设计意图：

在上学期的磨课活动中，通过对“科学活动的组织与实施”的尝试，汲取众人智慧，我对科学领域的活动组织有了一定的思路和自己的模式。本学期咱班的孩子大部分刚满四岁，他们的年龄与教材所符合的年龄相差甚远。在这种前提下：“我们的艺术特色如何凸显出来？”特别是“不容易用固定的物化模式展现出来的音乐教育如何能显见成效？”成为我思考得最多的问题。“名字”是孩子们所熟知的，从孩子们熟悉的事物入手，融入孩子们感兴趣的游戏“切水果”，旨在探寻适合我们的孩子的音乐活动模式。活动目标：

1.喜欢参加音乐活动，感受音乐活动的快乐感与成功感。2.熟悉歌曲《把我的名字唱出来》的节奏、旋律和歌词内容，能较准确地唱出歌曲。

3.大胆地尝试用自己的名字和生活中的物或事创编歌曲。活动准备：

知识经验准备：了解自己名字的字数和最后一个字。

环境材料准备：《康康舞曲》、《把我的名字唱出来》、《我是一颗菠菜》等音乐；相关课件；节奏图谱。活动过程：

一、导入部分 1.听音乐《康康舞曲》入活动场地，感受这段音乐欢快的节奏和旋律。

2.看《母鸡表演》视频，激发幼儿的表演和表现欲望。

二、主体部分

1.听歌曲《把我的名字唱出来》的钢琴伴奏，初步感知本次活动的主旋律。

2.出示节奏图谱，玩游戏“切水果”。3.播放ppt1，幼儿完整地感知歌曲。4.播放ppt2，了解歌词的内容和结构。5.两位老师分角色范唱：（1）范唱原歌曲。

（2）范唱用老师名字改编的歌曲。6.尝试用自己的名字创编歌曲。

（1）想一想：自己的名字是几个字？名字的最后一个字是什么？（2）个别幼儿范唱。

（3）歌唱接龙《把我的名字唱出来》：幼儿依次跟钢琴伴奏唱出自己的名字，以击掌交换歌唱者。

三、结束部分

欣赏古天乐演唱的歌曲《我是一棵菠菜》离开活动场地。延伸活动：

鼓励幼儿平时大胆歌唱，唱出生活中的事物或事情。

（再次帮助幼儿掌握名字两个字与名字三个字的不同唱法）

2．在琴声的伴奏下，请幼儿轻声填词哼唱自己的名字。

（让幼儿自由尝试，自主检查自己的学习情况）

3．教师示范填词演唱自己的名字

（既为幼儿做了示范，也拉近师幼的距离，增进师幼的情感）

4．请个别会唱的幼儿（两个字、三个字名字的小朋友）上台填词演唱自己的名字

（交流展示，既为幼儿提供同伴互学的机会，又便于教师及时了解幼儿的学习情况以适时、重点指导）

5．请两名（或四名）幼儿以接唱的形式填词演唱自己的名字

以接龙演唱的形式全体幼儿把自己的名字用歌唱的方式一一介绍给大家。

一、教材是活动的载体，我们应该创造性地利用教材

教材是教师用以教学的工具，我们应该根据不同的教学对象，在具体教学情景下，对教材进行修正、开发和创造，使教学活动充满活力，产生超出预设的“溢出效应”。

对孩子来说，把自己的名字用歌唱的方式介绍给他人，既充满情趣，又具有挑战性。《把我的名字唱出来》歌曲旋律流畅生动，歌词单一，初次哼唱觉得比较简单，不过由于此曲是一首外国歌曲，旋律不容易快速掌握，就教师自身学唱了五、六遍也还是有些记不住。再者，此曲有两个难点：一个是“| 11 76 | 54 32 |”，这一句的音准不易掌握；另一个A、B段衔接较紧凑，要让幼儿自然、顺畅地接唱有点困难。为了解决这两个难点，让孩子更好地、更自然地掌握旋律，我们对原教材作了修改：（1）将“| 11 76 |”改为“|1i 76 |”，因为“|1i 76 |”比“|11 76 |”音准更容易掌握且其旋律也动听；（2）在A段尾声（54 32）后面加了一小节“1 0”，这样有了预备的时间，孩子就便于接唱。

对选用的教材内容做出适当处理，教材便更适合于幼儿的实际能力与水平，因此，活动中教师教得轻松，幼儿学得也轻松。

二、幼儿是活动的主体，我们应该重视幼儿学习方法的指导

从“教”转向“学”是当前幼儿园课程改革的新动向。因此，我们要把幼儿的“学”放在第一位思考，关注幼儿是如何学习的。教学中，老师要恰当地就教学内容设计出具有思考价值的问题，并把学习的方法逐一渗透，教给幼儿。

《把我的名字唱出来》活动中，我们采取分散难点、逐一突破的方式，在层层推进、步步深化。活动过程中，通过引导幼儿用听辨、分析、比较的方法理解歌曲基本结构、掌握旋律并正确填词演唱。如“汤米（杰西卡）是怎么介绍？”（掌握名字两个字与名字三个字的不同唱法）；“他们谁唱得更高些？”（区别旋律不同把握音准）；“想一想，自己的名字是几个字的？两个字该怎么唱？三个字该怎么唱？名字最后一个字是什么字？”（掌握填词演唱的要点）等等。这样，将学习的方法逐一渗透在学习的过程中，幼儿知道了“学什么”和“怎么学”，其学习积极性盎然，学习效率也会大大提高。同时，幼儿学会了学习的方法，便能较快地尝到成功的滋味，获得成功的体验。

三、课堂是师幼互动的场所，我们应该保持有效的互动

要实现“师生互动”教学，就得改变课堂教学机械、沉闷、缺乏生气与乐趣的局面，处理好影响幼儿主动性的各种因素，想方设法引导幼儿参与教学全过程。

《把我的名字唱出来》的活动通过听辨、师幼问答、模唱，老师与幼儿的自我介绍等信息交流，从中掌握歌曲旋律并学会正确填词演唱介绍自己。其中，教师既是幼儿学习的引导者──引导幼儿在听辨、比较、分析中逐一掌握旋律及填词演唱的方法；也是幼儿学习的合作伙伴──学习用歌唱方式介绍时，老师首先把自己的名字唱出来并让幼儿学唱老师的名字，这样，既给幼儿作了示范，同时也拉近了师幼之间的距离，增进了教师与幼儿互动的情感与行为，更加激起幼儿想把自己名字唱出来的欲望，因此，活动中幼儿学地既主动也轻松。

此外，本活动的教具也是平时教学常用的，即两张人物卡片及幼儿名字卡（便于借班教师能叫出及检验孩子是否唱对了自己的名字，本班孩子名字卡可以省略）。这样既可减少执教教师为制作教学具花费太多的精力，也便于大家学习、借鉴。

【活动准备】

6、教师出示《百家姓》的书，师：书中共记录了500多个姓氏，那位小朋友能说一说百家姓，教师读一读百家姓的内容，让幼儿感知丰富的姓氏。

四、探索名字的奥秘

1、教师：我们小朋友的姓是跟爸爸，不是随便起的，那你们的名字是怎么来的，有什么小秘密吗？

2、鼓励幼儿讲述家人给自己取名字的过程或意义。

3、教师小结：原来我们爸爸妈妈 不是随便给我们取名字的，我们小朋友的名字是有一定意义的，表达了爸爸妈妈对我们的期望，和对我们美好的祝愿，希望每个小朋友都健康快乐的成长。
