湖北襄阳、随州学生“第三学期”实习调研日志

2011-7-30,晴,星期六
买了张火车票,到达了襄阳,这是我第一次到襄阳,它是个历史名城,发生过很多传奇故事,诸葛亮、庞德公、孟浩然、皮日休等在此隐居过。
下了火车,骄阳似火,感受到了襄阳的炙热的天气。
事先请学生帮忙预定了酒店,出了火车站,打上了的士,顺利地到达了酒店,酒店不大,价格便宜,但是条件比较差,生意不错,房间都是满的,幸亏提前预定了,不然,必须住对面昂贵的酒店了,省了一笔钱,呵呵。
赶紧洗澡,休息。
晚上,独自一人逛了襄阳的古城墙,看了辽阔的汉江,城墙很厚,很雄伟,江成一色,令人心旷神怡。
2011-07-,晴,星期日
今天起床比较晚,早餐后,分别给16位同学发了短信,告诉他们我的到来,等他们给我回信息,然后,我打电话跟他们商讨与他们见面的具体时间。他们周末都在休息中,下周一可以见到几位同学,了解一下他们的实习状况,这花费了我一个上午的时间,下午,设计跟学生见面后需要了解的问题,预想好跟学生的指导老师或领导见面后的话题,然后看报纸、看襄阳电视台,了解当地的最新新闻和他们的风土人情。
襄阳没有熙攘的人群,但是车流还算多,高楼、水泥马路、栅栏、交警、车流,跟其他城市一样,城市气息非常浓厚。
晚上,在旅馆里简单的洗漱过后,找了一家普通的餐馆用餐,然后,明天要见面的学生打电话,等到睡眠的时候,已经是晚上10点了。
2011-08-1晴,星期一
今天,见到的第一个学生是贾艳菊,她在樊城区宣传部实习,这个同学很能干的,我住的旅馆就是她帮忙预定的,辛苦了。打车到了樊城区宣传部,第一印象是:有模有样,比较气派,贾艳菊到我去见到了他们的宣传部部长,一个40多岁的中年男子,由于年龄相仿,比较谈得来,然后见到了她的指导老师,30多岁,他们对着我一致称赞我们给他们培养了这么好的一位实习生,我当然也感谢他们对我们学生的培养了,离开的时候,问了贾艳菊,她感觉在这儿实习很好,老师都很热情,她本人还独立完成了3篇新闻报道的采访和写作的工作,看来,领导和老师对她的评价都是对的了,心理踏实多了。中午,他们单位要留我吃饭,我婉言谢绝了,实在不好意思。
下午,去见在襄阳电视台实习的学生肖阳。

今天,见到了杨凤萍和朱婧两位同学,他们在襄阳日报社实习。他们的感受是:关于真新闻真实性的困惑。她们给我举了一个例子:有一个学生第一次采访对象是一个牛奶中毒受害者的家属,没有任何的准备。因为是在工商局偶遇的。也许是实习老师觉得这个事情初见
端倪,写起来太不靠谱;也可能是想看看学生的功力吧,很直接的就让学生去采访。一阵手忙脚乱的开始和他们交谈,开始可能是太紧张了,也没有问出什么重要的信息。但渐渐地就进入了角色,觉得自己把整个事情的来龙去脉的问清楚了,也基本了解是怎么的一回事儿。也许是学生在采访中投入的感情太多,很容易就受到了受害者情绪的感染,而进入他们的角色看待事实的真相。后来老师说让学生写稿子,学生才猛然的觉得:怎么可以就这样草草的写稿子呢?现在了解的事实是不客观的,如果写稿子是很容易出问题的。老师给了这样的回答:第一,这样的“新闻”她不会写,就算是写也不是现在,因为现在事情的真相如何谁也谁不清楚。第二,让学生写只是让学生练练笔,学生可以完全依附自己手上已经了解到的信息来完成。第三,她也不会自己去跟进采访第二方(牛奶商),因为这样太费力气,而且不讨好。

今天,见到了袁雪子和李盼盼两位同学,她们的困惑是:关于新闻人的素养问题的困惑
