2013年3-4月，我们一组四人被派往广东省中医院进行为期两个月进修学习。首先感谢各位院领导能给我们这次去广东省中医院进修学习的机会，我知道这次进修的机会对我来说是实属难得，是各位领导的信任和期望。在进修期间，我始终不忘各位领导及科主任的嘱咐：“多问多动手多与护士长及带教老师沟通把握好这次进修的机会，努力的完善自我”。这段进修生涯不仅拓宽了我的视野、丰富了专业知识，同时使我对护理管理有了更高的认识。

在此，我将从一下几方面进行汇报：

一、学习了广东省中医院的文化氛围

广东省中医院始建于1933年，是我国近代史上最早的中医医院之一，被誉为“南粤杏林第一家”。目前，医院已发展成为一个拥有大德路总院、二沙岛分院、芳村医院（广州市慈善医院）、珠海医院、大学城医院五家三甲医院及广州下塘、天河、罗冲围三个分门诊的大型三级甲等中医院。医院秉承“病人至上，真诚关爱”的核心价值观；以“建设全国一流、国际知名的、现代化的、综合性的中医院，为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量”为目标；以“仁爱、敬业、务实、进取”的医院精神服务于广大患者。医院拥有先进的医疗设备、精湛的医疗技术和优质的护理服务。在医院进修的2个月中，让我感触颇深的是他们的优质护理服务工作开展的非常好，为病人提供了全程、整体、人性化的一系列服务，真正是做到了“以病人为中心”的护理服务理念，真正感受到了医院的追求：一流的技术、一流的服务、一流的管理，一流的人才，一流的效益。

二．广东省中医院心血管科介绍

我所在的科室为心血管科，科室拥有优秀的医疗护理团队及后勤服务人员，其中医生11名，护士19名，护工5人。科室共有49张床位，有三人间、双人间及单人套件，病房设施配置齐全，受到患者的好评。医疗分为四个医疗小组，每组负责10-12张床位。每个医生都非常的敬业，他们每天查房次数不少于三次，要让病人及时了解自己的治疗及各种检查检验结果。科室开展的医疗项目有冠脉造影、冠脉介入治疗、人工心脏植入术等心血管科先进的专科检查治疗技术。

病区护理部实行A-P-N排班模式，由一定工作经验的护理人员担任护理组长，护理组长由医院考核后任命，并签署责任书（三年考核一次）。所以对护理组长的要求非常高，不仅具有扎实的理论知识、娴熟的护理技能，同时要具备优秀的道德品质。病区按病房床位分为三个护理小组，每组负责16-18张病床，由护理组长和A班负责病区患者的一切治疗护理。护理组长主要负责接诊新病人、病区患者的出入院健康宣教、住院健康宣教及口服服药的发放、手术患者的术前及术后健康宣教、晨间护理等工作，A班工作负责患者的液体治疗、中医特色治疗、接送手术患者及中午12时到14：30时的一切护理工作。病区开展了优质护理服务，其内涵是指以病人为中心，强化基础护理，全面落实护理责任制，深化护理专业内涵，整体提升护理服务水平。在护理管理上，实行护理部-科护士长-病房护士长三级管理，有严格的考核制度，护理部通过每周抽查科室的业务、院感、病人满意度等，对科室护理质量进行考评，对科室存在的问题给予反馈，病房护士长根据存在的问题及时采取改正措施，并向护理部进行反馈。护士长负责科室的行政和业务管理，对本病区每天早晨进行查房，同时检查护理工作落实情况，对遇到的特殊病例，给予责任护士当场提问，通过这种理论联系实践的方式，不断提高护士业务水平。对护士进行定期的理论、业务考核。科室要求新护士必须上伦理课，书写中医护理动态病历，做够10次心电图。严谨的临床带教，带教工作主要由护理组长承担。鼓励进修生参加院内及院外的业务学习，我共参加院内业务讲课4次，院外1次，参加科内护理查房2次，医院护理操作考试1次，受益菲浅。

护理细节介绍

1.人性化的称呼。这里的患者称呼护士为姑娘《如黄姑娘，张姑娘》，而医护人员则亲切的称呼他们为婆婆（阿婆）、阿公，叔叔、阿姨等，从来不会按床号称呼。所以来到这里你不会听到“××床，......”，也不会听到有人喊”“护士，.....”。听到的只有亲人般的交谈。

2.早晨的第一声问候。每天早上，护理组长会推着治疗车进病房为患者做晨间护理，他们进病房的第一句话就是“婆婆（阿婆），早上好“，这短短的五个字让患者倍感温馨，也拉近了护士与患者的距离。

