第一篇:幼儿园英语专题小结

我园自XX年9月开始进行综合主题教育的课程改革,同时制定了以探索此课程模式为突破口的三年计划。经过这两年的摸索和实践,我们取得了一些成果。第一年,以行动实验法进行探索,初步确立了具有我园特色的双语综合主题教育课程模式。本学期,将总课题划分为7个子课题全面研究:综合主题教育的活动模式;综合主题教育目标体系;双语教育与综合主题教育的契合;综合主题教育与幼儿的发展的相互作用和影响,等等。

现就各课题的进展情况做小结:

一、综合主题教育的课程活动模式的研究

此课题在全园范围内以行动实验法开展。本学期我园的综合主题教育课程基本保持了原来的模式(即以英语、汉语为语言载体),根据我园自编英语教材的单元确定主题,综合教育内容(语言、数学、音乐、美术、科学等)、教育手段和教育形式(集体、小组、个别),结合时令、中外节日、重大社会活动拓宽主题内容,加大分组、分区活动的力度,以促进幼儿个性的发展。在实践过程中,我们逐渐感到现行的综合主题教育课程在教学时间的分配、教育目标的制定、教育内容的选取等方面还存在一些不合理之处,重视了课程模式的组织形式,忽视了教育内容的衔接、递进和深入。为此,我们即将召开课程改革研讨会,进一步修改、完善我园的综合主题教育课程模式,到下学期初将根据课程模式的修改情况,对子课题作出相应的调整。因此,原定于本学期末结题的时间推延至XX年。

二、综合主题教育与幼儿个性发展的研究

此课题旨在研究幼儿在综合主题教育中的个性发展:一方面,对全体幼儿的个性发展情况进行测查;一方面对典型个案追踪观察。个案观察学期初已展开,由课题组各成员分别进行。本学期该课题组着力于收集资料,学期末作出总结。

三、综合主题教育课程目标体系的构建

此项课题是本学期我园的重点课题。已初步制定了我园的综合主题教育课程目标体系:总体目标→阶段目标→具体主题目标等。通过本学期的检验,今后将进一步完善。

四、综合主题教育课程模式与英语教育的有机结合在我园,综合主题教育和英语教育是相辅相成的整体教育,表现为主题活动内容与英语教育内容是相通的,而主题中的各个教育活动又是以英语为语言载体开展的。因此,如何使二者有机的结合,并融为一体是研究的重点。

本学期,课题组选取部分班级,通过个案追踪观察和对全体被试的阶段测查(兴趣、反应、理解能力、个性发展等),以检验结合的效果。

五、综合主题教育中的幼儿体能发展

研究幼儿的体能发展情况以验证我园的课程模式是此课题的目的。它分两部分进行,其一,是对大班幼儿进行具体的体能测查。学期初已取样全体大班幼儿(221名),进行了协调能力、爬的技能、反应能力的前测,学期末还将进行第二次测试。其二,在中班幼儿中抽样追踪研究。因为陈寅祺老师的工作变动,学期末的测试不能如期完成,结题时间推迟至XX年。

六、多媒体技术在综合主题教育中的应用

几年来,多媒体技术(电脑、实物投影仪、录象机、vcd等)已在我园充分应用,此课题的研究,旨在观测应用多媒体技术对幼儿发展产生的影响,以探索多媒体技术更有效的应用途径。

研究时,选取中六班和大三班为实验班,从两方面分步进行研究:一方面,对幼儿的学习兴趣、学习主动性、个性培养(自信心、自尊心、克服困难的精神等)、个体发展情况(因材施教的效果)进行观察研究;另一方面,对多媒体技术手段与其它教学手段的效果进行横向比较,并观察记录幼儿在注意时间、理解程度、反应等方面的情况,考察使用多媒体技术的教育效果。

七、综合主题教育课程评价体系的研究

对于此课题,本学期重点工作是:在课程目标体系的指导下,收集有关的资料,并结合我园实际情况,分析、辨证和确立适合我园课程评价的理论依据。

以上课题中,除个别作出调整外,其它将于本学期末作出阶段总结。

幼儿园的工作特点不同于中小学,教师在岗时间长,教育、教学、保育等各方面的工作较为繁琐,加之研究对象——幼儿的生理、心理特点的独特性,许多方面的考察较难量化处理。为了较好地进行科研工作,我园制定了全员参与的科研宗旨,设立了“一人一专题”,要求全体教师根据自己所带幼儿的特点及本人实际水平,拟定了有针对性的研究专题,教师们带者专题,结合实践工作进行研究。

与此同时,我园成立了科研小组,形成了园领导→兼职研究员→子课题负责人→课题研究成员的层级管理。

为了提高教师们的科研意识和能力,我园建立了班、组、园三级学习制度,在班会、年级组教研会、全园例会中组织理论学习。同时科研组每月进行课题研讨会,集中讨论课题研究情况,并学习相关的科研方法和有关幼儿园综合主题教育、英语教育的文献,以提高教师的科研水平。

本次学期英语评估抽取了每个班级各个层次的幼儿,占幼儿总数的一半,前期,我根据课程认真制定了评估标准和细则。评估由我和班级老师共同完成,现根据评估结果作以下总结。

大班的幼儿对于单词和歌曲的掌握最好,句型的掌握次之,大班这个学期重点单词在50个左右,难点占到了五分之一,在考核到难点单词的时候,有一半的幼儿需要在教师的提醒下才能说出,说明在平时的英语教学中,对难点单词的输入还没有完全达到效果,在以后的教学中应该把这些难点融入到游戏中,给幼儿更多主动输出的机会。歌曲方面,幼儿兴趣非常浓厚,没命幼儿基本都能演唱出所教的所有英文歌曲,一方面由于歌曲节奏感强,另一方面由于在课堂中采用多种方式让幼儿唱出来,所以掌握得非常好。

