《新概念英语青少版》是专门为中国814岁青少年以及英语初学者编写的，作为一名英语教师，我在教授这门课程时，在秉承其先进教学理念的基础上，结合班级学生的实际情况，总结了一套教学方法，加入了一些自己的教学经验。

1.突出复习。由于本教材是参照语法大纲、循序渐进的编排的，由浅入深，注重新旧知识的结合。所以，课堂上前二十分钟的复习十分关键。突出复习的作用就在于让学生在学习新知识前巩固所学过的知识，这样才可以在良好扎实的基础上，更容易、更清楚的接受新知识。尤为重要的是，每堂课的复习并不只局限于上一次所学习的内容，是可以以分类式复习来温习所有相关的知识的,正符合本教材的特点，即语法内容以线性的形式呈现给学生，从而持续不断的复习并重复所学内容。例如，《新概念英语青少版》1A Unit1Unit7中都在不断学习特殊疑问句，在学习Unit 8前我给学生列出了所有学过的特殊疑问词：what, which, who, whose, where, when, how等，让学生回想所学过的有关句型，并举例练习。这样，学习Unit 8时，相关知识就可以“不点即通”了。这样就可以让学生真正灵活掌握所学知识，而且可以用旧知识去学习新知识。

2.突出课文。由于本教材配有大量彩色插图，人物形象活泼生动，并配有DVD光盘和MP3。为此，我校还配置了相关设备，笔记本电脑、投影仪、音响等，这样就可以让学生课堂上观看课文内容，刺激他们的听觉、视觉，从而促使他们主动的学习语言。所以，利用现代化设备突出生动的课文，是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和动力的关键。突出课文的作用是可以让学生在英语的语言环境中学习单词、句子、段落、对话、文章，从而更好的理解文章的意思，记住关键句的语言点。教学步骤如下：首先看DVD光盘，了解整篇课文接着跟读句子，模仿光盘中的语音语调，这样既可以使学生的语音语调更加纯正，同时也能学会生词的发音；再次，看DVD温习文章，尽量记住句型；最后，学生逐个回答有关课文的提问，从而检查每个学生理解课文的情况，并锻炼学生的口语表达能力。
