【押题预测】2018会计硕士考研冲刺：管综写作押题篇

合作御竞争，合作求共赢

面对极大的市场竞争压力，不论是波音麦道还是欧洲公司，纷纷奔向合作之途，借此实现共赢发展。显然，这正是一则伟大的经营智慧：合作御竞争，合作求共赢。

身在商场,竞争不可避免，总会与对手在红海不期而遇，但一味地着力于竞争只能沦为恶性竞争，又称为“自杀式竞争”、“毁灭式竞争”，就因为结局早晚两败俱伤。双方会将过多精力与能量放在过度竞争之上，从而严重阻碍发展步伐，挤压发展空间，最终滑入狭隘的深渊。正所谓独脚难行，孤掌难鸣。只依靠自身力量抵抗竞争难免波及内部经营，极易导致生产运营效率低下，过多成本无端浪费，从而忽略了产品的完善与升级，早晚要被消费者遗弃。势力单薄，怎能长足发展?

此情此景，合作即为上策，不仅可以抵御竞争，更能有效实现共赢。在国际分工日趋精细化的今天，正是“术业有专攻”，任何企业都不可能拥有三头六臂，不可能具备360°全能优势，因而企业必须学会将优势集中于某一特定行业或特定领域，力求精益求精;同时，和相关企业积极合作，优势互补，弥补自身发展短板，强化自身发展优势，共同实现行业升级，领域革新，推动彼此竞争力的共同提升，从而创造更多价值、更大市场。

不忘初心，会使企业拥有一个清晰的发展方向。一个清晰合理的方向，乃是企业生存发展的关键。有了正确的方向，企业这艘大船才能顺利的远航。对“初心”的坚守与执著，恰是企业前行的信心与动力之源。不忘初心，亦是要求每一位成员都要将自己的努力与企业的方向保持一致，这样才能将每一个细微的力量真正的汇聚，凝聚企业发展的核心动力。

诚信让社会更美好

“诚者，天之道也;思诚者，人之道也。”诚信是现代社会和谐发展的粘合剂，是社会主义市场经济健康运行的“基石”，然而，伴随“熟人社会”向“陌生社会”转变，人们的诚信意识受到强烈冲击。制假售假、合同欺诈、骗税逃税、恶意拖欠、变相传销等屡见不鲜，可以说，诚信缺失已成为制约我国发展的突出“软肋”。因此，诚信建设，势在必行。

诚信是立人之本。“子曰：人而无信，不知其可也。”认为人若不讲信用，在社会上就无立足之地，什么事情也做不成。诚信兄弟的例子曾感染了无数人，哥哥为了能在新年给农民工发工资，在下雪天连夜赶回家，而在回家的路上遭遇车祸全家身亡，而弟弟为了完成哥哥的遗愿，让农民工凭良心领取工资。就是这种诚信的品质构建兄弟俩闪亮的灵魂。

“人无信不立，业无信难兴，政无信必颓。”拥有诚信的品质是一个人品质高尚的体现，是商家长久发展的灵魂，更是政府行政的法宝。如果每个人都自觉履行诚信的诺言，未来的社会必将更加美好。

管综写作押题预测三——论模仿与创新

在日常生活中“模仿”一直是一个贬义词，但据说莫扎特也是从模仿别人的音乐开始，最终创作出了独创的音乐，请以“模仿与创新”为话题，写一篇700字左右的论说文，题目自拟。

论模仿与创新

一说起模仿，有人就会援引“东施效颦”、“邯郸学步”的例子，把模仿贬得一无是处。但这些人恰好忘记了“胡服骑射”的故事。通过模仿完成积累，实现自我成长，进而提升创新的有效性，所以，从某种意义上说，模仿也是一种进步。

高考英语作文押题冲刺

Nowadays,an increasing number of college students are doing part-time jobs,which leads to a hot discuss in our society.Different people has different idea about it.From my point of view,there are three reasons for this phenomenon as follows: 如今，越来越多的大学生开始做兼职，这件事在我们社会中引起了强烈的讨论。不同的人对此有不同的观点。在我看来，针对这个现象有如下三方面的原因：

有人分析说，写作题的变化从最早的提纲作文，发展到图表和图画作文，而且后者在近年出现的比率更大，考生也应该对这两类作文形式加以关注。写作在考试形式上也越考越灵活，总体上放弃了机械做题，避免考生猜题、押题，每年出题都在求变，考生就应该把握题型规律，掌握模式化语言，以不变应万变。背范文、照搬句子在现在的写作考试中已经不那么有效了，但是如果能掌握写作的框架结构和精彩句型就能占据一部分优势，这些将构筑起一篇文章以及亮出它的“闪光点”，得到评卷老师的欣赏。图表作文的写作要看清数据的变化，通过坐标和图表纵横比较说明事实，并且从表面看到实质，了解变化反映的深层意义。同时考生还应该掌握图表术语，比如“增长、降低、突增至„„恢复稳定”等一批单词和词组的表达。图画作文的难点在于对图画信息的描述是否准确，侧重锻炼考生看图说话的能力，如果表达不全的话就要考虑用迂回来绕开，但是不能偏离主题。然后要点破图画的寓意，分析背后的原因，这是文章的重头戏，所以在复习中就要多看些报刊文摘的图片，培养对图片的敏感和逻辑思维能力，多关注社会热点也是很好的锻炼方式。汪海涛强调，写作最重要的是不能跑题，在做题前列出提纲和主干来是很有必要的，考生在复习中也要做些这方面的练习。在考研进行到这最后的阶段，查缺补漏最关键，但是在做错题时不能悲观失望，应该想到的是自己又攻克了一个难关，多掌握了一个知识点，调整好考试心态，增强信心，迎接考试。
