十五、通 知

结构要点：通知的目的是传递信息或分配工作，包含内容、时间和地点。如果是活动，应包含参加的人员范围；如果是讲座或报告，应包含演讲人的简介。

语言注意点：通知必须用简练、准确的语言传递信息。如果包含对演讲人、主要参与人或组织者等的介绍，语言应大方得体，重点突出，切忌长篇大论。例一：

海文考研回忆历程

其实挺怀年当初考研日子的!遥想去年的今天，正是在和数学拼命吧!一曲姜育恆的《驛動的心》和一篇《离考研还有整157天时间》的帖子将我的思绪又拉回了考研那段难忘的日子~~~~

我是过了6月末才正式下定决心考研的!虽然我早在4份就报了一个考研班，因为那时我在追一个女生，根本没把心思放在考研上。直到考6级的前一天，我遭到了她无情的拒绝，心灰意冷才痛下决心好好学习，当初就一个目的--考上再回来追她!

于是每天都和数学、英语较劲。焚膏继晷、闻鸡起舞，竟然渐渐的适应了这种枯燥乏味的生活模式。暑假的日子是苦闷的，我没有抱暑期班，只能一个人在家学习、想她...日子是那样的孤单而又寂寞。闲暇就写点什么，放飞一下心情。一首子夜随想也许就是当时的写照吧。

岁月的匆匆，让我忘记了--什么是快乐。

青春的脚步，使我习惯了--无尽的奔波。

十五载的寒窗，只留下--无限的苦闷。

又一个岔路口，却依然--毫无选择。

疲惫的我，早以被沧桑，遗忘在无爱的角落。

伴随的只有：

痛并快乐着!

好容易熬到了开学，却没有见到心爱的女生一面。想见却又不敢。可能矛盾是当时心理最好的写照吧!心伤还在继续，考研也在继续。我报了两个秋季班，本来就不充裕的时间一下子更加紧张了起来!周一，周三晚上是英语，周二，周四晚上是政治，周六，周日白天也是政治，丝毫没有喘息的时间。但是那段时间却是我人生经历中最充实的日子。每天9点起床，逃课去图书馆复习，中午吃完饭后爬在桌子上睡一个小时，学到下午4点，买上一个面包，一袋牛奶踏上公交车去上课。在车上，边吃边听着白洁的听力。上完课一般都在8：30或9：00。然后踏着夜色，匆匆赶回学校。有的时候，我的同学都嫌太远不爱去上课，往往我回学校的时候，就是一个人坐在公交车里(下课太晚了，几乎没有乘客)，车上只有唯一的光亮--报站器。我只能孤零零的一个人望着窗外，想着以后考上研，有她在身边的日子......下雨的时候，我的同学就一定不会去上课。我只能一个人独自举着一把孤单的伞，浑身湿漉漉的，聆听着车窗外淅淅沥沥的雨，听它倾述着着往日的心伤与今日的寂寞......下雪的日子还不错。我们好几个同学会一起上课。这时我会静静的听他们讲故事。望着外面的风花雪月，心中波澜起伏，却又是一种心絮~~~

考研的日子是灰色的，想她的日子是兰色的。直到另一个她的出现，才给那段满是灰兰的单调日子，增添了些许的粉红......她是我的学妹，英语系的，略有几分洋气。纤细的身材，湖水般清澈的眸子，以及长长的、一闪一闪的睫毛是她当时给我的第一印象。她在图书馆就坐在我的前面，我们对面坐着。我们一开始并不熟悉，但是每当我抬头就会瞅到她，当然她也会看见我。就这样坐着时间长了，俩个人慢慢熟悉起来。有一次我上火嘴坏了，她竟然叮嘱我吃药。后来，她还冒着雨夹雪帮我卖录音机和咖啡...这着实令我感动不已。

