第五篇:机场接机服务的程序与标准
机场接机服务的程序与标准
1.准备工作
(1)定时从预订处取得需要接站的客人的名单(ExpectedArrivalList,EAL);
(2)掌握客人姓名、航班(车次)、到达时间、车辆要求及接待规格等情况;
(3)根据预定的航班、车次或船次时间提前做好接站准备,写好接站告示牌,安排好车辆,整理好仪容仪表,提前半小时至一小时到站等候;
(4)备好接机牌,正面刻有饭店的中、英文名称,反面是客人的姓名,牌子手把的长度在0.5米左右
2.到达机场迎接客人
(1)注意客人所乘航班、车(船)次到达站时间的变动,若有延误或取消,应及时准确通知饭店总台;
(2)站立在显眼位置举牌等候、主动问好、介绍自己、代表饭店欢迎客人;
(3)根据羽抵店客人名单予以确认;
(4)帮助客人搬运行李并确认行李数件,挂号行李牌,引领客人前往接站车前
3.送客人上车
(1)开车前10分钟应将客人送到开车地点,引导客人上车,协助客人将行李装上车;
(2)向客人道别,开车时站在车右方2米左右,微笑着挥手向客人道别;
(3)如果需要随车同行,在行车途中,可以根据具体情况,或简要介绍饭店的服务项目和城市风貌,或陪同客人聊天,或放音乐让客人自便;
(4)将客人接到饭店后,引领客人到总台办理入住手续,并询问客人是否需要提供离店服务,VIP客人到店后,请房务联系经理或大堂副理为客人办理入住手续
