课间休息活动 【疲劳时】：

2、师生同做休息操，边做边喊口令：“点点头，伸伸腰，站要直，坐要正，专心听，勤动脑，诚实的孩子，思想好。”当喊到“坐要正”时，学生一下整齐的坐下了；

3、在上到一节课的中间时，发现学生已经累了，就站起来休息一下，师生共同做休息操，边做边喊口令：“点点头，伸伸腰，我们来做课前准备操，小白兔，蹦蹦跳；小鸭子，嘎嘎叫；小金鱼，游啊游；小朋友，拍拍手；安安静静齐坐好。”这样一段时间的小休息，既减轻了学生的疲劳，又调整了学生的注意力。

4、特别是当全班学生在课堂中精神不振作、学习状态疲劳时，可引导孩子诵读表演一段自己喜欢的诗歌或做一些律动，如：“小朋友已经有点累了，咱们一起来休息一下。起立。”师生同做休息操，边做边喊口令：“一二三，伸伸腰，四五六，甩甩臂，七八九，搓搓脸，我数十，快静齐。”

看前面，摆口形，口型变化要注意，快速向后滑过去，和成一音莫忘记。（3）声母b和韵母a,猛的一碰变成ba。b-a（带调号）爸，爸爸。

【爱学习】

1、铃声响，进教室，安安静静等老师，抬头挺胸坐得正，看黑板，脚放平。
