1、考试时间：2013年10月19日
上午（9:00-11:30）心理学
下午（2:30-5:00）教育学
2、新生准考证领取时间：2013年10月10日-11日，准考证领取地点：合肥市招生考试院（金
寨路322号）乘车方式：新华学院乘坐48路至科学大道下车，转乘3路公交至飞凤街下车，再转1路公交至廻龙桥下车。下车后往南行50米，在马路东侧建设银行旁。注意：领取准考证的同学，请必须携带个人身份证。另提前向本人索取自己的准考证号码。凭准考证号码和身份证才能领取！！（领取时间：9:00—11:30 14:30—17:00）以前报考过教师资格考试，或者自学考试，且现有准考证的考生，继续使用以前发放的准考证，不再发放新的准考证。考试前来此日志查询考场即可，不需要重新到《合肥市招生考试院》领取准考证。如果之前领取的准考证丢失，请看下方说明进行补办。
3、不便前来《合肥市招生考试院》领取的同学，请与10月8日中午13:00—14:00将身份证
送至新华学院大学生创业孵化基地2楼11室（智联大学生创业公司）并留下宿舍号和联系电话，并交纳5元费用。领回后送至宿舍。
4、补办准考证时间：2013年10月10日-11日，补办领取时间10月15日-16日。（补办需缴纳
50元/人，补办必须带身份证）以上补办指以前参加过考试，但是丢失准考证的考生，本次考试继续使用第一次报名发放时的准考证。补办准考证流程是：先持身份证和准考证号码，前往《新安晚报》或《安徽商报》登报遗失声明作废，一般第二天报纸就会刊登遗失声明，取此刊登报纸到《合肥市招生考试院》登记遗失补办，然后等1-3天凭补办登记条和身份证领取准考证。
5、领取到准考证的考生，请立即检查个人的准考证，看性别、姓名、照片、身份证号码否
有错误等情况，如发现有错，请立即指出并上交，我们将给你立即更改，如当场不检查，事后责任自负。
6、考场公布时间：2013年10月12日，考生请于10月12日后登录本QQ空间日志，查询自己的考场，查询到考场后，请用纸笔记录好自己的座位号和考场号。届时将发布各考场的具体位置和乘车方式等相关信息。
7、考试成绩查询：预计11月初即可查询成绩，请考生考试结束二周后，登录本QQ空间日
志，查询成绩是否公布。成绩达60分的考生需要领取成绩合格证。具体领取事宜，另行通知！

9、特别提醒：顺利通过这二门后，并不是直接可以取得教师资格证，只是取得教育学
和心理学的成绩合格证，凭此合格证和普通话证书等相关证件，一般在每年4月中旬，在中小学教师资格认定网，网上申请认定中小学教师资格，具体申请认定流程，请登录《安徽教育网》--中小学教师资格办事流程。
网上申请认定后，再回认定地点现场确认，通过面试即说课后方可取得中小学教师资格证。具体申请的流程，等此次考试成绩公布后，我将发布日志详细说明一下。不管怎么样，非师范类考生想取得教师资格证，先要通过这二门考试才能有资格申请教师资格。

现今，有一部分人在生活事务中如果遇到了麻烦事一时脱不了干系时，大都会“千方百计、千辛万苦”地拉“关系”找人说情，以求大事化小、小事化了。同样，卫生监督执法也非一方净土，在卫生行政执法中，令人困惑尴尬的不仅仅是遇到诸如“调查难”、“取证难”、“处理难”等问题，而且还有那些上下内外“剪不断，理还乱”的“说情风”。如果让说情得逞，势必扭曲法律法规，丧失法律尊严，导致执法不公，腐蚀干部，损害部门形象，影响党群、干群关系。因此，必须采取坚决措施，遏制卫生行政执法中的说情行为。避免因情害法、以权代法和徇私枉法的现象发生，切实做到廉洁奉公，不徇私情，秉公执法。
