2010英语风采大赛演讲总结

为提高大学生的英语应用能力，满足新世纪社会也精梳机发展对各类人才的外语要求能力的要求，全面展示作为重庆示范性院校的重庆航天职业技术学院学生的英语风采水平，重庆航天职业技术学院基础学院的学习部组织了一次仿真“CCTV”杯全国英语演讲大赛以“happy college happy English”为主题的一次英语风采演讲大赛！这是我自作为重庆航天职业技术学院基础学院学习部部长一职所接受的第一次活动任务，这真是一项重大的活动，真是一个不小的挑战，在11月上旬和中旬份我紧锣密鼓的准备本次英语演讲演讲比赛及策划方案，在此次活动中我开拓创新打造出高品质的活动，着虽然是新的但我有信心做好！
在此英语风采演讲比赛由李加其老师担任总指导，由苑溢老师具体指导开展，主要由院学生会学习部、宣传部、新闻部、设备部等部门配合开展，在11月上旬院学习部制定了英语风采大赛的策划方案并由学生科苑溢老师修改，最终定稿。
本次活动分初赛、复赛、决赛、三个阶段。在11月初下发通知给全院学院，并开始报名工作。这部分工作主要由宣传部、新闻部、广播站进行宣传，本次宣传进行一次突破性的新方式，把宣传通知下发到各个系部辅导员处，极大的提高了本次活动的知名度和影响力！积极运用校内媒体进行合作，利用广播、报刊、海报、等途径进行宣传，这样大大的提高了英语风采大赛的活动的影响力度！
第一阶段
首先由各系部选出优秀的选手（选手可以由老师推荐或自己毛遂自荐的方式报名参加），既考虑到学生的意愿，同时也尽力发掘一些优秀的却不够主动的学生。经过激烈的竞争和评选在机电系选出六名、管理系四名、电子系三人、计算机系三人、社科系三人，进入复赛。他们都是各系部的代表也是各系部的优秀的选手。
第二阶段
在复赛阶段选拔中决定在各系的选手中生成10名胜出选手代表基础学院参加决赛。在复赛部分中，主要由定题演讲及问答环节和即兴演讲这三部分。
在11月18日定题演讲中主要是以“happy English happy college”为主题的演讲，然后由老师提问回答。在即兴演讲中，根据自己在由“v”“n” “adj”21个单词中抽到的单词进行即兴演讲。在此次复赛中，各个选手都表现得相单的不错，各个选手都尽心尽力的去演讲，但名额有限只有10名进入决赛！
第三阶段
在11月23日的决赛演讲中同样是以“happy English happy college”为主题的定题演讲，然后由老师提问回答和即兴演讲组成。决赛部分中由复赛的10名选手代表基础学院进行与重庆航天职业技术学院A区的4名学院进行决赛。这次的决赛都是高手中的高手，竞争是十分的激烈，他们都各自显示出了自己的才能。
赛后的总结和感想
总体分析
带着满脸的自信、笑容，带着放飞的梦想，充满激情的参赛选手和他们的啦啦队走进学术报告厅————实现理想，争创佳绩。
在2010-11-23，“英语风采大赛决赛”在学校领导、老师和同学的领导下，成功举办。这次演讲比赛时一个英语的舞台，一次英语的盛宴，每位参赛选手都用自己最大的努力，用英语展现自我，用自己最纯真流利的口语，为观众诠释了他们眼中的快乐美丽，在这个美丽的季节，美丽的相聚中，所有的参赛选手都用真情诠释心中的幸福，此次英语演讲比赛激发了航天学子们学习英语的兴趣，英语在他们眼里已不再是枯燥乏味而是一种享受的乐趣是一种美的真谛。
充满活力，充满激情的参赛选手，教会我们如何去发现自己、如何去感悟、如何去寻求生活中无处不在的美，这虽是一个简简单单的演讲，但它却教会了航天学子很多，不仅是参赛选手锻炼了自己，发挥自己的才能，展现了自我，更是激励了所有的航天学子，不但丰富了我们的业余生活而且加强了学习气氛。
清晨，在漫天雾气中，在令人颤抖的寒风中，你都可以看到航天学子们在长江边为理想而努力、拼搏，每个清晨，你都可以听到朗朗的读书声，而这朗朗恰恰是演讲者的参赛选手给航天学子的动力，因为这次演讲，我们校园多了朗朗的读书声，因为这次演讲，我们同学更加勤奋，更加吃苦，让航天学子对英语有新的认识。
至此，本届“英语风采英语演讲大赛”圆满落幕。
作为本年度新组学生会学习部及团学委组织的第一次重要活
动，从开始筹备到顺利开展，都体现了团委、学习部和谐团结、认真负责、细致严谨的精神，在磨合中叶增进了相互之间的感情。虽然其中有一些意料之外的事情发生，但我们吸取教训，勇于修正。相信在全体团委、学生会成员及学习部各成员的努力下，以后的活动一定会越办越成功！