粉红的日子过了有半个月。那是一个周五的晚上，图书馆是那样的明亮而又安静，大部分同学都去过周末了，宽敞的自习室里只有少数的几个人。当然有我也有她。我很心不在焉的抄着三个代表，耳机里听着交通电台的广播。好久没有这么轻松了，好久没有一个人欣赏这安静而又平和的夜~~~看了一眼对面的她，心中却想起我一直深爱的她。曾几何时，我们也曾对面坐过，谈的那么开心，聊的那么愉快~~~~我深爱的她就像一片轻柔的云在我眼前飘来飘去，清丽秀雅的脸上荡漾着春天般美丽的笑容。在她那双又大又亮的眼睛里，我总能捕捉到她的宁静，她的热烈，她的聪颖，她的清丽~~~~

是啊!对面的她再好，也比不上我深爱的她在我心中的美丽!这时，对面的她突然抬头问我是不是也在听交通台。我微笑着冲她点了点头。她也微微的笑了一下，低下头拿起手机不知道给谁发短信。过了一会，我竟然在耳机中听到了我的名字，在莫文蔚的一曲《爱》里，我听到了她对我深深的祝福。那祝福透过婉转缠绵的歌声，穿过层层的电波，直入我那颗酸痛而又疲惫的心......“谢谢!”除了说它，我还能说什么呢?回忆一下她的好，就是对爱再麻木愚蠢的人也知道这是什么意思了。可是，我能接受这样一份爱吗?不能啊!因为我是在深爱着我的她啊!不管她喜不喜欢我，我对她的爱都会一成不变!我的心都已经被她占据，拳头大的地方又怎能容下另一个人呢?

该到解决问题的时候了。第二天，我上完课早早的回来，就在图书馆我把写完的一封信交到了她的手里，匆匆而去~~~信中什么也没有，只有我和我心中的她的一段故事和一颗不变的心......当天晚上，我背上了沉甸甸的书包，登上了回家的列车，是该换个环境了。一个星期过去了，当我再次踏上图书馆时，对面已经换成了另一个陌生的人。虽然有种物是人非的感觉，但是却没有了些许的惆怅。

清清的、淡淡的、酸酸的感觉......然而，考研的故事却没有这样结束。一个月半后，我住进了医院。直到今天我还记得当时窒息的那种感觉，以及氧气袋那恐怖的样子。不能回学校学习了，只能乖乖的呆在墓地般医院里，无奈的望着点滴管。对着慈爱的妈妈，述说着无奈与心伤......左手插着点滴管，右手做着题--也许这就是我当时的写照吧!

04年1月10号。我得到了主治医生同意，如期参加了04年研究生入学考试。虽然数学1没有考的像期待中那么好，但是所有科目和总分最后都轻松上线了，可能是老天青睐我吧!呵呵~~~~

我的考研历程就这样结束了，虽然过的有些苦，但是永远都是一段美好的回忆。

现在，我的我的她过的都很好，关系也不错。虽然分分合合，聚聚散散，但是只要心不变，无论遇到什么困难都能挺过来!她现在也在考研，虽然我们现在还没有任何承诺，但是只要正常发展下去，我想我们会最终走到一起的。同时也在这里祝福我的那个学妹，幸福永远......最后告诫今年考研的同学们，只要努力，报有必胜的决心，一直坚持走下去，就一定会成功!这是我在1月9号写的一首小诗，给自己加油的，送给学弟学妹们吧!

花开花落一春去，大业将成翘首盼。

往昔艰辛苦难尽，犹似湍流涉险滩。

今朝已贯黄金甲，唯待沙场闯五关。

海文考研让我梦想成真

接到通知书的那一刻，我知道，我这四年的自强不息没有白费。从小学到高中，一直都是家里人的骄傲，成绩非常好，同时还是体育健将，班长，要风得风，要雨得雨。也是邻居亲戚教育孩子的榜样。人生真的太顺了，在高考前，大家都认为我考入清华希望很大。但是在高考前，两个月，家里出现了重大变故，老爸做生意出现重大亏损，签下了巨额债务。家里和谐，安宁的气氛再也没有了，追债的人不停地到家里来追债，打砸家里的东西，威胁我家里人，有的人甚至跑到学校来威胁我。那一段时间是我人生的最低谷，整天提心吊胆，学习成绩急剧下降。出乎大家所料，高考只考上了重庆一个很一般的学校。接到通知书的那一天，我想了很多，考虑复读还是先上大学，犹豫不决，但是老爸的一句话道出了更多的无奈“孩子，还是先上大学吧，借钱也先让你上大学，如果复读，家里一年后的境况可能会更差，即使考上了好学校，借钱也不一定能借到了”。

