19日付の経済日報は、中国政府の景気過熱抑制策が功を奏しているため、中国が今年利上げに踏み切る可能性は低い、とする論評を掲載しました。
中国人民銀行は、銀行から流動性を吸い上げるために、公開市場操作の一環として短期国債を売却しているが、利上げは実施していません。
経済日報は、「米国が利上げ局面に入ったことは、中国の金融政策の決定に多大な影響を持つだろうが、中国が金利を調節するかどうかは、そのような動きが経済にとって有益かどうかに左右される」と述べました。
また、「マクロ経済コントロール策の効果が顕在化しているため、米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）の利上げに追随する可能性は高くない」と指摘しました。
“女性走向社会”的现象日益引人注目。中国的大多数家庭男女双方都工作，女性参加工作受到鼓励，从前有一个口号是“妇女能顶半边天”。近年来，人们把工作能力强的女性，特别是能干的职业女性叫作女强人。在外国人看来也许两者都是一样的。由于女性走出家庭参加工作是很普遍的现象，所以男性也要分担家务。女性们有的活跃在IT产业领域，有的则从事家政工作，为城市繁荣做出贡献。
“中国女性走向社会”的程度较高，可能与传统的农村生活方式有关。在农村年轻的妈妈把孩子交给祖父母看管，自己则要下地干活。一个原因是，由于工资不要很高，所以许多家庭雇得起帮工或看孩子的保姆。这样，难以看到经济价值的家务活一经外包就成了地地道道的经济活动，成了一个很象样的产业，这也是支持中国经济景气的一个因素吧。北京的家政朋务业的繁荣就是其证明。

房地产业作为中国当前最具活力的行业受到关注。媒体也大加评点，房产广告随处可见，房展会越开越多，买房子已经成为老百姓最热衷的话题。
中国人以自己的要求和眼光给自己挑选住房，是近几年的新趋势。几十年来，中国城市居民的住房是依靠他们工作单位提供的公有住房。已婚夫妇常常要排队等上几年才能得到一套二居室住房。一家两代，甚至三代同住在一套房子里是很普通的事。
从80年代初邓小平提出住房要商品化，中国的住房制度改革经历了艰难曲折的20年，这场事关每个人利益的改革，在最近的几年有了重大进展。
1997年启动了个人住房贷款，2000年中央财政将20亿元住房建设资金作为职工的住房补贴发放给职工，2000年末停止福利分房。这是全国个人购买的商品住宅面积已占到全部商品房面积的89.4%。

2、The exhibition centre covers an area of 50,000square meters and has a floor space of 25,000 square meters.Facilities of the center include a main exhibition hall, with four special-purpose exhibition halls around it, and a multi-functional conference hall.展会中心占地50 000平方米，建筑面积为25 000平方米。中心设施包括一个主要展厅，周围有四个特殊用途的展厅，还有一个多功能报告厅。

5、In the future, we will host more specialized exhibitions on science and technology, such as metal and metallurgy, chemical engineering, textile machinery, foodtech and aviation.今后我们要举办更多的专业科技展会，如关于金属冶金、化学工程、纺织机械、食品技术以及航空航天等。