3.发放连心卡：新病人入院时由护理组长接诊，接种后负责安床、四测、体重、身高、入院评估、入院宣教，患者签署入院须知等，重点是会为每位患者送上一张连心卡。连心卡上介绍了科主任、护士长、管床医生、护士，还有科室医生门诊坐诊时间，这样患者出院后需要复查就会在相应的时间内找到自己的管床医生。这也是每位医生都拥有自己病源的原因之一。

4.护士须知本的建立，随时发现问题随时解决，记得我刚到科室不久，就碰到了一例冠脉介入术后患者，由于术后肢体未制动好，患者术侧手臂出现了淤血肿胀的现象。护长在第一时间向科主任和主管医生汇报，将肿胀减轻到最小，随后就这一事件组织科室护理人员进行了讨论，找出问题出现的原因，并制定相应的预防措施。

三、结合我院及科室的具体情况，我将从以下几方面进行科室的管理，并将进修所学应用到科室的实际工作中。

（一）、规范病房管理

1.床位安排：我科床位目前为50张，其中正床40张，加床10张，单间1间，两人间2间，三人间12间（原两人间改为三人间11间），五人间1间，抢救室1间，中医特色治疗室1间。针对病房拥挤的情况，我们在病人入院时根据病情安排床位，将病情重的病人尽量安排在两人间或抢救室，病情轻的病人安排在大房间或三人间。避免了在抢救病人时因病房空间拥挤而影响护士、大夫的操作，延误抢救工作。

2.规范晨间护理：为了不影响大夫查房工作，我们规定了病房电视的开关时间。早上由责任班护士在做晨间护理时关闭病房电视，并向患者做好解释工作，等医生查房后方可开启电视机，中午及晚上十点以后关闭电视。禁止患者及家属在病房及楼道内大声喧哗，包括接听电话。

3.病房的清洁：和保洁员进行沟通，保质保量的做好病区环境及病房的卫生保洁工作，为患者提供一个舒适的住院环境。

（二）、提升护理服务质量

1.引入人性化的称呼：如叔叔、阿姨、爷爷（大爷）、奶奶。杜绝“××床”的称谓，拉近护患距离，为患者营造一个温馨的住院环境。

2.引入亲切的问候 ：进病房的第一句话就是“叔叔（阿姨、爷爷、奶奶），早上好”，让患者有一种宾至如归的感觉。

3..规范业务查房制度：每天参加床头交接班了解患者的住院信息，对重点病人进行重点交班，如卧床患者的皮肤情况、留置针患者的局部皮肤情况、特殊用药等进行重点交班，防止护理差事故的发生。对病重病危患者组织护理人员进行讨论，找出护理难点、重点，并制定相应的护理措施，提高护理安全。

4.提高护理文件的书写质量：每周对各种护理文书进行抽查，及时发现问题，及时整改，并制定相应的处罚制度，提高护理文书的书写质量，提高整体护理质量。

5.加强健康宣教的落实情况；每天查房时随机询问患者的健康知识，督促责任护士将这项工作落到实处。并制定奖罚制度。

6.加强业务学习：每周组织护理人员进行业务学习。并建立了护士须知本，将工作中发现的问题及时提出，并提出整改措施，由专人记录，全科护士传阅并签名。

7.加强新护士的培训与考核：新护士有专人带教，制定带教计划，并定期进行考核。由新护士书写中医护理病历，提高新护士的中医知识水平。

（三）、中医护理操作项目的开展

根据我科的病种，将开展中药水蜜外敷疗法、吴茱萸贴敷疗法、复方丁香开胃贴贴神阙等中医特色治疗。继续开展中药足浴、中频治疗，提高我科的中医特色治疗。

（四）.引进先进的医疗器械

积极与设备科联系，为我科购置了独立包装的肝素帽。拟购置一次性简易氧化雾化吸乳器，这样降低了成本，减轻了患者的负担。拟购置电磁炉一台，以便开展热盐包的治疗。

（五）.提高科室医护人员整体素质 1.提高认识，改变服务理念，变被动为主动 为大家营造一个愉快的工作环境，调动护理人员的积极性，2.提升专业内涵 鼓励护理人员积极参加继续教育学习，积极参加院内外组织的业务学习，加强专科理论知识及技能的学习，提高自身素质。

3.提高护士形象，要求淡妆上岗。

只言片语难以言尽，总之这次进修学习，使我不仅在心内科疾病的理论知识、重症患者护理等方面均有了明显提高，更重要的是视野的开拓，思维的拓宽，理念的转变是我最大的收获。

服务永无止境，学然后知不足。看到广东省中医院护理工作做得如此出色，让我看到了学习的榜样，在以后的工作中，改变以往的理念，借鉴她们优点，把广东省中医院的理念、技术用到以后的工作学习中。