在大学里面，我的专业是电气工程，对于喜欢数理化的我来说，学习就变成一种享受，成绩一直是系里的第一名。大二时，系里一位老师非常欣赏我，给了我到实验室里做实验助手的机会。实验室把我带入了一个广阔的天地，发现理论知识和实践知识的巨大差异，在老师的指导下，我参与了他的一个课题，并还在一个学术会议上发表了一篇文章。在学术会上我见到了学术界的权威，他们在专业上的造诣和学术上的巨大成就深深地吸引了我，引起了我从事学术的强烈兴趣。会议回来后，却痛苦地发现自己就是一个井底之蛙，在一个很一般的大学里面读书，看到的世界就那么点大，如果想要从事学术工作，自己的背景和平台就太过于薄弱，一个想法从心底里冒出来了：我要去清华读研。躺在床上，仔细分析了自己的优劣势。优势：我专业学得很好，基础课程中数学也很好，劣势：就是英语差一点，我的本科学校将在面试的时候会打比较大的折扣，但是我的会议文章将是一个出彩的地方。结论是：我能考上。在和实验室的老师沟通后，老师非常支持我，并答应帮我联系清华的导师。

考研，我来了。专业课是本专业，复习起来有条不紊，稳打稳扎。在公共课方面。英语和政治比较头疼。为了节约时间，在大三暑假，我报了万学海文的超级优化课程，就是坐在培训班里和大家一起看他们制作的视频课程，发现这个挺管用的，特别是对我的薄弱项英语和政治的提高。因为它集中了上百位名师的授课以及上百种资料的精华，并且听不懂的地方还能反复补课，定期还有老师答疑，对我来说真的特别合适。

