一、情况分析从上课表现、作业、卷面分析及平时表现发现所教班学困生占有一定的比例。其中我确定了八名学困生。造成他们成绩差的原因是多方面的。基础打得不够扎实，遗忘性差，记忆力差，家长不够重视其学习等等综合因素。这部分学生大多有共同的特点，主要表现为：(一)、自卑感强。学困生由于各方面较差，受到批评较多，进而产生自暴自弃心理，总觉得自己低人一等。(二)、作业完成得较差，怕受批评又学会了撒谎，上课发言也不积极。针对这一情况，我在对待学困生的辅导方面将采取以下方法。

二、具体帮抚目标措施针对上述原因，为了使他们在学习上有所进步，特制定如下帮扶措施。1.加强思想教育许多学困生在与同学的相处之中，往往有自卑心理，所以要帮助他们克服自卑心理，树立自信心。落实“五分钟谈话制度”，经常找帮扶对象谈心，平均每周谈话一次，每月谈话一次，帮助学生树立自己能学好、能进步的信心。2.加强关注程度在平时的教学中，多关注这群学生，做到勤观察、勤发现、勤表扬、勤纠正，对他们进行正面引导和必要的辅导，鼓励他们的进步。经常与班主任和任课教师联系，密切关注他们的进步情况，并加以记录。3.培养学习习惯(1)课前准备每天准备好第二天的学习用品，或下节课的准备工作，上课之前要求他们把教材读一遍，把问题找出来，把教师预留知识点、重点、难点找出来，并通过自己的归纳把它总结出来。(2)上课环节首先要告诉他们应该精神饱满进课堂，把所有与课堂内容无关的事情都抛在一边，认真听讲，做到边听边想边记，养成手脑并用的好习惯。对于他们起初会很困难，但要鼓励学生坚持，哪怕一堂课只记住一两点，那也是学习成果。(3)练习环节课堂练习要认真对待，如果不会可以请小组成员帮助解决，不懂就问而不是不懂装懂，但绝不能不会就算了，当然难一点的题可以放过。课后练习也就是作业要认认真真地完成，按时完成，时间观念强，不拖拉、最好要独立完成，绝不能抄作业。4.鼓励学生帮助通过鼓励组内优秀生的方法，来帮助学困生。教师与学生的接触时间总是比学生们在一起的时间短，所以应该利用可以利用的一切条件来帮助学困生，让优秀生在平时的学习中多帮助这些学生。同时可以从这些同学中间了解学困生的各种情况。

5、在班级里建立学生的学习档案，依此进行分层，设立不同层次的学习帮扶小组，确立学习目标，在班级里努力营造一个良好的学习氛围，改变以前老师补课，留课的陋习，把问题交给学生去独立解决，老师起指导作用;其次，依据学生的能力，对各层次的学生分别有不同的完成目标，由易而难，逐层推进。

6、在加强班级集体建设的过程中，不断创造有利于学生自我教育能力形成的环境。努力把班级集体建设的过程转化为学生自我教育能力形成的过程。如试行“今日我当家”干部轮流制度，让每一个学生中的一些问题放给学生讨论，充分发挥学生相互教育，自我教育的作用。

7、实行“低、小、多、快”的教法改革摸清学生相关准备知识，基础，能力和心理准备的实际，把起点放在学生努力一下就可以达到的水平上，使新旧知识产生联结，形成网络。根据学生实际、确定能达到的实际进度，把教学的步子放小，把教学内容按由易到难，由简到繁的原则分解成合理的层次、分层推进。在实际教学中，学生活动时间达到三分之一至二分之一，教师一次持续性讲课控制在10分钟以内。快速反馈，及时发现学生存在的问题，及时矫正及至调节教学进度，从而有效地提高课堂教学的效益，避免课后大面积补课。

8、通过内化教育，调动学生的学习积极性，使学困生都能明确自己的学习目的，不是为别人，而是为自己;从而形成良好的学习风气，从“要我学”变为“我要学”。通过不断的加强训练，老师帮助学生获取一个个小成功，使学生的自信心、意志力得到较大的提高。9.学困生考评奖励措施根据每学期期末的成绩，对这些学困生的成绩的高低按顺序进行排列，然后与上学期成绩进行比较，提高位次的按比例分出一二三等奖，没有进步的不予评价。有进步的学生，期末要进行表彰，颁发“进步奖”，以示鼓励。帮助学困生是一件有着重要意义的工作，我们每位教师应该亲自走下讲台、走到身边、弯下腰来，亲切地关心他们、帮助他们，给他们力量与自信，让这些掉队的学生尽快追上队伍，在集体中一同健康快乐的成长.总之，希望通过上述帮抚措施，经过教师与他们的共同努力，能够使他们日有进步，学有所获。
