(一):我周一会有家面试,好久没有面试过了,不知道会有什么问题提问英语,我是说一般会问哪些问题。答:如果是到一家外贸公司应聘外贸业务员,口试笔试都有可能。以下是外贸面试常见的一些情况:
口试时英文的自我介绍一般是免不了的。有工作经验的当然得多谈谈你的工作经验,比如某年某月到某年某月,在某某公司,某某职位,主要负责某某工 作,取得了什么什么的成绩。如果你没有工作经验,你就要在自我介绍中多介绍一下自己的专业学习和英语水平。如果你是学生干部,说说你的工作表现(即使不是 学生干部你也瞎编吧,这已经是一种潜规则了,呵呵)。如果你考过了诸如外销员资格考试、报关员资格考试之类的考试,那你一定要说。至于比如你哪一年出生 的,哪里人,兴趣爱好等等,不说也罢,除非他们问你。招聘单位才不关心这些呢,他们只关心你的能力和水平。自我介绍完一般是就你的自我介绍提问。这个就没 法预测了,随机应变吧。口试还有可能考些国贸实务的内容(内容集中在三个主要的海运贸易术语、L/C及T/T支付方式、保险及运费的计算,其他的应该不会 考,除非是一些以做其他贸易术语为主的公司),不过不大可能让你用英语回答,所以只要自己对实务课有点把握,问题就不大。
笔试的话一般是测试你的外贸英语,比如翻译一个客户邮件(有时翻完后会告诉你需要回复的主要内容,要你现场答复)、翻译一个外销合同、翻译一份信 用证等等。具体内容就不大确定了。我也有碰到过两次让我翻译专业性资料的情况。这就看你英语的真实水平了,事先准备都准备不了的,只能到时候尽力而为。
现在招聘单位都喜欢招聘有相关外贸工作经验的,比如服装行业的就喜欢招一些以前做过服装出口的,那当然会考些相关行业方面的内容。口试笔试都有可能。考试内容可能是两个部分:一是专业词汇,二是比如价格计算等专门的技术。这方面也是蒙不了人的,就看你的实际经验和水平了。
当然,面试也有些技巧和方法。比如要注意仪表,比如尽量让招聘单位先提出薪酬待遇,比如面试时记得把手机调成震动或把铃声关掉,比如笔试的时候如果没人看着你,碰到某些专业词汇之类,赶紧发短信让朋友上网帮你查一下,呵呵„„
还有一点就是,面试前最好能了解一下你要面试的公司的基本情况,比如规模、经营什么产品等等。如果该公司有网站,一定要去看看。“知己知彼,百战百胜”嘛。这样面试时才能做到有的放矢。

45.今天看了环球关于“如何回复邮件”的培训,具体内容记的不是很清楚。大概的和大家沟通一下,希望一起提高,多接
单,多赚钱。
以下是我记下的几点我认为有用的:
对于一个出口企业,首先第一点是要确定企业目标市场的定位和买家的定位,企业的定位比努力更重要。
-企业是制造商,贸易商,工贸结合?
-企业接受OEM,ODM?
买家的定位
-零售,批发商,进口商,OEM,厂商
2,了解买家的能力(从业经验,行业,对行业产品的认知度)
3,了解寻盘买家的地区(贸易壁垒,配额,进出口信息)
以上内容是需要了解,并有一个认知。然后在回复客人的时候要突出一个特点,你是制造商,你的特点是什么,贸易商,那你的特点又是什么。注意,一定要结合自己公司,不要来来个笼统的,想想客人收到10个邮件,10个邮件的特点都是一样,客人还会看下去吗?说不定还以为已经看过这封邮件。
第二点是评估市场反馈并做出及时调整。
1,买家是通过什么渠道发来的询盘,参展,广告,网络,朋友介绍,老客户,全新的客户。
2,发送询盘的企业类型,批发商,零售商,OEM
3,询盘查询的产品,主打还是偏门
4,询盘来的市场,欧美,中东
5,询盘的分类,一对一,群发
通过对询盘的分析,及时做出调整,寻找特点,然后突出你的特点。
我个人觉得上面的讲解主要是分析,然后找出你的特点,一定要是有别于别人的特点,一定是要有优势的特点。
找到特点后,具体问题具体对待。客户属于哪个类型,我就给他突出什么特点。让客人对邮件有读下去的冲动,能读说不定就能回,然后就是继续沟通。
对于一封邮件的回复,1,要有简单直接的标题,让客人有打开的冲动
2,不要啰嗦
3,用专业的问题吸引买家,有的时候要提些问题,但一定要是专业的,这个可以跟老板探讨。
4,突出特点,这里的特点就是我们前面分析公司的特点。
5,网站链结
6,提到客人的名字,免得成为垃圾邮件
企业的卖点
1独特的卖点(发现企业的竞争优势)
2,描述竞争对手不具备的优势
3,描述你能为客人提供利益,这点我个人觉得很重要,让客人觉得你是在为他找赚钱的路子,而不是单纯的买东西给他,说不定他还以前没有做,听你一说,还要感谢你呢。
4,必须以事实,数据为依据
6,描述公司产品的服务,优势
对于客户信息不齐全,不要马上按要求发报价单或目录,要发一封反询问信,可以以表格的形式,提及你想要知道的内容,但一定要注意,要表达这样做有助于向他推荐更好的产品和服务,查户口谁都不愿意。
写了这么多觉得乱七八糟,总之一点,要锁定客人的兴趣点,根据客人的兴趣点,突出自己公司的卖点。
现在就是想和大家沟通一下,如何寻找兴趣点,零售商的兴趣点是什么,批发商,进口商,国外的外贸公司,他们的兴趣点是什么?他们一般对我们提供什么信息比较感兴趣。
第二篇:外贸业务员面试问题
半结构化面试问题及评分标准 首先缓和气氛,简单进行寒暄,(如:怎么来到我们公司?交通是否便利等?)然后进入正题
1.请先做一个自我介绍。(沟通表达能力,自信)