中班幼儿的单词记忆也是非常棒的,很多比较难的单词掌握的很好,当然,这和班上老师平时注意复习时分不开的。另外,在韵律儿歌上,中班幼儿表现出了很强的模仿能力,基础薄弱的幼儿也能很有节奏地唱出来。日常口语这一块还是比较薄弱,除了简单的问候,天气等对话幼儿掌握的不是很好,在学期,我将加强这方面的练习。

小班幼儿本学期学习的单词比较简单,考核的数量也比较少,因为小班幼儿的年龄特征,他们对于英语歌曲的喜爱超过了一切,只要放出任何一首音乐,他们就能大声演唱出来。小班的日常口语也非常的号,尽管有一些幼儿是本学期才来的新生,但是他们在主动用英语打招呼方面也是很不错的。

本学期的英语教学效果总的看来还是达到了预期的效果,在下学期的计划中,我将继续让幼儿在玩乐和游戏中快快乐乐地学习英语,同时对基础比较薄弱的幼儿多提问,让他们在游戏中得到自信,勇于表达自己!

My English Study Summary

Time flies.It is the last term for me to study English in school.So I think I should make a summary for my English study.In all semester I have no lack of a lesson and in the process of English class,I listen very carefully because the English is very important to us.When the class is over,I do the homework by myself and handle to the teacher every time.So I think my attitude to English is OK.But there have also been some storages of place such as I don’t speak activity.That’s what I should correct.Last year I attended the CET 4 text and got only 421 scores.It’s really a pity.I know the reason is that I was despised it.I think it’s very easy for me to pass it,so I didn’t spend too much time to preparing it.But when I do it,I found the listening text is different from that in high school and I didn’t do it well.What I learn from it is that we shouldn’t despise anything because they don’t look as easy as we think.Now I read English everyday and I think I can pass it this year.In my opinion,I think learn English is a process of accumulation,so you can’t make much progress in a short time,you should read and write everyday and the most important thing for us to learn English is the word.The more words you master,the higher score you will get.Even though this is the last term for us to learn English in class,we should also learn English outside.As we know,with the development of the society,we will meet more and more foreigners and we will have more chances to talk to them,so we still need to learn English well.The only thing I want to do right now is to reach a higher level of English study and I know it will take lots of time and energy to achieve this goal.I can be very proud to tell anyone I haven’t waste the time in the past one and a half years because I learn too much knowledge from it.Therefore I have a long way to go and I know I have gained the confidence.By learning English I learn many different things such as the culture in other countries.So if we have the opportunity to go abroad,we couldn’t have made some minor errors.It also teaches how to get on well with others.A year and a half study life is vivid and the multi-colors;It is the practice and the wealth.I will set sail to hoist the sails, to sail to my ideal goal.

英语期中工作小结与反思

------三年级 陈菲

这次期中考试对我来说是喜忧参半。喜的是我们三年级的成绩较好,忧的是我们一些学生的成绩还是很不理想,只有三十几分,连最基本的单词也听不出来,最基本的日常交际用语也看不懂。

全面分析期中试卷和学生的答题情况,主要问题如下:

一、听录音排序、按顺序连线学生得分比较低。特别是要排序部分,有的学生无法及时找到正确的那幅图,排错一个而导致接下来的全部弄错,甚至有个别同学放弃不写。连线部分的出错率也不低,有些学生不能很好的掌握连线的方法,不能按正确的顺序连好。

二、从听录音画图涂色和听录音判断的得分情况可以看出学生两极分化明显,阅读判断做的还算好。因为只是要大家判断对错,存在一定的投机取巧。而听录音涂色和画图问题则有的学生错的比较多,但是也有学生回答的相当不错。学生掌握了单词,可是对磁带的速度明显不适应。

通过以上情况分析可以看出,学生对基础知识掌握仍不扎实,如单词的听辨,卷面上仍有很多不该出现的错误。学生的实际运用语言的能力特别差,没有灵活性,训练太少,没有掌握答题的技巧。

根据期中考试所反映和存在的问题,我在下阶段的教学工作中将采取以下的改进措施:

1、利用好早读课,增强学生听、说能力。每天确定好阅读的内容,并及时检测学生阅读的结果。如抽读,默写,背诵等。

2、在提高课堂教学效率的基础上,尽可能多地为学生提供练习的机会,特别是加强听力的训练。对学习不好的学生尽可能的多创造一些机会。并且坚持每周为学生补充一些相关的习题。

3、针对学生基础知识掌握不扎实的情况,加强单词听辨,并每周将前面的单词拿出来复习复习。坚持每天一小练,练习做一些基本的听辨题。

4、对后进学生采取老师面批、当面辅导的方式,同时在班里寻找成绩优秀并且认真负责的学生和他们结成“一帮一”的对子,每天帮助他们解决学习中出现的问题,督促他们学习。

5、帮助成绩特别差的学生寻找落后的根源,帮助他们设立适当的目标,争取不要让更多的同学掉队。

6、加强学校和家长的联系,发动家长在家督促孩子学习,帮助孩子默写,背诵。让家长及时了解孩子在校情况,让老师及时知道孩子在家的学习情况。

7、后一阶段中要更加注意对英语复习课的内容的准备,加强对学生的基础知识的整理和归纳,让学生反复操练,提高复习效率。

相信通过我们师生坚持不懈的共同努力,学生的英语成绩会取得明显的进步。
