2010年东南大学考博英语感受

又到了一年考博准备报名时，去年11月我参加了东南大学2010年的考博，就此分享点英语感受。

我看过东南2006年以前的考博英语真题，感觉不太对我的路子，单选阅读难，但是考场上看到10年的英语试题时感觉“单选”和“阅读”都比较简单，我04年过的四六级，此后很少考英语考试，都感觉比较容易。随便找本书，做做各个学校的真题就好（不少考题是重复了以前的真题，不一定是东南的，清华北大的很有参考意义），其余部分差不多。唯独“汉译英”和“作文”部分出乎我的意料。

首先“汉译英”两个小题，第一个小题属于现代汉语，比较正常。第二小题就比较变态了，部分大概原文如下：“我不敢走进大师的精神世界，因为据说大凡走尝试进大师精神世界的人都会迷失。。。齐康先生宛如仙人，鹤发童颜，站在建筑艺术山峰之巅，撷天地之真善美，炼建筑艺术之仙丹。。。”都是这个味的。

作文：plagiarism is often found in universities.houw do you think we author authority to prevent it.（大概是这样，意思没错了）听过考大家的抱怨，绝大多数考生对此的印象是：除了第一个单词不认识，其他都认识。。如果你也是这样，考场上是不是很悲剧？

我的建议：汉译英的那道题，估计工科考博的没几个人擅长，所以大家都很难翻译好，而且那道题的分值不多，尽量翻译下就好。关键是作文，20分（应该没记错），不认识的话只能靠猜了，我也是猜的，至于怎么猜，大家都很聪明，应该不用我废话了，呵呵，反正考博考的一般是跟学校、学术现象联系紧密的话题。

09年11月东南大学考博心得之英语篇

现在从南京回来，结束了博士考试，现总结一下心的，希望对要考的虫友们有所帮助。总的说来，东南大学的英语试题还算可以，比较有水平：

第一：分值的分布比较均匀，词汇稍微偏大，大多为6级词汇；

第二：阅读的量挺大但分值较少，6篇阅读仅25分，所设计词汇为博士词汇；

第三：完形填空难度一般，相当于5级，呵呵。

第四：翻译，包括英译汉和汉译英，其中英译汉为一段话，汉译英为5个句子，这样所说麻烦一点，但不容易丢分。

第五：作文题目为happiness，简单但并不容易，因为这样的题目范围大，以上已包括所有题型，希望对要考的有所帮助！

第三篇：2012东南大学考博

我与2012.11.05参加东南大学博士考试，今天已查到初试成绩，227，自己感觉还是满意的，故写些经过，由后面考博的参考。当然个人的方法应该不同。

关于英语，本人英语一直不大好，每次都是刚刚过，一路过来，四级，六级，硕士考试都是踏着线过的，但其实是复习中时间花费最多的，共二个多月的复习时间，我一共做过80篇阅读，一本真题（含51套真题），东大的英语卷子我直从网上搜到05,06年的，已没有多少参考价值，在考试期间，了解到其他人是弄倒了最近几年试卷的，应该还是有帮助的，今年的卷子题型如下：

1，单选，15个，15分，都是词汇，没有语法，（当初自己还担心有语法），做完也没什么感觉，从一开始就背词汇，还是有很多记不准。

2.。阅读，40分，5篇，每篇4个选项，从第3篇起，内容就比较长，阅读一直是重点，但还是做的不怎么样，我也没太多经验，只是感觉除了要看“清楚”原文外，题目和选项更要看清楚。两方面都清楚后，错的应该不多了。

3，翻译，英翻中，15分，一段，中翻英，10分，也是一段。翻译感觉和作文想通，反正我没太多准备翻译，只是最后感觉翻译还是比较自然。

4.作文，20分，关于“lifelong education”,最后两个星期背了几篇，很有用，好多人说作文不能背，因为不会被你猜到，我想，作文题目我们确实猜不到，但一定要背，记住范文中的那些“闪光词”，固定搭配，固定句型，这个我感觉我用的还蛮好的，作文也很顺利写好。其实自己在考前，从没写过一篇（自己很是担心），原因是实在写不出，其中一个方法我用的很好（也许有恨多人用过），我将范文重新抄了一篇，其中用红色笔写那些“闪光词，固定搭配”，后面再看的时候这些词一目了然，而且以后也就主要记这些词，在考场上，我想出了很多，这些美好的句型用了很多，看上去也像一篇范文。整个感觉考试时间是够的，我英语是58分，成绩虽不高，自己还是满意的，关于专业课，我想只要你认真复习，大都没有问题，如果是夸专业，一定要弄清考试范围。

另外，也是特别重要的，我想在整个复习，考试过程中，家人，同事，朋友的支持是分不开的，我想高手都早已直博了，考的大部分是要努力的。所以还是努力吧。

students wanted to further their study after their graduation.看起来这个数字文邹邹的，其实都是编造出来的，下面几个题目我们都可以这样编造：Honesty根据最近的一项统计调查显示，大学生向老师请假的理由当中78%都是假的。Travel by Bike根据最近的一项统计调查显示，85%的人在近距离旅行的时候首选的交通工具是自行车。

Youth根据最近的一项统计调查显示，在某大学，学生课余时间的70%都是在休闲娱乐。Five-day Work Week Better than Six-day Work?根据最近的一项统计调查显示，98%的人同意每周五天工作日。

结尾万能公式：

1．结尾万能公式一：如此结论

说完了，毕竟要归纳一番，相信各位都有这样的经历，领导长篇大论，到最后终于冒出个“总而言之”之类的话，我们马上停止开小差，等待领导说结束语。也就是说，开头很好，也必然要有一个精彩的结尾，让读者眼前一亮，这样，你就可以拿高分了！比如下面的例子：Obviously（此为过渡短语）, we can draw the conclusion that good manners arise from politeness and respect for others.如果读者很难“显而见之”，但说无妨，就当读者眼光太浅罢了！更多过渡短语：to sum up, in conclusion, in brief, on account of this, thus

2．结尾万能公式二：如此建议

如果说“如此结论”是结尾最没用的废话，那么“如此建议”应该是最有价值的废话了，因为这里虽然也是废话，但是却用了一个很经典的虚拟语气的句型。拽！

Obviously, it is high time that we took some measures to solve the problem.这里的虚拟语气用得很经典，因为考官本来经常考这个句型，而如果我们自己写出来，你说考官会怎么想呢？更多句型：Accordingly, I recommend that some measures be taken.Consequently, to solve the problem, some measures should be taken.
