第一篇：PETS题型

PETS分一到五级，针对PETS较常用的二级、三级考试来做分析。第一部分的听力，二级题型注重的是交际功能，因此考生要熟悉口语会话和常用短语。听力前五题是只放一遍的，后面的题目都是放2遍。如果题目没听懂没关系，因为PETS考试的听力题是印在试卷上的，因此可以通过看题目，根据题目的意思来推导。听力中较难的部分是长对话，考生在复习时，之前2-3年的真题一定要多听，熟悉考题难易程度。

第二部分是知识运用，这部分主要是考察语法和词汇的运用。二级语法重点掌握时态、被动语态、交际功能等。三级就直接是完型填空的部分，基本考察一个是搭配问题，一个是选词问题，有的是根据上下语气来选词的，有的是就是词汇辨认的选择。

第三部分阅读，根据以往的经验，二级考试中一般不会出现跨纲词汇，文章内容接近生活化，偶尔会有一些科普类的文章。三级的文章相对就更加重了历史性、科普性和人文介绍的内容。做阅读理解时，可以先把文章通读一遍，然后再看一下要回答的问题，带着问题和备选答案再到文章里面寻找相关的信息，然后做出判断，这样做题目就比较快了。

第四部分是PETS考试里很重要的一点，写作。PETS二级的写作部分分为改错和小作文。做改错题时，先通读一遍文章，了解人物、时间，确定时态。然后在改错的时候，千万不要根据一行内容来判断，而是根据一个完整的句子内容来判断对错。PETS二级的写作偏重书信、应用文，如欢迎词、感谢信、通知（口头或书面）和描绘性文体（如图片作文），因此考生应了解各种应用文体的书写格式。PETS三级写作分为小作文和大作文，小作文主要也是应用文体，大作文的典型题型是图表作文和议论文。写图表作文要掌握图表写作的概况，首先分析图表内容，然后分析透过图表反映出的现象或问题。另外还要掌握描绘各种图表的典型词汇，包括曲线图、柱状图等等。如果考到了议论文，通常就是针对时事或热点话题提出观点。议论文写作时，建议学生为了获得高分或者稳定的分数，写三段论，即第一段，提出观点1，然后分析；第二段提出观点2，再分析；第三段表明自己的态度和想法。如果有可能的话，在最后的时间里同学们可以找一些和热点话题有关的素材、句子背一下，把最后时刻背诵的句子巧妙运用到考试作文写作当中去。

第二篇：PETS考试各题型

公共英语等级考试(PETS)是近年来越来越受大家亲睐的一个考试。3月的PETS考试即将来临，新世界英语部的刘红梅老师就PETS二级、三级考试的各种题型谈了每部分的备考技巧和要点。

PETS 简介

一、什么是PETS

全国英语等级考试（Public English Test System，简称PETS），是教育部考试中心设计并负责的全国性英语水平考试体系。作为中、英两国政府的教育交流合作项目，在设计过程中它得到了英国专家的技术支持。级别划分为PETS－1至5级。考试分笔试和口试两部分，内容包括：听力、语言知识、阅读、写作、口语。笔试和口试均合格者，由教育部考试中心颁发给《全国英语等级考试合格证书》。合格证书既可作为持有者英语能力水平的权威性证明；又可为各地各单位对其所用人才的英语水平提供一个公正、统一的评价尺度。

二、PETS简史

1999年6月，教育部考试中心举行新闻发布会，向社会正式介绍PETS考试体系。同年九月PETS1~4考试在北京、天津、辽宁、浙江、山东、河南、广东等10省市试举行。2000年考试扩大到15省市，考试人数近100000人。1999年9月起有关单位用PETS-5考试正式取代了过去的WSK EPT考试。我国教育考试中心正在用PETS2、PETS4考试的标准改造高考与研究生考试中的英语考试。现正计划用PETS2考试分别取代自考公外的英语1级考试。

三、报考条件

从2011年12月26日起，不论在职或待业人员，均可根据自身学习和英语水平的实际情况，选考不同等级的考试。考生的年龄、职业、学历不限。考生本人持身份证（户口簿、军人证）到现场报名并缴纳报名考试费。PETS报名实行现场摄像采集相片、分项收费、单项合格成绩可以保留到下一考次。

五、费用

按照《黔招考中心[2011]5号》文件的规定，全国英语等级考试报名、考试费为：一级B、一级、二级为85元/人；三级为100元/人。

六、证书说明

口试及笔试均合格者，可获得由教育部考试中心统一颁发的《全国英语等级考试合格证书》，该证书用中、英两种文字书写，证书上印有持证人身份证件号及照片。口试或笔试只有一项合格者，可获得由教育部考试中心统一颁发的《全国英语等级考试笔试成绩合格证》或《全国英语等级考试口试成绩合格证》，证书上印有持证人的准考证号、身份证件号及照片。考试结束75天后，考生可登陆教育部考试中心综合查询网查询成绩，也可通过声讯电话有偿查询成绩。凡参加考试的考生均有“成绩通知单”。