学生第一次自己单独采访写稿。学生跟着老师跑新闻已经有一段时间了,可是单独采访确实第一次。这次的采访对象还是让人很紧张,因为采访对象是一个医学院研究生处处长,一个教育工作者。在这样的人面前,学生显得特别的稚嫩,任何气场都没有了。加之学生只准备了写消息思路下的一些问题,具体而且开口小,回答起来也会很简单。可是这个处长似乎还有很多的话想说,一直等着学生继续发问。对于一个记者来说停顿三秒是多么的漫长啊!没有谁能够救到他,只能自己硬着头皮撑。终于,过渡之后有聊到了一些问题,这才把采访给结束了。走的路程倒是不少,但是没有收获。老师强调这时新闻敏感度不够。后来学生总结出不单单是新闻敏感度不够,还有一个原因就是我们理解的新闻和现实的新闻有那么一段差别,在二级城市尤为明显。很多在学生眼里不是新闻的东西也会连番在报纸、电视上出现。还有看到自己的前辈们对待新闻的态度,顿时就会觉得这不是新闻人该有的素养。

今天,见到了两位大二的同学:陈孟苏、伍鑫泉,他们显得成熟多了,他们在实习中最大的感触就是,实质的新闻和我们书本上学的新闻是有很大的差别的。第一、记者这个职业没有我们想的那么的神圣。所谓的“无冕之王”是对新闻记者最高的评价,而在现在无冕之王也不得不为了生计做很多不怎么“新闻”的事情,特别是在小地方的新闻记者。
我们新闻学子都会有一种思想,不愿意当政府的咽喉,不愿意自己的新闻受到其他力量的阻扰。总有一腔热血,总相信自己不会因任何的理由而放弃报道新闻的真相。但是在现实做新闻的时候却不是这样的。有经验的记者就会自觉地不会去触碰那一块。如:一次建设局和交警队有了摩擦,事情很简单,建设局没有和交警大队交涉就私自断道施工,然后施工的人被交警队的人给带走了。条理也很清楚,建设局有错在先,没有做好衔接工作。可是报社没有任何一个记者愿意写这个稿子。他们一大早就来到办公室议论这个事情,然后议论的结果就是:这个稿子不好写,一不小心就会得罪人,两边都是事业单位,都不好惹„„。然后这样新闻就不了了事,无人问津。

今天,去老河口市见到了在老河口电视台实习的梁策同学、去宜城电视见到了在那里实习的王宁和徐梦竹同学,了解了他们的情况。刚开始他们因为电视台的容积小而心生不快,后来感觉容积小也好大也罢,内容不过这么多,有什么好计较的呢。
与一班记者相处的那段时间确实让我学到一些东西。记者之中也有执着的,如邓记者;肯熬的,像郭记者;会做人的,数冯记者。他们的职业精神值得我去学习,当然 某些在我看来“非专业的”也可以自勉。在电视台当记者应看个人心态对待苦与累的问题。比如说,你每天跑新闻很幸苦,但看在奖金份上你会不乐吗?说累则摄像师最有体会了,扛着20多斤的机器在烈日下拍摄,那个汗水叫淌啊!但于我的观察,他们都是乐于自己的工作的,并不曾见谁有认真地抱怨过什么。说到自己的实习幸不幸苦,这也是苦乐参半吧。他们很高兴自己挺过了顿顿吃炒面的日子,很高兴郭记者那么坦白的箴言,很高兴自己的努力让人家记住了自己的名字,更高兴的是实习以后对自己的专业,提高了一定的兴趣,并且心态也好多了。好好学习,好好生活!一次实习犹如打了一次太极,他们要学会心平气和对待周边事。在实习期间,他们不光得到了这些老师的帮助,同时还认识了不少与他们一起实习的实习生,和他们成为了朋友,在和他们的点滴交谈之中也学习到了不少。从她们身上学到了我所缺少的自信和大方,在实习中遇到问题和她们一起探讨解决,在互勉互励中,共同进步着。

今天,打电话了解了在广告公司实习的几位同学:彭亚琦、张琪和李丽等三位同学的实习情况,表现都不错。然后,找了两个伙伴,一起去卧龙岗看望孔明去了。

今天,天气很好,刚下过雨,很凉爽的,我去了随州。见到了在随州电视台实习的汪鑫、任婧婷和李甜三位同学,他们的实习状况都很好。他们说,在采访的过程中,接触到了各个阶层的人群,在与他们打交道的同时,自己也学到了以前所没有学到过的东西,那就是交流,沟通。这两个词看似简单,而且人人都会,重要的是如何交流如何沟通。作为记者,要善于把新闻事件背后的故事挖掘出来,要让被采访对象能够信任你,把积压在心里的话向你倾诉,这样才能使一条新闻能够丰满起来,而不至于只是个骨架没有内容。除了要善于交流沟通外,还要对别人真诚,只要你拿出真诚对待他人,尊重别人,别人也会谅解你,配合你。就像我们采访陶行知的学生——音乐家杜鸣心先生时,80岁的老艺术家低调地拒绝了我们,但我和老师并没有放弃,诚心地向杜先生解释我们做这个新闻的出发点、用意以及它的社会意义,宽厚仁义的老先生最终非常配合地完成了拍摄。我想也许就是我们的真诚打动了他吧。2011-08-9,晴,星期二