复习是一个庞大的系统工程，复习课程多，时间跨度长，因此，考研复习必须有一个整体的规划。总的复习进度划分为起步、强化和冲刺三个阶段。(1)起步阶段(第一轮复习)首轮复习的目的是全面夯实基础。英语、数学复习都具有基础性和长期性的特点，而专业课内容庞杂，因此它们的第一轮复习都安排在起步期。政治复习可以暂缓，等新大纲出版后再进入首轮复习。(2)强化阶段(第二轮复习)所有科目的第二轮复习都安排在强化期。这一阶段要从全面基础复习转入重点专项复习，对各科重点、难点进行提炼和把握;同时注意解题能力的训练。(3)冲刺阶段(第三轮复习)本阶段复习要解决两个问题：一是归纳总结，升华提炼，查漏补缺，二是强化应试训练。2.学习计划的制定(1)搜集资料阶段①1月搜集考研信息，听免费讲座。②2-3月确定考研目标,听考研形势的讲座。选择专业，全面了解所报专业的信息。准备复习。(2)第一轮复习①4-5月第一轮复习，可以报一个春季基础班，特别是数学班和英语班。不要急于做模拟试题，着重于基础的复习。②6月全面关注考研公共课的考试大纲，购买最新的辅导用书，准备暑期复习。(3)第二轮复习①7-8月制定一个全面复习计划，开始第二轮复习。可以参加一个有权威性的正规大学举办的辅导班，有选择地做一些必要的题目。②9月关注各招生单位的招生简章和专业计划，购买专业课辅导用书，联系导师，获取专业课考试信息。③10月确定十一黄金周复习计划，对前两个阶段的复习进行总结。同时，开始专业课的复习，可报一个长期班系统复习。这时候也是网上报名的时间。④11月10-14日现场确认报名，研究生考试报名工作开始，报名、填报专愿。(4)第三轮复习①11月中下旬第三轮复习阶段开始，政治、英语、数学、专业课的冲刺复习，购买辅导冲刺的内部资料。冲刺班报名。②12月-次年1月进行模拟实训，报一个冲刺班，做考前整理。(5)初试临考阶段1月上旬调整心态、准备考试。熟悉考试环境。(6)准备复试阶段①2月放松心情，查询初试成绩。②3月关注复试分数线。③4月准备复试，联系招生单位。④5月关注复试成绩。3.复习技巧(1)第一轮复习策略英语、数学和专业课的第一轮复习都安排在起步期，因为英语、数学学习都具有基础性和长期性的特点，而专业课程内容多而杂，量很大，因此第一轮复习宜早不宜迟。只有政治复习不必着急，因为考点还没修订完毕，新大纲尚未出台，所以安排到7月份强化期内，免得做无用功。①英语。重点是考研词汇、基本语法，同时，阅读理解训练也要开始。语法等不会有啥子变化，词汇每年大纲虽然有所修订，但变动不大，因此找本前一年的《大纲》先看着。有许多同学正好在这一阶段考CET6级，由于6级和考研难度大致相当，词汇量也差不多，所以可以结合起来复习。②数学。此阶段的侧重点在于先全面整理一下基本概念、定理、公式及其基本应用，也要开始大量做题。因为做题很耗时间，一旦进入强化期开始复习政治之后，就不可能再占用大量时间做题了。③专业课。本校本专业报考的，要利用常规教学，好好学学专业课程。跨专业或跨校报考的，此时要开始专业课程的系统复习，如可能，应旁听一些重要的专业课。首轮复习主要是要全面夯实基础，因此主要使用本科基础教材、外加一些适合首轮复习资料，也可以选择一些打基础的长期班或预备班来给自己充电。政治有点不同，一开始就可以选个班期较长的辅导班，可以带着步入复习轨道。(2)第二轮复习策略所有科目的第二轮复习都安排在强化期。强化期是考研复习的黄金时间，中间有一个暑假，没有课程干扰，因此复习时间最为集中，其它学习任务也最轻。强化期也是考研复习的关键阶段，考研成绩的好坏基本上取决于此阶段的复习效果。甚至有些基础较好的同学从本阶段才开始复习备考，也取得了成功。那么，如何有效地利用这四个月的复习时间呢?关键是要完成两个任务：一是对各科重点、难点的提炼和把握;二是逐步将已经掌握的知识转化为实际解题能力。①政治。政治首轮复习和第二轮复习是紧密结合的，都安排在强化期。此阶段重点之一是提炼每门课程的基本理论和重要结论，以及考试知识点，特别是新增考点和新修考点;对跨章节甚至跨学科的相关知识点进行初步综合。二是当年重大时事政治与相关基本理论的结合，如“通货紧缩与货币流通规律”、“意识形态领域斗争的长期性、复杂性和加强社会主义精神文明建设的重要性”等等。②英语。词汇方面，应该在已经大体掌握意思的基础上，开始深入掌握用法，尤其是固定搭配和习惯另一个重点是解决长难句，掌握各种句式，王林编著的《考研真相》在以上两点上体现的尤为突出;同时要加大阅读量，一方面提高阅读能力，另一方面也通过阅读来巩固语法、词汇和句式。本阶段必须进行相当量的题型专项练习，通过做题来巩固。