6.在一个大型招标会议前的酒会上,你的竞争对手当着你和众多客户的面,将公司产品贬得一文不值,你如何应对?(抗压能力)

面试问题参考:
1、企业如何办理进出口资质,需要哪些资料
首先要到商务局办理对外贸易经营者备案登记,后续还需涉及到工商、税务、海关、出入境检验检疫局、电子口岸、外汇管理局等大约七个部门。
需要准备营业执照复印件、组织机构代码证复印件、国地税正副本复印件、法定代表人身份证复印件、银行开户核准通知书复印件、财务人员身份证复印件、企业章程复印件等资料。
2、进出口权申请要领哪几个证件
大约要申领五个证件。对外贸易经营者备案登记表、检验检疫证书、自理报关海关注册证书、电子口岸身份识别卡和电子口岸IC卡等。
3、如果货物被查验,基本流程是什么样
若遇查验。首先在出口科的查验登记本上登记,然后制作关封,把关封送往箱子所在的码头的监管科查验。
查验过程大致为:查验接单—移箱—开箱查验—写查验报告—报关员签字—武警签字—科长签字—返单。
4、出口合同履行的一般程序
① 申请领取出口许可证(外经贸机构批准)
② 申请原产地证书(贸促会批准)
③ 接受法定检验或委托鉴定,取得检验报告或鉴定证书(商检提供)
④ 催证、审证、改证
⑤ 制作各类单据(如汇票、发票等)
⑥ 办理托运手续
⑦ 投保
⑧ 报关;交纳关税
⑨ 装运;换取提单
⑩ 缮制单据
缮制单据后提交至银行,接下来就是: 审单复单→ 结汇→ 退税→ 合同归档
5、出口报关基本流程
1.根据海关相关规定,缮制全套出口单证并校对无误后,向海关审单中心发送电子信息。
2.电子审单通过,打印正式的纸质报关单。
3.整理全套报关单证,按照报关单-委托书-发票-装箱单-三联单-核销单-出口明联报关单-打印申请单的顺序订好单证
4.报关单上签字,盖上报关行的章。
5.根据船名航次的不同,将报关单放入报关袋,相同船名航次的报关单放入同一个报关袋.6.电脑派单:海关关员收单后由电脑派单。
7.电脑显示该单派在几号窗,单证就要交到几号窗。
8.在海关的终端上查询是否放行,若放行了就可以到原派单窗口取单。
9.若单子迟迟未放行,极有可能是单证有问题,被海关卡着,那要及时去窗口问
10.正常放行的单证,从单证中取回三联单和核销单,检查三联单上的箱号上是否盖有“放行章”,核销单上是否盖有“验讫章”,其余单证放回报关袋,交回海关留底。
11.之后单证会流转至单证科,正常的单证就会打印结汇和退税报关单,到4楼专门取报关单的地方,找出自己的单证,签收后,该单就完全结关。

建议四:巧用过渡语,表明自己用心听问题
如果面试者在面试时可以用一些类似:As you mentioned(正如您所说的)或者As far as I know(据我所知),表示你一直在认真听对方的谈话。此外,你还可以选择As it is shown in my resume(正如我的简历所提到的)或As my previous experience shows(如我之前的工作经验所示)之类的表达法。