七、级别划分及评价目标

1、PETS－1：一级是初始级，其考试要求略高于初中毕业生的英语水平（PETS－1B是全国英语等级考试的附属级）。通过该级考试的考生，其英语基本符合诸如出租车司机、宾馆行李员、门卫、交通警等工作，以及同层次其他工作在对外交往中的基本需要。该级考生应能在熟悉的情景中进行简单信息交流，例如询问或传递基本的事实性信息，能适当运用基础的语法知识，并掌握1000左右的词汇以及相关词组。

2、PETS－2：二级是中下级，相当于普通高中优秀毕业生的英语水平（此级别笔试合格成绩可替代自学考

试专科阶段英语

（一）、文凭考试基础英语考试成绩）。通过该级考试的考生，其英语水平基本满足进入高等院校继续学习的要求，同时也基本符合诸如宾馆前台服务员、一般银行职员、涉外企业一般员工，以及同层次其他工作在对外交往中的基本需要。该级考生应能在熟悉的情景中进行简单对话，例如询问或传递基本的事实性信息，应能提供或是要求得到更清楚的阐述，同时口才也能表达简单的观点和态度，能适当运用基本的语法知识，掌握2000左右的词汇以及相关词组。

3、PETS－3：三级是中间级，相当于我国学生高中毕业后在大专院校又学了两年公共英语或自学了同等程度英语课程的水平。（此级别笔试合格成绩可替代自学考试本科阶段英语

（二）考试成绩。）通过该级考试的考生，其英语已达到高等教育自学考试非英语专业本科毕业水平或符合普通高校非英语专业本科毕业的要求，基本符合企事业单位行政秘书、经理助理、初级科技人员、外企职员的工作，以及同层次其他工作在对外交往中的基本需要。该级考生应能在生活和工作的多数情景中进行对话，不仅能够询问事实，还能询问抽象的信息，应能提供或是要求得到更清楚的阐述，同时口才也能表达简单的观点和态度，能适当运用基本的语法知识，掌握4000左右的词汇以及相关词组。

4、PETS－4：四级是中上级，相当于我国学生高中毕业后在大学至少又学习了3－4年的公共英语或自学了同等程度英语课程的水平。通过该级考试的考生，其英语水平基本满足攻读高等院校硕士研究生非英语专业的需要，基本符合一般专业技术人员或研究人员、现代企业经理等工作对英语的基本要求。该级考生应能参与一般性或专业学术话题的讨论，不仅能够询问事实，还能询问抽象的信息。能够就某一观点的正确与否进行争论，详细说明一个问题，一个过程，或一个事件。此外还能就某个一般性问题或所熟悉领域的问题进行阐述，能适当运用基本的语法知识，掌握5500左右的词汇以及相关词组。

5、PETS－5：五级是最高级，相当于我国大学英语专业二年级结束时的水平。是专为申请公派出国留学的人员设立的英语水平考试。通过该级考试的考生，其英语水平基本满足在国外攻读硕士研究生非英语专业或从事学术研究工作的需要。该水平的英语也能满足他们在国内外从事专业和管理工作的基本需要。该级考生应能就各种话题自如地进行对话与讨论。能就其工作的多方面与他人进行深入广泛的交流，并能进行有效辩论，清楚地阐述自己需求，能适当运用基本的语法知识，掌握7000左右的词汇以及相关词组。这五个级别的考试标准建立在同一能力量表上，相互之间既有明显的区别又有内在的联系。PETS对考生听、说、读、写等能力进行全面考查，以语言交际需要为掌握外语的目的，将语言能力分为“接受”、“产出”、“互动”等，根据各种情景和任务，在特定主题和话语下，结合相关的语言行为进行教学或考查。

八、注意事项

1、考生在报名时填写《报名卡》或以其他形式按报名点要求提供相关信息，按规定履行各项手续，随后还要按当地考试机构指定的时间和地点领取《准考证》和《考试通知单》，否则依然无法参加考试。考生报名时要认真核验《准考证》上的信息内容，有错误时应及时要求报名点更改。

2、开考前一天，考生最好先到《考试通知单》上所安排的考试地点，熟悉自己所在的考场。

3、考试时考生应严格遵守《考生守则》并听从监考人员的指导，违反考试规定者将取消其考试成绩。

4、考试前，考生一定要准备好黑色字迹的签字笔以及2B铅笔。考试中，不得使用其他类型的笔。

5、一级B（PETS 1B）——四级（PETS 4）共五个级别考试的报名地点由承办该项考试的省、自治区、直辖市的教育考试机构决定，具体报名时间及地点可向他们咨询。第五级（PETS 5，即原WSK-EPT）的报名地点在全国各WSK考点。

6、PETS考试考生报考不受地域的限制，可以跨地区报考。

7、考生要按时参加考试。笔试考生从8:30开始入场，8:45后不得入场。上午进行的口试考生从8:30开始入场，9:00后不得入场；下午进行的口试考生从13:30开始入场，14:00后不得入场。

8、考生在参加考试时，必须持准考证、考试通知单、本人身份证（或公安户籍部门开具的身份证号码证明、未成年人的户口本、军人武警人员证件）或者护照、港澳台地区的居民身份证等有效证件入场考试，三证缺一不可。
