根据中央、省委的统一部署和省高校工委的安排以及我院下发的关于《xx理工大学xx信息学院深入学习实践科学发展观活动工作方案》通知的指示精神，2009年03月至2009年04月期间，在院党委的认真精心组织，各党支部和广大党员的高度重视下，圆满完成了学习实践科学发展观活动第一阶段的各项工作，现总结如下::

一、深入学习实践科学发展观准备工作

在认真学习领会科学发展观精神基础上，围绕提高思想认识、解决突出问题、创新体制机制、促进科学发展的目标要求,03月25日中午十二点半，电子工程分院全体党员在分院会议室参加了深入学习科学发展观活动的动员大会，会议宣布了我分院学习实践科学发展观活动的指导思想、基本目标、重要阶段和具体安排。通过本次动员大会揭开了我院深入学习实践科学发展观活动的序幕。

二、组织学习

三、主题实践调研活动

在2009年04月06日到2009年04月21日期间我院如期开展了以“科学发展，促进和谐，服务社会”为主题的社会实践调研活动。调研题目为“提高出勤率，降低迟到率，构建和谐课堂”。针对我分院得情况，调研活动按计划分四个阶段顺利进行。第一阶段为调查阶段，通过实际考察以及对各班班委会了解了各班学生的上课出勤情况；第二阶段日为研究阶段，通过班会、问卷调查以及对问题严重的学生进行谈话等形式进行了调查研究；第三阶段各学生党员针对自己的调研情况撰写了调研结果并形成书面报告统一上交；第四阶段为后续考察阶段。通过调研针对我分院的情况发现问题、提出可行性方案、解决问题、问题总结。各位党员进一步让认识到了科学发展观的时代和现实意义，为以后的深入学习实践打下了坚实的基础。抓出勤率是一项长远的工作，要靠长时间来养成，这项工作还要一如既往的继续下去。

总结

一、总结的概念

总结，是对某一时期的工作，或是对某一项工作进行系统的回顾.、归纳、分析，反映出某些规律，用以指导今后工作的一种事务文书。

总结在实际工作中的作用有以下三个方面：其一，可以总结经验，评估得失，把握规律。其二，汇报工作，交流情况，共同提高。其三，积累史料，形成档案，以备查询。

四、总结的结构

1.汇报工作的综合总结

①标题。一般由单位名称、时限和文种名称组成。

②正文。由前言、主体和结尾三部分组成。

前言。介绍基本情况，即一定时期的工作概貌和进程。有时对工作成效还要作出总的评价。

主体。主要介绍在一定时期内取得的成绩和经验，存在的问题和教训。主体的结构顺序，根据具体内容可采用以下几种:

(1)可以分为工作成绩、经验体会、问题教训三个部分，每个部分再分几个方面展开来写。

(2)可以分为几个部分，即工作的几个方面，每个部分都分别写成绩、经验体会、问题教训。

(3)把主体分为两大部分：一部分写工作成绩和经验体会，要详写，一般是按工作的几个方面分成几个小部分，每个小部分都把成绩和经验体会结合在一起展开来写；一部分写问题和教训，根据具体的实际情况，可粗可细，一般找出主要问题即可。

(4)主体部分主要写成绩和经验体会，可按工作的各个方面分为若干部分，而把存在的问题放在结尾中扼要地提一下。

结尾。表明今后的努力方向，要与主体部分紧密联系，一般粗线条地提出来，不能写成工作计划。有时工作中存在问题较少或不宜展开叙写，也可放在结尾提出，再从存在问题中自然引出今后努力的方向。

③落款，包括署名和日期。

2.介绍经验的专题总结

①标题。可以概括提炼主题；可以采用正副标题式,正题是观点或内容的概括，副题是单位名称、内容和文种名称的连缀；还可以是单位名称、时限、内容和文种名称的组合或部分组合。

②正文。由前言、主体和结尾三部分组成。

前言。一般有两种写法。

（1）概述式。即简要介绍与所总结经验有关的基本情况，如工作背景、起因或根据。

（2）对比式。通过具体数据或概括性的语言说明成效，以引出下文。

主体。主要是通过做法写经验体会。逐一提出并逐一论证经验体会，一般是把工作过程同经验穿插起来，多采用分述式，每一部分先阐述一个观点，然后用具体数据和材料证明观点。

结尾。经验总结的结尾一般有三种方式。

（1）展示结果式。

（2）表示决心式。

（3）归纳结论式。

也可根据情况在主体写完即结束全文。