今天,去随州,见到了在《随州日报》实习的黄怡格、姜文彬和王彬彬三位同学。他们为了培养自己的新闻敏感、提高写作水平,我还在每天空余时间看以前节目的文案,看看其他记者的新闻是怎样写的,切入点都在哪里。就连看电视也不仅仅当作娱乐,看每一条新闻时,会学习该节目新闻稿的语言,会注意整个报道的流程,会关注旁白和画面的搭配,而这些在以前我是毫无研究的。在老师们不厌其烦地指导下,通过自己的努力,现在他们已经能够把握和运用新闻稿了。在短短的实习期内,他们深入到各地去采访,真正的锻炼自己的采访能力,提高了自己的提问水平,锻炼了心理素质。真正做到了不怯场,运用自如,现场处理灵活。在采访后写了很多的新闻稿件,熟练地掌握了各种新闻文体的写法,尤其是消息和通讯的写法,包括各种新闻文体,如动态消息、综合消息、人物消息、评述性消息、特写性消息、人物通讯、事件通讯、工作通讯、风貌通讯、人物专访等。还有电视新闻的写作,广播新闻的写作,涉及到了经济、社会等各个领域。深刻地认识到了作为一名记者应该具备哪些素质?体会到了记者的角色,怎样才能做到记者的“识”、“才”、“学”,认识到了记者和编辑的关系。
通过这次实习,自己的社会实践能力大大地提高了,适应社会的能力强了,语言运用能
力增强了,写作能力提升了,真正跨出了,走好了新闻道路上的第一步。

学生基本上都走访晚了,今天,改休息一下了的,写一下总结。实习是一项综合性的、社会性的活动,是一个由学校向社会接轨的环节,是学校学习向社会工作转型的一大模块。搞好社会实习工作是很关键的,对一个学生来说是很重要的,从一个学生的成长过程来说,他经历了无事可做的孩童时代,到学校里忙碌的学生时代,再到以后的社会工作阶段,而实习就像一个链子连着学习和工作。实习是学生把所学知识运用到实践中去的过程,学习的目的就是运用,就是去指导工作,而实习正好扮演了把学到的文化理论知识正确运用的工作中去的角色。我们必须要做到用理论去指导实践,用实践去证明理论。所学的知识只有运用到实践中去,才能体现其价值。实习是一个锻炼的平台,是展示自己能力的舞台。
通过实习,我们要努力提高动手的能力,在实践的过程中发现其不足,然后去反馈到学习中去,会更能提升自己的能力。新闻学,它主要是一门以实践为主的学科,它要求极强的动手能力,它所接触的对象是包罗万象的,是各具特色的,是真实的、新鲜的。真实是新闻的生命,实习给一个初学者提供了锻炼的机会,实习教会一名记者怎样去观察事物,怎样去捕捉有价值的新闻信息,怎样用事实说话,怎样才能做到新闻的及时。这些只有在实习中才能深刻体会到什么是抓“活鱼”和“抢”新闻。实习是由课堂走向社会的第一步,如果能把第一步走好,以后的路自然学会习畅网通。
到新闻单位去实习,主要是要锻炼自己的新闻采访和写作能力,掌握采访的基本方法,掌握新闻及电视节目制作的基本流程,向那些有经验的记者、编辑学习,交流经验。深入现场去采访,接近群众,从群众中来,到群众中去。深刻体会,用真情写出有生命力的新闻作品。

今天早晨,早早地起床了,告别了住的比较近的同学,打车到火车站,回武汉。屈指算来,来襄阳整整十天了,这十天对我来说非常新鲜,对同学们来说,更加新鲜。我能感受到他们的变化,他们变得更加成熟了,更加珍惜友谊、更加懂得互相帮助了。
火车上,我给每一个班干部发了一条短信,让他们照顾好自己,照顾好身边的同学。班干部总是比普通同学经历的事情多一些,思考的问题也多一些,承受压力的能力也强大一些。
我的腰椎又隐隐的发痛了,我得想办法不让它发展成腰椎病什么的,我病不起的。再见了,襄阳实习的同学!
