一个人如果文化水平很低或者说语言词汇掌握的很少的时候那么这个英语写作可能就会成为一个很高很难迈过去的门槛，我们要多读英语书，多掌握英语的对话和语句，再把学过来的英语对话和语句多多的运用在慢慢的由浅变深的写作了。

一、概念与特点

调查报告是对某项工作、某个事件、某个问题，经过深入细致的调查后，将调查中收集到的材料加以系统整理，分析研究，以书面形式向组织和领导汇报调查情况的一种文书。

调查报告有以下几个特点：

（一）写实性。调查报告是在占有大量现实和历史资料的基础上，用叙述性的语言实事求是地反映某一客观事物。充分了解实情和全面掌握真实可靠的素材是写好调查报告的基础。

（二）针对性。调查报告一般有比较明确的意向，相关的调查取证都是针对和围绕某一综合性或是专题性问题展开的。所以，调查报告反映的问题集中而有深度。

（三）逻辑性。调查报告离不开确凿的事实，但又不是材料的机械堆砌，而是对核实无误的数据和事实进行严密的逻辑论证，探明事物发展变化的原因，预测事物发展变化的趋势，提示本质性和规律性的东西，得出科学的结论。

二、分类

调查报告的种类主要有以下几种：

（一）情况调查报告。是比较系统地反映本地区、本单位基本情况的一种调查报告。这种调查报告平方根是为了弄清情况，供决策者使用。

（二）典型经验调查报告。是通过分析典型事例，总结工作中出现的新经验，从而指导和推动某方面工作的一种调查报告。

（三）问题调查报告。是针对某一方面的问题，进行专项调查，澄清事实真相，判明问题的原因和性质，确定造成的危害，并提出解决问题的途径和建议，为问题的最后处理提供依据，也为其他有关方面提供参考和借鉴的一种调查报告。

三、写法

调查报告一般由标题和正文两部分组成。

（一）标题。标题可以有两种写法。一种是规范化的标题格式，即“发文主题”加“文种”，基本格式为“××关于××××的调查报告”、“关于××××的调查报告”、“××××调查”等。另一种是自由式标题，包括陈述式、提问式和正副题结合使用三种。陈述式如《东北师范大学硕士毕业生就业情况调查》，提问式如《为什么大学毕业生择业倾向沿海和京津地区》，正副标题结合式，正题陈述调查报告的主要结论或提出中心问题，副题标明调查的对象、范围、问题，这实际上类似于“发文主题”加“文种”的规范格式，如《高校发展重在学科建设――××××大学学科建设实践思考》等。作为公文，最好用规范化的标题格式或自由式中正副题结合式标题。

（二）正文。正文一般分前言、主体、结尾三部分。

1．前言。有几种写法：第一种是写明调查的起因或目的、时间和地点、对象或范围、经过与方法，以及人员组成等调查本身的情况，从中引出中心问题或基本结论来；第二种是写明调查对象的历史背景、大致发展经过、现实状况、主要成绩、突出问题等基本情况，进而提出中心问题或主要观点来；第三种是开门见山，直接概括出调查的结果，如肯定做法、指出问题、提示影响、说明中心内容等。前言起到画龙点睛的作用，要精练概括，直切主题。

2．主体。这是调查报告最主要的部分，这部分详述调查研究的基本情况、做法、经验，以及分析调查研究所得材料中得出的各种具体认识、观点和基本结论。

3．结尾。结尾的写法也比较多，可以提出解决问题的方法、对策或下一步改进工作的建议；或总结全文的主要观点，进一步深化主题；或提出问题，引发人们的进一步思考；或展望前景，发出鼓舞和号召。

＊命題用意:本題題目與當下社會情境結合，考生取材時，必先把握「打動僱主的心」為書寫方向，因此要站在僱主選才的角度思考。基於此，目前臺灣中高齡失業的統計與陳先生生活狀況並不是僱主所深度關切的，充其量僅能作為「動之以情」的元素，陳先生本身的工作經驗與能力才是僱主優先考量的現實條件。要說服對方的基本技巧，在於「站在對方的立場替對方的利益設想」，考生在書寫上要兼顧動之以情、說之以理、誘之以利，還要不卑不亢，應用課文〈陳情表〉、〈觸龍說趙太后〉、〈燭之武退秦師〉、〈與陳伯之書〉（諫逐客書）所學，即可有此認知。依題目要求，要條列重點並說明理由，考生不妨先列醒目標題，再取文本資料說明，由個人生活經驗或上述學習經驗入題，感性抒情或理性論述。在敘述口吻上，切記勿流於第三人稱介紹式的陳說、評論社會問題、報導失業狀況......。
