英语改革感想
很荣幸我能成为英语A班的一份子，有更多的机会提升自己的英语水平。在英语A班我学到的不仅仅是知识，重要的是学习的能力和积极向上的人生态度。刚进入到A班心里有些激动还有些小忐忑，觉得自己水平低，不敢说，就默默的坐在座位上。但是A班的学习模式，氛围，就是要学生大胆的说，不漏胆怯之色。随着时间的流逝，在老师、同学的帮助鼓励下，我也积极的投入到小组的排练当中，并且体会到了其中的乐趣。印象最深的就是小组排练的过程，有分歧，有不同意见，但更多的是互相合作，为了把节目排练好，大家都很努力。有点遗憾的是小组的节目没能参加英语艺术节的表演，另外，在自己班里表演的时候，自己表演的时候也出了点小差错，不过还好啦。
在课堂上，老师不是像传统教学方式那样灌输知识，更加注重学生的能动性。让学生自己组成小组，小组成员共同学习。教学方式更加多样化，老师有时诵读名人演讲，有时让学生看些精彩的英语视频等等，增强大家对英语的兴趣。英语A班本身固有的特点，无形当中也提升了自己的自信心，面对事情更加从容，拥有了良好的心理态度，积极的人生信念。

I had the honor of becoming a number of Class A where i can have more chances to improve my English level.In Class A not only i have learned the knowledge,but also promoted my ability of learning and developded positive life attitude.When the first time i entered into Class A, i was very excited and nerverous.I thought that my english level was low,so i didn’t have the courage to speak in class,just sit in the seat sliently.But i know that students in class A need to dare speak,and don’t be afraid.With time going by and with the help of teacher、classmates,i tried my best to attend the rehearse with group member.Through this experience,i felt happy in this process.when we rehearsed every time,maybe we have differernt opinions but more we were unite.In order to made the program better,and everyone were strive.It is a pity that our group can’t enter to the english art festival.In addition,i can’t perfrom well.In short,that’s ok.In class,teacher’s way don’t like the traditionalways.Teacher give students more freedom to develop.Teacher usually reads some speech of famous people and sometimes plays splendid english video.In this way,students have more interests to learn english.The features of Class A itself need students to promote self-confidence and ask for students treat things clamer.As a number of class a，we need positive attitude and life belief.英语A班

税制改革砥砺前行，携手奋进践行使命
在税务机构改革的澎湃浪潮中，新老税务人又一同站在了历史的节点。作为一名基层税务人的我此刻感慨良多，既有见证历史的自豪感，又有回望深耕热土的缅怀感，更多的是一份砥砺奋进的使命感。
初闻合并，心中不无疑问，幸而一直紧跟上级组织有条不紊的部署，很快便“稳定军心”。“干好本职”的四字真言使我很快跟上了国地合并雷厉风行却也稳打稳扎的步伐。
回想过去几个月，国地税合并远非牌子的一摘一挂那么简单，而是税务人一双双手收堆砌出来，纳税人一对对脚丈量过来，税务部门一项项举措落实下来的。大音希声，大道无形。合并的进程如润物细雨却又不可逆转地往前推进。早在“国地合作”阶段，某某国地税就启动了合作党建模式，一起学习十九大精神，一起举行主题党日活动；得益于紧邻而居的“近水楼台”，在实行互驻工作人员的同时互设办税终端，早早让纳税人品尝到“只跑一次”的“头啖汤”；随着省电局统一上线、联合清税等举措的贯彻，组建起一个个业务微信群，线上线下高效沟通合作无间……
当然，看到纳税人对合并带来的办税体验不吝“点赞”，也成为了我们日常忙碌工作中的“小确幸”。这使我更加深刻地认识到，机构改革承载着国富民强的希望，而我们正亲手推动历史的巨轮前进。可以预见在不久的将来，“一厅一网”办税带来的优质高效办税体验将使征纳关系更加和谐；税务执法“一把尺”将使税收执法风险更加可控；制度交易成本降低将更加有利于服务营商环境……对美好前景的畅想最终要落地为八个字“不忘初心，牢记使命”，牢记税务人的光荣使命，携手砥砺前行。