第二篇:调研日志
7月20日
今天,是我进村调研的第一天,我怀着无比激动又紧张的心情来到了哈尔滨市道外区永源镇永平村,我一开始报的调研点是哈尔滨市道外区民主乡民富村,但是由于没有成功进村,只能更换调研地点,永平村一队的队长是我发小的舅舅,我叫他孙舅舅,就这样我来到了永平村开始了我期待已久的调研。
由于妈妈不放心我一个人进村,所以永平村的调研是在妈妈的陪同下进行的,从哈尔滨三棵树车站乘坐下午两点的大巴四点左右到达村里,拜访了孙舅舅和孙舅妈,我便迫不及待的开始了调研,孙舅舅的父母都是八十岁以上的老人,于是我便将第一个采访对象锁定为孙舅舅的母亲,奶奶的记性不是太好,对于很多事情已经记不清了,很多问题都说不知道,由于这是我第一个调研对象,很多问题问的很生硬,而且语速较快,总是想着问下一个问题,导致我的访谈在40分钟的时候便结束了。
结束了奶奶的访谈,天色已晚,在孙舅舅家吃了晚饭,今天起,我便按照调研计划逐步展开了调研,想到明天的采访,略兴奋。
7月21日
北方的农村起的比较早,不知道南方是不是这样,四点就被鸡叫声吵醒,发现孙舅舅和孙舅妈已经起来了,孙舅妈在准备早饭,客随主便,我和妈妈也早早的起床。
奶奶采访之后,今天我又将目标转向了孙爷爷,孙爷爷的听力不是特别好,口齿也不是很清晰,采访时比较吃力,由于我问的爷爷听不见,爷爷答的我又听不清,所以采访了半个小时的时候只问了两个问题,当我问爷爷土改前苞米一亩能产多少斤,爷爷答一万多斤的时候,我意识到爷爷的思维已经不是很清晰,所以放弃了对爷爷的采访。
下午,孙爷爷和孙奶奶家的院子里坐满了来串门的老人,经询问孙奶奶得知其中一位老人是八十岁以上,我拿个小板凳坐在奶奶的旁边,开始了口述史的访谈,奶奶对土改的了解真的是少的可怜,同时也了解到女人在当时基本上不参加活动,所以了解较少,访谈对象最好还是找男性,这位老人的调研在四十分钟的时候基本结束。
两天的调研,三位老人,均以失败告终,心情有些沉重,希望明天的自己可以加油!
