Unit27 A wet night

重点::

1、一般过去时(新目标七年级英语下册Unit10、八年级英语上册Unit8、9出现)

一般过去时主要表示过去某时发生的动作或情况。可以从以下几个方面来理解:

1)过去某个时间所发生的动作或存在的状态。

e.g.I bought a new shirt yesterday.He was a worker two years ago.2)过去一段时间内,经常性或习惯性的动作。

e.g.When I was a child,I often played with fire.Li Lei always walked to school last term.3)谈到已故人的情况时多用过去时。

e.g.Lu Xun was a great writer.4)有些发生时间不是很清楚的情况,实际是过去发生的,也应用过去时态。

e.g.What did you say?

另外,还可用过去时表示委婉的语气。

e.g.Could you lend me your pen?

其结构是“主语+动词的过去式”.be动词的过去式为was,were;

行为动词的过去式有规则变化和不规则变化两种,规则变化有以下几种情况:

1)直接在动词原形末尾加-ed.e.g.work——worked; ask——asked;

2)以e结尾的动词只加-d.e.g.arrive——arrived; like——liked.3)末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节,应先双写这个辅音字母,再加-ed.e.g.shop——shopped;

4)以“辅音字母+y”结尾的动词,先把y变成i,再加-ed.e.g.carry——carried;study——studied.有些动词变过去式是不规则的,e.g.fly——flew;break——broke;teach——taught.这些需要象生单词一样记住。

本单元重点讲不规则变化的动词,它们的形式比较难记,记忆策略是:碰到一个,记牢固一个。有个别词只变化一个字母,如:lose---lost, 有的单词在后面加一个字母,如:dream---dreamt.有的单词变化很大,如:buy---bought, pay---paid等

《新概念英语青少版》教学总结

《新概念英语青少版》是专门为中国814岁青少年以及英语初学者编写的,作为一名英语教师,我在教授这门课程时,在秉承其先进教学理念的基础上,结合班级学生的实际情况,总结了一套教学方法,加入了一些自己的教学经验。

1.突出复习。由于本教材是参照语法大纲、循序渐进的编排的,由浅入深,注重新旧知识的结合。所以,课堂上前二十分钟的复习十分关键。突出复习的作用就在于让学生在学习新知识前巩固所学过的知识,这样才可以在良好扎实的基础上,更容易、更清楚的接受新知识。尤为重要的是,每堂课的复习并不只局限于上一次所学习的内容,是可以以分类式复习来温习所有相关的知识的,正符合本教材的特点,即语法内容以线性的形式呈现给学生,从而持续不断的复习并重复所学内容。例如,《新概念英语青少版》1A Unit1Unit7中都在不断学习特殊疑问句,在学习Unit 8前我给学生列出了所有学过的特殊疑问词:what, which, who, whose, where, when, how等,让学生回想所学过的有关句型,并举例练习。这样,学习Unit 8时,相关知识就可以“不点即通”了。这样就可以让学生真正灵活掌握所学知识,而且可以用旧知识去学习新知识。

2.突出课文。由于本教材配有大量彩色插图,人物形象活泼生动,并配有DVD光盘和MP3。为此,我校还配置了相关设备,笔记本电脑、投影仪、音响等,这样就可以让学生课堂上观看课文内容,刺激他们的听觉、视觉,从而促使他们主动的学习语言。所以,利用现代化设备突出生动的课文,是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和动力的关键。突出课文的作用是可以让学生在英语的语言环境中学习单词、句子、段落、对话、文章,从而更好的理解文章的意思,记住关键句的语言点。教学步骤如下:首先看DVD光盘,了解整篇课文接着跟读句子,模仿光盘中的语音语调,这样既可以使学生的语音语调更加纯正,同时也能学会生词的发音;再次,看DVD温习文章,尽量记住句型;最后,学生逐个回答有关课文的提问,从而检查每个学生理解课文的情况,并锻炼学生的口语表达能力。

3.突出课件。我校教师还为本教材每个单元的教学制作了相关课件,是教授语法的关键。突出课件的作用是可以让学生在学习语法时,与画面相结合,更易理解语法结构和意思。例如,在《新概念英语青少版》1A中Unit3的课件中,既有Robert骑在自行车上的图片,也有Mr.Jenkins打伞的图片等等。同时,在图片旁边还配有相关的句型结构:Who is that boy? Who’s that man? 用这样的方式教授由Who引导的特殊疑问句时,学生就可以立即明白是什么意思,并且可以仿照造句、灵活运用了。

另外,语音练习可以提高学生的听力水平,句型练习可以提高他们的语法水平,巩固课文知识。当然,这些都只是教学方面的一些方式方法,至于学生的接受能力也就何其自身有很大关系了。由于新概念英语青少版1A是集语言大纲和技能大纲为一体的教材,它就要求学生学习每一个单元是做到:“理解”“回答”“问”“说”“学”“记”“写”这些技能,所以有一些英语基础的学生可以较好的做到达到技能。具体情况是:大部分学生是“理解”“回答”是没有问题,可以做到理解课文并根据课文内容进行对话练习:部分学生在“问”“说”时能做到利用课文句型应用到实践中来,但反应较慢的学生掌握句子结构不太好大多数学生在“学”“记”是可以做得很好,但是到“写”时就会出现错误,主要是因为基础不够牢固、粗心大意造成的;另外,对于掌握单词拼写,还需要让学生多加练习。

总之,通过学习新概念英语青少版1A这套非常实用的教材,青少年学生一定能体验到英语学习的快乐,收获丰硕的成果。

一、学习前的准备

6.冠词用法

(一)1.不定冠词用于修饰单数可数名词,当一个单词的第一个发音为元音时要用冠词an, 如果是辅音用a即可。

2.不定冠词还可以用来修饰一类事物,有时候也可以省略: A cat is a lovely animal.Cat is a lovely animal.3.不可数名词加冠词表示一类事物:Apple is a fruit.4.如果特制某人,某物或上文提过的人或物时要用定冠词the 5.Some表示一些,可以修饰可数名词及不可数名词。

6.在姓名,城市,地名,过名,月份,节日,星期前不加冠词,季节前也一般不加,特指时加。

直接加-er,-est: small-smaller, smallest 以e结尾的加-r,-st: large-larger, largest

重读闭音节结尾的词,双写最后一个辅音字母再加-er,-est:big-bigger, biggest