高考改革感想
一．高考改革要求我们要在初中做好充足准备。
高考改革后，英语将实行社会化考试，一年两考，三年六考，考生可多次参加，取最高成绩。这就意味着考生如果能在自己英语水平最好的时候（中考后）把握时机，在高一就尽早考出最好的成绩，那么就可以在接下来的时间里拿出更多的时间来进行其他科目的学习。这也就要求我们要极其重视英语，要从小抓起，提升孩子的英语能力，第一次英语社会化考试，就考最高分，减轻日后的学习负担。重视英语我们必须要科学合理地规划我们的英语课程。在高一想取得英语社会化考试的最高分，需要在初中做好充足的准备，做好初中三年英语的整体科学规划显得尤为重要。力争在初中四年夯实英语基础，一举决胜中考进名校，摘取英语高考最高分，两全其美。而初中时，孩子们在学校更多学的是死知识，要想做好最充足的准备，孩子们必须提升自己的能力，这样也就给了我们大北外校更多的机会。因为我们大北外校不仅仅教知识，更加注重孩子能力的培养。
二．高考英语依然重要，对于孩子的能力要求更高。
可以看到，高考并没有削弱英语的重要性，而是巩固了语、数、外作为三大主科的绝对地位。
在基础知识方面，新高考更侧重读语言的感知能力的考察，传统死记硬背单词语法的时代早已一去不复返，只有在语境中学会的、带着生命力的英语知识才能帮孩子们赢得高考。
在应试能力方面，新高考更侧重考察用语言知识解决实际问题的能力。
英语考试的成绩是基础知识和应试能力的综合结果。只学基础知识而忽视应试能力的培养，孩子很难把所学到的知识在考场上100%发挥出来；而一味迷恋解题技巧而忽视基础知识的学习，则会让孩子的成绩提升缺乏后劲。只有系统学习基础知识、科学培养应试能力，不回避真正的问题、不放弃必要的努力，才能让孩子稳步提分。
而以上提到的方面公立学校都没有做到位，这些需要我们大北外校来给孩子们弥补，我们能够做到学校老师做不到的，帮助孩子真正地夯实基础、提高应试能力。这对我们来说是一个很好的机会。
总的来说，高考改革，对我们英语培训学校来说，是一个很大的契机。高考改革英语变得更加重要，只要家长和孩子意识到这一点，会想要快速提升孩子的能力，而有这么好的机会，我们要做的就是努力提升自己，提供给孩子他们真正需要的英语学习能力。

寒假里参加了市组织的英语骨干教师培训，期间听了很多专家教授的讲座，感触颇深，不仅对英语课程改革有了新的理解和认识，也从中学到了很多理论知识，对自己平时的教学工作也有很大的帮助。
南京师范大学教育科学院副院长赵志毅博士的讲座给我留下了深刻的印象。从课程的更新到教学观的更新再到教师教学行为的更新，一层一层递进，使我对英语新课程的认识有了质的飞跃。我们的传统教育是以教师、教材和课程为中心，抑制了学生自身的发展，而现代教育是从儿童心理出发，以学生、兴趣和活动为中心。新课程的理想是发展每个学生，所以在教学的价值取向上就有了转变，由创造适合教学的学生向创造适合学生的教学转变。教师在教学中的教学行为也有了相应的变化，在培养学生创新能力的同时，自己也要大胆创新，超越书本，大胆发表独立见解，使教学成为充满创意与激情的过程。所谓教学相长也，教师也能在教学过程从学生身上学到很多，新世纪对教师提出了更高的要求，市教研室教研员胡澄宜老师在她的讲座《因英语课程改革的趋势及对英语教师的要求》中也提到了现在小学英语教师应具备的基本语言知识和教学技能。特别是新课程实施以来，英语教师的任务更重了，要求更高了，不仅要能说会唱，而且对现代化技术也要能够熟练运用，例如能用多媒体辅助英语课堂教学，此外还要掌握一定的科研能力，能够撰写教研论文等。
在培训过程中，市实验小学金祥娣老师、常州师范的单旭珠副教授、常州技术师范学院外语系副主任连征勇副教授等专家都做了精彩的讲座和报告，从中我认识到了自己的不足，也知道了自己应该努力的方向。英语新课程改革为我们创造了教学上的一片生机，使我们有了一个更宽广的发展空间，在此基础上，我应该不断提高自己的自身素质，尽快适应课改的需求，把工作完成的更好。
