工作小结

转眼来到吕良信用社已过大半年，回顾过去十个月中的工作，有进步也有不足，从中也学到了许多知识。主要方面总结成以下几点：

一、与时俱进，不断增强个人素质

通过学习，使我对联社的基本规章制度方有了充分的认识认识，进一步领会到为三农服务的重要性。学习也使我认识到：工作岗位没有高低之分，一定要好好工作，不认真工作就不能体现自己的人生价值。作为信用社基层一线的一名普通员工在工作常中要充分发挥“主人翁”精神，在日工作中从一点一滴做起。

二、立足本岗位，努力学习来提高服务质量

由于我是一名前台员工，所以在客户中树立起单位的良好形象就显得尤为关键。通过这几个月的前台工作，使我逐渐向同事和领导学习到怎样提高日常服务质量的经验——坚持原则，严格按照联社制定的各项规章制度执行，做到不违规操作，遇到客户提出的不合理要求，不办理有损信用社利益的业务；遇到客户着急的业务，从不拖延；当客户前来询问业务时，能够认真细致不厌其烦的耐心讲解。过去大半年的工作，我看到了自己的进步，同时也看到了不足之处。所以我利用业余时间，多学习一些知识，提高自身的科学理论水平，平时也常利用网络了解有关业务知识，开阔了视野，丰富了知识。在今后的工作中，要把业务理论知识更充分的应用到实际工作当中去，进一步提高自己的业务水平。

为了培养同学们的英语学习兴趣，加大英语阅读量，丰富同学们的学习生活，我校在前两个星期举行了二、三、四、五年级的英语单词竞赛，现将此次活动的情况总结如下：

一、活动的基本情况

本次活动，经过充分的赛前准备，活动有条不紊地进行。经过竞赛，各年级均有班级获奖。

二、活动的收获和启示

（一）活动比赛的收获

1.学生准备充分：赛前，学生进行了积极、认真的准备，大多 数学生能比较自信地背诵出应该掌握的单词。每天都能听到他们拼读单词的声音，看到他们认真地默写着应该掌握的单词，一遍又一遍不厌其烦。

2.参赛班级从不同的侧面展现了班级风采。

在本次比赛中，大家都积极准备，有些同学表现优异，大多数同学在比赛中发挥出色，取得了较优异的成绩。

（二）比赛中存在的不足

二年级个别学生书写不规范，有的年级之间存在着不平衡现象。此次比赛，反映出有的同学对单词的掌握实在是不过关，这就要求我们同学在平时一定要在家多听录音，多朗读、拼读与反复默写单词，从而提高我们对单词的默写能力。
