

3、工会从制度上保障了教职工在学校民主管理的主体地位，教职工能积极参与每年一度的民主评议学校中层干部。

4、女教职工是学校的主要力量，为贯彻落实《女职工劳动保护规定》，关爱女性健康，切实维护女职工合法权益和特殊利益，提高女教职工自身素质。倡导女教职工做学习型、知识型教师在3月8日，我校工会组织教师进行了《妇女权益保障法》知识学习活动，了解了妇女权益保障法，提高了自身素质。在学生中开展了“我爱妈妈”的活动，节日期间每生都为妈妈做了至少一件事。倡导践行礼仪规范，提升女职工文明素养，还组织女职工认真学习了文明礼仪知识，开展了“立足岗位学礼仪，提升素质创佳绩，讲文明树新风’礼仪等活动”。

三、深入开展“送温暖”活动，为教职工办实事、做好事，为构建和协校园奠定坚实的基础。

1、各种节日我们都以工会牵头开展活动，教师节开了离退休和在职教师座谈会，使教师们感到了党对教育的重视，社会对教师的尊重。

2、本慰问四名重大病号教师，工会主席与工会委员上门看望。

3、关心教师的身体健康，九月份组织全体老师到县体检中心进行体检，教师们有病能早预防早治疗。

四、积极开展文体活动，活跃教职工生活。

身体是工作的资本，为使教职工的身体更加强健，身心更加愉悦，工作起来更有活力，本学年我们组织教职工开开展了形式多样的文体活动，活跃教职工生活。