7月22日
今天,孙舅舅帮我找到了当过队长的关凤臣爷爷,关爷爷已经90岁了,是老党员,当过生产队长,小队长,这是我访问的第四个人,访问技巧还不是很纯熟,访问时间只有一小时。相比于前三位老人对土改情况记得不清楚,关爷爷的访问时间过少主要是我的问题,这已经是第四个老人,可是访问时长仍旧达不到两个小时,我的情绪有些低落,同时,在母亲的帮助下开始反思自己的问题出在哪儿,并仔细翻阅土改访问大纲,看看在问到哪个问题的时候可以进行适当展开,应该如何展开。已经是调研的第三天,可是自己还是没有进入找到状态,很着急,想起准备考研的时候在考研论坛看到的一个人发的帖子:“如果你注定考不上,那么今天的你为什么还坐在自习室学习。”当时有个神回复:“为了让明天的我觉得自己能考上。”我也要让明天的我访问时间达到两个小时。
7月23日
进村第四天,照例早起。
上午访问了83岁的姜作林爷爷,姜爷爷在生产队当过记工员,土改的时候划分为富农,姜爷爷非常健谈,也非常热情,看到我拿着土改大纲和录音笔还特意为我放了桌子,爷爷讲了很多以前有趣的故事,也讲了很多以前艰苦的生活,临走时村里下着大雨,可是姜爷爷送了我和妈妈好远好远,非常感动。姜爷爷的访谈时间为两个半小时,带着满满的成就感结束了上午的访问。
下午访问了朱凤余爷爷,可是在录音到一个小时的时候录音笔卡死了,真的是好伤心,为了老人的身体着想,决定今天的访问先到这里,和爷爷相约明天继续访问。
7月24日
一早,我便去拜访昨天的朱凤余爷爷,由于昨天已经采访过一个小时,这次的采访比较顺利,对于爷爷的情况有一些掌握,在回答一些问题时可以进行适当的引导,朱爷爷今年86岁,在土改的时候被划分为雇农,当过生产队长,参加过民夫,当过兵,是抗美援朝志愿军,今天是我第一次听到民夫这个词,感觉很新鲜。
下午,来到了王凤霞奶奶的家中,本来不打算再找女性作为访谈对象,可是孙舅舅说奶奶以前当过干部,我觉得会有所收获,便决定进行访问。王奶奶今年82岁,是一名光荣的中共党员,当过四年生产队长,十多年妇女队长,参观过大寨,在土改时被划分成贫农,奶奶对访谈很配合,采访进行的非常顺利。
今天的访问非常顺利,两位老人均达到了两个小时。
7月25日
周六,转眼已经是进村调研的第六天,今天上午孙舅舅带我来到了78岁的姜有爷爷家,爷爷今年78岁,听说我要来采访土改的事儿,还在纸上写下了土改的基本情况,爷爷识字,念过几年书,有些耳背,但是实在听不懂的时候我可以写给他看,爷爷在土改时划分为富农,虽然爷爷只有78岁,但是姜爷爷对土改时的事儿记得特别清楚,思路也很清晰。
下午,孙舅舅又带我去找了几个老人,但是除了不在家的,就是不适合作为访谈对象的。到此,永平村适合坐土改访谈的老人已经全部采访结束,我和妈妈坐下午六点的车回到家中。
7月27日
为了顺利进村,我来到了黑龙江省大庆市肇州县二井镇光荣村继续找老人,上午坐大巴来到了肇州县民政局,中午被县民政局的叔叔阿姨款待了美美的一餐,下午二井镇的镇长开车将我们接进了村,到达镇里的时候已经是下午四点多了,在镇政府吃过晚饭,得知村里有个敬老院,便决定去看看有没有什么线索,到敬老院发现那儿的老人都神志不清,精神有些不正常,连看门的爷爷都说不明白话,故决定放弃在这里找老人。
县里和村里的干部都非常热情,也非常支持工作,由于明天还要起早,再加上一天的奔波,今天决定七点多就睡觉。
7月28日
镇政府五点半开始吃早饭,所以今早五点就起床了,八点镇长上班,找来了实现村的俞会计,俞会计对村里的情况比较了解,由俞会计带着我骑着小摩托去有老人的家进行访问,事半功倍。
今天访问的第一位老人是窦永祥爷爷,窦爷爷已经90岁,当过十二年生产队长,爷爷从八岁开始念了三年的私塾,十六岁就开始给别人扛活,虽然已经就是岁的高龄,但是身子骨特别硬朗,访谈进行的很顺利。
下午俞会计带我来到了杨德爷爷的家中,杨德爷爷今年83岁,当过生产队长,当过兵,参加过抗美援朝,在土改的时候被划分为贫农,杨德爷爷耳朵非常背,要很努力的喊才能够听得到,庆幸的是爷爷念过七年书,听不清的时候可以写出来,爷爷非常拥护共产党,对访谈非常配合。
7月29日
今早和俞会计约的八点在镇政府集合,可是俞会计7点40就到了,于是我们便提前出发。
俞会计领我到的第一家老人没在家,无奈只好向第二家发起进攻,今天上午采访的老人是刘焕才爷爷,今年81岁,当过生产队长,生产队会计,在土改时被划分成贫农,爷爷非常健谈,也非常热情,爷爷虽然没念过书,但是爷爷懂的很多,顺口溜一套一套的,还会唱土改时候的歌,怕我渴还给我一瓶饮料喝,采访两小时结束后想要留我吃饭,但是镇政府每天11:30准时吃午饭,我还是决定回镇政府吃,很感谢爷爷。