英语风采大赛总结
经过了开学至今的两个多月精心准备，英语风采大赛成功召开，有了去年第一届的良好基础和经验教训，本次比赛共历时两小时，紧凑而紧张有序，精彩纷呈，获得了校内各界的好评。在此总结一下，取长补短，不断完善充实，争取一届比一届办得更出色！
不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海
一项比赛的成功举办离不开各个方面准备过程中的细节和比赛的注意点，只有抓住了每个步骤，细心、专心、用心的完成它们，才能汇聚成一股核心力量，促成成功的比赛。在前期准备中，有了上一届比赛打下的基础，详细的时间安排表，分送到各个系部，校内广泛宣传，邀请评委和嘉宾，购买奖品奖杯，宣传选手个人个性海报等等，一切进行得井井有条、条理清楚。比赛前，除了精心布置比赛会场以外，更协调好各步骤和环节的链接工作，计时和计分要求准确无误，保质又保量。比赛结束后，参加成员及时清理场地，回收利用某些宣传材料，并将选手个性海报上的照片送还到选手的手中，第二天就通知到各班和负责老师其选派选手的表现情况，做到信息的及时反馈。所谓“细节决定成败”，任何细小的精心准备和努力付出，任何看似微不足道的建议和改进，我们都抓住了这些“跬步”和“小流”，最后才能体会到成功比赛后的喜悦和激动之情。

风采大赛(新密分赛区)的通知
各乡镇、办事处中心校，局属各学校：
为贯彻落实中央8号文件精神，促进我市英语教育事业的发展，为国家选拔、培养外语人才，给广大少年儿童提供展示和交流英语才能的机会，提高青少年儿童学习英语的热情，经研究，决定于2011年11月举行 “星星火炬”全国少年儿童英语风采大赛（新密分赛区）活动。现将活动有关事宜通知如下：
一、活动目的
以“热爱党，热爱祖国”为主题，通过开展丰富多彩、生动活泼的英语才能展示活动，为少年儿童学习英语营造良好的社会氛围，推动少年儿童积极参加到学习英语的活动中来，全面提高少年儿童学习英语的热情和兴趣，促进少年儿童英语教育事业发展，丰富少年儿童业余文化生活。
二、活动对象
本次活动面向全市广大青少年英语爱好者，活动设学前组、小学A组、小学B组、初中组、高中组。
年儿童参加到活动中来。
3、各单位在积极发动的同时一定要本照学生自愿的原则，不得做任何强制要求、不得向下属学校分配硬性指标。
4、各单位在填写报名表时，一定按要求分类、分年级填写。
六、报名办法
1．选手本着自愿的原则按照年级、项目由学校组织报名参赛。2．各单位报名时需认真填写报名登记表及参赛证（报名登记表、参赛证格式请在信箱xwhdzx69851229@163.com中下载，密码69851229），将电子文档（ExceL格式）和纸质文档报名表1份交到青少年校外活动中心办公室。并将电子文档发送到xinmixwhdzx@163.com信箱。
七、奖项设置：
1.按参赛选手项目、组别设一、二、三等奖并对获奖选手颁发获奖证书，辅导老师可获相应的优秀辅导员证书。
2.设优秀组织单位奖并颁发奖牌。
3.获得一、二等奖的节目或选手，可直接进入省决赛。
八、时间安排
报名时间：2011年10月11日至13日
比赛时间：2011年11月5日至6日 上午8：00 省决赛报名时间：2011年11月25日至27日 省决赛时间：2011年12月17日