③数学。本阶段由于政治已经开始复习，因此数学时间会相应削减，做题数量也不可能很多。因此，要在首轮复习大量练习的基础上，回头总结、归纳，提炼解题规律。④专业课。这一阶段由于公共课程份量加大，专业课复习强度会有所削弱。本阶段的任务是对各专业课程进行逻辑框架上的整理，在心中建立起整个专业体系。另外一点就是要开始按照专题归纳整理专业知识内容。第二轮复习要选购一些质量较好的强化复习资料，有可能的话上一下公共课的辅导班。建议暑假就不要了，即便要回，也必须别超过一周，毕竟家是休息娱乐的地方，不是学习的地方。每年都有人发誓回家去好好学习，结果绝大部分证明是自欺欺人。(3)第三轮复习策略冲刺期内各科均开始进行第三轮复习。一般考前两个月摆布开始，标志是10月中下旬时事政治的复习内容基本确定。本阶段理所当然地要巩固已经复习过的内容，进一步归纳总结，升华提炼，查漏补缺，牢牢把握重点、难点;同时，要将业已掌握的知识和能力转化为最后卷面上的得分，也就是说，要强化应试训练。政治在两个方面下工夫。一是时事政治与基本理论的结合，二是进行答题方法训练，强化答题技巧。时事政治与政治基本理论的结合历来是考试热点，需要自己好好归纳总结，建议上串讲冲刺班。不要做大量的模拟题，因为缺少严格的标准答案，很难对模拟结果做出精确评判，要是碰到一些劣质的模拟题，说不定还会误导。英语冲刺复习阶段的重要任务也有两个，一是进行大量模考练习，二是强化训练短文写作。对短文写作的强化，首先要对可能的命题范围做出预测。考研英语作文命题不会冷僻，不会很专业，通常都与学习生活紧密联系，或反映当前社会热点问题，多看一些话题类的写作书，例如写作160篇，包括的话题有：保持健康、如何读书、环境保护、乱承诺、竞争与合作、网络等都曾是出题范围。了解到这些大概范围后，有意识地多阅读一些相关文章，熟悉有关观点、句式、词汇，多动笔写写，在考场上就可成竹在胸。数学本阶段要逐步恢复做题练习量，进行大量模拟训练，一方面进一步提高解题速度和准确率，另一方面使解题状态上升，最好能在考试时达到最佳点。(4)模考带复习公共科目和数学在第三轮复习的前期安排了一个模考带，一般在11月份。之所以在这里设置模考带，是因为经过两轮复习，需要通过正规考试来检测一下，以便及早发现问题，及时调整第三轮复习计划;同时也是因为考期逼近，有必要增加一些实战经验。模考有两种模式，一是自俺模考，找一份模拟题，自己安排时间测试一下;二是参加模考班。模考班的优点在于正式考场，严格监考，正式答题卡和答题纸，实战气氛逼真，检测出来的水平很真实;同时模考班还进行针对性的讲评，参加者可按照平均分估计自己的相对水平。www.xiexiebang.com具体计划第一、要有决心。不要怕考研的目标定得太高，因为一方面，国家考研政策比较宽松，逐年的扩招已经让专家们感到出题不应该很难了!另一方面，经过高考的那层筛选，你的竞争对手少多了，而且毕业时很多高手要么出国、要么找工作、要么保送，这时你的有效竞争对手几乎没有了!这时，就是要下定决心，坚信自己!最后，就是目标一旦确定，千万不要随意更改，这个目标要经得住各方面的诱惑。所以，要按照自己的兴趣及优势，要积极的打听各个渠道的新闻，迅速做出决定报考的专业及院校!(这要在3月份就应该确定了！!)俺的室友，在六月份决定说要考本专业，后来发现考那个学校较困难，于是报考的另一个完全不懂的专业安全工程!最后，一发而不可收拾。第二、计划。一般可分为三四个阶段，按照自己的情况及各课的掌握情况，合理规划配置时间。俺的总体计划目标是：数学做完4000道题，专业课做完2000道题，英语背完8000个单词。其中数学的60%，专业课的40%，英语的100%都应该在第一个阶段完成，即打实基础!第二阶段，首先购买各类的相关书籍，一般要花费300元摆布。接着，按照大纲要求重点、全面地复习，不断总结，做到精益求精，细化到每个知识点的掌握并灵活运用!第三阶段，即考前四十天摆布，要总结，做模拟，熟悉套路。最后十天，要狂背政治，启航的20天20题非常不错的，温习数学及专业课基础知识。然后，计划要具体落实到每个月，每个星期，每天。每天即起，想一下今天最重要的是要看完啥子内容，做完几多题等任务!最好想像一下未来的美好的前景!始终保持一个饱满积极向上的心，每天进步一点点!Maninthehopecomestothefront!第三、制造氛围。就是寻找战友，不是男女朋友哦!集大家之所长，采大家之信息，互相鼓励!要真心实意的对待这个队伍，不要隐瞒任何事情，放开来谈任何事情，围绕一个核心问题讨论，围绕一个目标共同努力!