下午采访的老人是曹希山爷爷,今年86岁,中共党员,在土改时被划分成雇农,当了25年兵,最高级别为大尉副营级,曾护送毛主席去苏联,见过邓小平,记过两次三等功,一次二等功,在问对共产党有什么认识和想法时,老人激动地留下了泪水。
7月30日
今天是到二井镇的第四天,一切顺利,上午来到了张臣爷爷的家中,今年83岁,在土改时被划分成贫农,但是弟弟是地主,斗地主的时候被斗得很惨,印象很深刻的是弟弟跟他说:想从电线杆上跳下来,死了算了。张臣爷爷的身体不是很好,嘴唇是紫色的,访谈时一直在打点滴,但是张爷爷一直配合我完成了两个小时的访谈。
下午的采访对象是付宝森爷爷,今年88岁,中共党员,土改时的成分是雇农,哥哥是土改积极分子,当过七年兵,参加过抗美援朝,当过广播站站长。爷爷的家人非常热情,还给我切了一盆西瓜吃,虽然没好意思吃,但是很感谢爷爷。
7月31日
周五,到二井镇的第六天,此时土改的访谈时间已经够20小时,但是为了不放弃资源,还是决定继续找一些老人,俞会计带领我走访了两家老人,都已经比较糊涂,不适合做口述史的访谈,全村除了俞会计的亲二娘已经没有八十岁以上的老人,故最后一个访谈对象是俞会计的二娘徐凤芝奶奶,徐奶奶今年 84岁,土改时的成分是雇农,由于是女性,未参加过相关活动,所以能回答的问题比较少,很多事情都已经不记得了,访谈在一小时左右的时候结束。
由于在上一个村子的访谈已经积累了一些经验,在这个村子的访谈又有人领着,所以访谈进行的十分顺利,截止今天已经按圆满合同完成任务,明天启程回家。
第三篇:调研日志
2011年7月14日星期四天气 雨
经历了一轮的走访调查,中午来了个不知时间的午睡。从昨天下午开始,我们来到了茂名市黄岭镇肖村做客。今早在福娣师姐家人的盛情款待后我们开始了调研组第一轮的重要任务——在村子里走访调查典型家庭并让留守儿童及其监护人填写调查问卷。
来到了这个风景秀丽的小山村,我很惊喜地发现每一位孩子都拥有一双水灵灵的眼睛,像此处山水般宁静而澄澈。走访过程中,我们都很开心,并深深地被乡亲们的淳朴打动着,所被访问的家长们都很积极地响应我们,而孩子们也用他们纯真稚嫩的声音细致地回答着我们的问题。
令我印象深刻的一位老人家是61岁的肖伯,家中两个老人要照顾7个孩子,最大的14岁左右,而最小的只有两岁。家里的三个儿子与各自的儿媳都结伴在外打工,剩下他们的孩子留在茂名读书生活,不过今天我们都没有看见肖伯的其余5个较大的孙子孙女,由于暑假的开始都去找他们的爸爸妈妈了,这里只能看见两个小小的孩子。其实,在这个小镇贫困的人口是很多的,而贫苦人家的留守儿童也越来越多是个不争的事实。据我们充分了解后,我们的心情确实如此的沉重,留守儿童的成长实实在在是辛苦而艰难的。
我所采访的孩子中,最令我印象深刻的是一位叫秋莲的孩子,她的内向和文静让我深切感受到留守孩子们的艰难处境。父母都外出打工,自己和兄弟姐妹留在家中外公外婆同住。当我问及他有没有经常和爷爷奶奶谈心事,她有些腼腆地告诉我没有。家中有四个兄弟姐妹,两个姐姐,一个哥哥,她的内向是很可以理解的。这一定程度上从侧面反映着当代留守儿童——“时代的孤儿”心理问题,每一个现象都需要我们加大对其的关注力度。
下午我们带着和今早必胜的心情重新出发,却料想不到我们是耷拉着脑袋回来。当我们问及乡亲们能否接受采访录音时,他们拒绝了,这无疑给了我们沉重的打击。缘由是他们怕当涉及一些关于政府的言论时,我们可能会泄露出去,而导致对他们不利。由于语言的不同,此村的人们大多数都只会讲茂名地区的客家话,所以我组本地的福娣师姐是充当我组的翻译员的。从师姐的口中,我们多多少少也了解到这里的村民也保留着比较保守的思想,很大程度上不理解我们三下乡队伍的做法,甚至会认为这是毫无意义的。
经过了多次的例会,我们各人都有了一点反思。也许我们所能做的真的不多,但是我们一定会竭尽全力将自己所要做的做好,无愧于心是我们的目标,让各方都受到启思的洗涤。

做了七个小时的汽车,我们终于抵达了茂名电白县的罗坑中学,有着作为茂名人回到家乡的喜悦,也从中看到了未来七天生活的辛苦。在每一位下乡队员的脸上,我看到的都是生气勃勃的活力,差不多每个人都遗忘了今早在华师没有早餐吃的不快(或许只有我才记得,O(∩_∩)O~)。嗯,迎接我们的将是全新的生活,又何必拘泥于过去呢?让我们充满活力地去为明天而努力吧!
可是,当来到了孩子们的宿舍楼,亲眼看见了学生的住宿情况,我们都很不适应,为孩子们住在这么差的宿舍里而慨叹,有些队员也开始了绝望的念想„„但是面对这些,我们绝不是在抱怨,我们知道,这些孩子苦,我们也要陪着他们苦!这次下乡确实是个不容错过的机会来体验贫困地区的生活,在华师的生活太优越了,让我们体会不了真正的苦难。
好不容易,我们把宿舍打扫干净,匆匆吃完来到罗坑中学的第一顿晚餐——鸡粥,我们看见了孩子们陆陆续续地回校了„„看到他们,看到他们的眼睛,心里面装的都是满满的感动,他们的到来无疑是给我们这次下乡活动的最大的肯定和支持。我相信,我们地科四队是不会让他们失望的!

六点钟就起来了,昨晚王雪世界的例会中说到今天要迎接孩子们,所以要早起为打扫和开班会作准备。匆匆洗漱完后,我们奔向办公室拿到了开班会的东西。打开教室的门以后,我独自站在了教室的讲台上。说实在的,这里的一切都让我们我们感受到了艰苦和苍凉,在这样的三尺讲台,作为一名老师,要以怎样的胸怀去教育这些山区里的孩子啊!
作为一名师范专业的的学生,我想我是深有体会的,未来的教学事业绝对是一份艰巨的任务,任重而道远啊。
第四篇:调研日志
农村基础设施(房、水、路、电、讯)建设调查
在接到“体验省情、服务群众”的寒假主题实践活动通知后,我对自己家所在的村及附近的村庄基础设施建设进行了调查。从而能全面了解农村经济发展情况、基层组织建设情况,为新农村建设提供参考,建言献策。
关于住房,绝大部分家庭的房屋都没有安全问题,而且村里正在对新审批下来的房基地进行规划,使新建房屋整齐有序的排列,这样有助于街道的调整与修建。对于贫困家庭、五保户家庭预留了低价房基地的名额。至于特别贫困的家庭,在经过评估合格后,由镇政府和村支部联合出资,帮助这些家庭翻盖新房,以确保他们的住房安全和条件。
各个村庄的主街道都铺成了水泥地,并在有村民居住的街道旁预留了排水通道,以便他们的生活废水及雨雪等降水能顺利的流出去,不至于淹没房屋和院里的庄稼和蔬菜等作物。那些通往田地的道路都铺成石子路,保障了农忙时节的道路安全。
每个村里都有自来水井,每家的院子里、屋里面都有自来水龙头,一天24小时供水,保证了村民用水的便利与安全。自来水收费价格较低,只在每户超过规定用水量的情况下才收取相应的费用。田地里也挖有水井方便灌溉农田作物保障了作物的收成。
电、讯设施齐全,在供区内采取直接装表计度的供电方式。各种通信方式、通信技术拉近了人与人之间的距离,提高了通信的效率。
在调查过程中发现虽然各种基本设施都比较齐全,但是技术比较落后,更新换代速度较慢,弊端较多,不能很好的满足群众的需要。今后应该多引进先进的技术手段,结合本地区的实际情况因地制宜,从本质上真正的使农村城市化,建设社会主义新农村。
