1、我们为什么要聘用你（测试你的沉静与自信）给一个简短、有礼貌的回答：“我能做好我要做的事情”、“我相信自己，我想得到这份工作”。

2、为什么你想到这里来工作（这应该是你喜爱的题目）因为你在此前进行了大量的准备，你了解这家公司。组织几个原因，最好是简短而切合实际的。

3、这个职位最吸引你的是什么（这是一个表现你对这个公司、这份工作看法的机会）回答应使考官确认你具备他要求的素质。

4、你是否喜欢你老板的职位回答当然是“yes，如你不满意，可补充：“当我有这个评测能力时”，或“有这样一个空缺时吧”。

5、你是否愿意去公司派你去的那个地方如果你回答“no，你可能会因此而失掉这份工作，记住：你被雇用后你可以和公司就这个问题再行谈判。

6、谁曾经给你最大的影响选一个名字即可，最好是你过去的老师等，再简短准备几句说明为什么。

7、你将在这家公司呆多久回答这样的问题，你该持有一种明确的态度，即：能待多久待多久，尽可能长，“我在这里继续学习和完善自己。”

8、什么是你最大的成就准备一两个成功的小故事。

9、你能提供一些参考证明吗你该准备好一些相关的整洁的打印件，并有现在的电话和地址。

10、从现在开始算，未来的五年，你想自己成为什么样子？或者：告诉我，你事业的目标回答一定要得体，根据你的能力和经历。

11、你有和这份工作相关的训练或品质吗说明要短，举两三个最重要的品质，要有事实依据。

12、导致你成功的因素是什么回答要短，让考官自己去探究，比如只一句话：“我喜欢挑战性工作。”

13、你最低的薪金要求是多少（这是必不可少的问题，因为你和你的考官出于不同考虑都十分关心它）你聪明的做法是：不做正面回答。强调你最感兴趣的是这个机遇和挑战并存的工作，避免讨论经济上的报酬，直到你被雇用为止。

14、你还有什么问题吗你必须回答＂当然。你要准备通过你的发问，了解更多关于这家公司、这次面试、这份工作的信息。假如你笑笑说“没有”（心里想着终于结束了，长长吐了口气）那才是犯了一个大错误。这往往被理解为你对该公司、对这份工作没有太深厚的兴趣；其次，从最实际的考虑出发，你难道不想听话听音敲打一下考官，推断一下自己入围有几成希望？这里有一些供你选择的问题：

1、为什么这个职位要公开招聘？

2、这家公司（这个部门）最大的挑战是什么？

3、公司的长远目标和战略计划您能否用一两句话简要为我介绍一下？

4、您考虑这个职位上供职的人应有什么素质？

5、决定雇用的时间大致期限要多久？

6、关于我的资格与能力问题，您还有什么要问的吗

到外企面试的“八项注意”

面试是每一个现代人找工作时都必须迈过的一道坎。如今，有不少人想去外企求职，但又苦于不清楚面试时应该注意哪些问题，而不敢成行。本文特意细数了外企面试官的八大忌讳，希望对大家有所帮助。

一忌迟到失约

迟到和失约是面试中的大忌。这不但会表现出求职者没有时间观念和责任感，更会令面试官觉得求职者对这份工作没有热忱，印象分自然大减。守时不但是美德，更是面试时必须做到的事。因此，应提前10至15分钟或准时到达。如因有要事迟到或缺席，一定要尽早打电话通知该公司，并预约另一个面试时间。另外，匆匆忙忙到公司，心情还未平静便要进行面试，自然表现也会大失水准。

二忌数落别人

切勿在面试时当着面试官数落现任或前任雇主和同事的不是。这样做，不但得不到同情，只会令人觉得你记仇、不念旧情和不懂得与别人相处，反而更会招来面试官的反感。三忌说谎邀功

面试时说谎，伪造“历史”，或将不属于自己的功劳“据为己有”，后果可大可小。即使现在能瞒天过海，也难保谎言将来有被揭穿的一日。因此，面试时应实话实说，虽可扬长避短，却也不能以谎话代替事实。

四忌准备不足

无论学历如何高，资历如何好，工作经验如何丰富，当面试官发现求职者对申请的职位知之不多，甚至连最基本的问题也回答不好，印象分自然大打折扣。面试官不但会觉得求职者准备不足，甚至会认为他们根本无志于在这方面发展。面试前应做好充分的准备工作。五忌长篇大论

虽说面试是推销自己的时间，不过，切勿滔滔不绝、喋喋不休，面试官最怕求职者长篇大论，说个没完没了。其实，回答问题，只须针对问题重点回答。相反，有些求职者十分害羞，不懂得把握机会表现自己，无论回答什么问题，答案往往只有一两句，甚至只回答“是、有、好、可以”等，这也是不可取的。如果性格胆小害羞，则应多加练习，以做到谈吐自如。六忌语气词过多

使用太多如“呢、啦、吧”等语气词或口头禅会把面试官弄得心烦意乱。语气词或口头禅太多会让面试官误以为求职者自信心和准备不足。

七忌过多谈论前任工作

不管你在前任工作做得如何，都不要过多谈起。一般来说，你只要说明你做过类似的事，有相关经验即可，不必说工作的成效。如果你做得很好，为什么要离开？如果做得很差，那你个人的能力肯定有问题，总之不管怎么样说，都可能会招来面试官的反感。

八忌欠缺目标

面试时，千万不要给面试官留下没有明确事业目标的印象。虽然一些求职者的其他条件不错，但无事业目标就会缺少主动性和创造性，给企业带来损失。面试官倒情愿聘用一个各方面表现虽较逊色，但具有事业目标和热忱的求职者

巧妙回答面试尴尬提问

你的薪酬要求是什么？

须知，除非你是对方急需的人才，一般地，让你去“面试”的单位是不会与你在此有很大的谈判余地的，也就是说，你只能按照其薪酬标准行事。故此，没有必要大谈特谈你的薪酬理想，而只消说说你过去的薪酬水平，并一定要说明换工作是要付出代价的，这对你个人来说也是有成本概念的，如果你过去的薪酬水平较高，在此并不指望开始时就能保持与过去相一致，而要经过工作的实践来检验；另一方面，也应说明各单位都有自己的规矩，入乡随俗

是基本的礼貌和程式，这样，既回避了相对敏感的问题，也体现了你的修养和对对方的尊重。你如何看待本单位？

有的应聘者，在遇到这样的问题时，总是显得很焦急，颇有想一蹴而就的欲望，在回答问题，侃侃而谈什么“贵单位是我的理想所在”、“这个单位条件好，有发展前途”、“这是个举世闻名的企业”等，可要知道，你现在去应聘的单位再好也未必适合你于此谋生择业。因此，一味地赞颂是不明智的，只会使对方产生反感，认为你花拳秀腿没有真本事，溜须拍马阿谀奉承却未见有实实在在的内容。其实，无论你此前对该单位是否有所了解，客观地说一说你的观感和印象，是有益的；而当你要说到对方的弊端或缺陷时，不要一味否定，而后缀以“若在××方面再加以注意也许会有较大的改善”会让人觉得你有观察力，又有宽宏大量的气度和改善面貌的欲望和能力，这是会受欢迎的。

你如何看待你所应聘的岗位？

通常，各个岗位在责任、权利、利益、分工、合作、技能、技巧等方面，都有明显的要求，而这往往是区别于其他岗位的，每个岗位都有其对员工的特殊性，在专业化日益增强的今天，“万金油”式的人越来越不被看好。所以，你切不可说“我能干这也能干那”，而应明晰在管理的半径、层面、空间上是有着很大差别的。有人往往在此时急求事功，在未详细了解岗位的具体要求情况下仓促应允，以为自己什么都干得了，这不明智，而且容易招致面试方反感。该岗位需要的所有内容，正是面试者想从你这里听到的，你也只需照此行事即可。你如何证明自己是最优秀的？

这是一个不大好回答的问题，你说自己是最优秀的，会被认为是夜郎自大，而你说自己不是最优秀的，又会被认为是缺乏自信心，你回避不答，则可能被认为是没有考虑或是对面试方不够尊重。这时，你最好回答“以我的职业素养，所受过的良好教育，以及此前在××行业、××企业从事××工作的经验的背景，能够胜任此工作，并能在不久后脱颖而出，为单位的发展尽力”，来应对此问题，显示你的应变能力和良好的谈判（或谈话）技巧。你有何业余爱好？

如果一个人下班后就知道柴米油盐，那么他应该是个家务型的人，在如今的紧张生活中，大概被看做是缺乏情趣和格调的人，也是个与众格格不入难以沟通的人。这种人不大重视情操的培养与陶冶，习惯于单位—家庭的线性生活方式，可过于倾慕在业余生活上的人，也会有太爱吃喝玩乐不务正业的嫌疑。设想，如果你看足球比赛时经常向场内投掷酒瓶子，可能没有人会说你是个社会安全因素。因此，在回答这类问题时，应该不温不火，既要显示自己的情调与修养，又能展现自己的事业心，以此为原则说明实际的情况。

你的住处离单位距离如何？

这也许是在看你对待上班时间以及需要加班时的想法。如果这真是你理想中的单位，而你的住处离此单位又较远，应该在回答上体现出遵守单位规定的作息时间，按时上下班，如需要经常加班则可以想办法住得近些，不会影响工作也不会给单位增添麻烦。

第五篇：外企面试技

一、面试前的准备

1．确定3W

明确面试前的三要素--When(时间)、Where（地点）、Who(联系人）：一般情况下，招聘单位会采取电话通知的方式。您这时可得竖起耳朵仔细听。万一没听清，千万别客气，赶紧问。对于一些大公司，您最好记住联系人。不要以为只有人事部负责招聘，在大公司里有时人事部根本不参与面试、招聘，只是到最后才介入，办理录用手续。关于地点，您还是以勤为本。若不熟悉，最好先跑去查看查看地形。

2．知己知彼

a)事先了解一些企业背景

也就是先在家做一些调查（homework or research）。具体了解的问题可包括：企业所在国家背景、企业所处整体行业情况、企业产品、企业客户群、企业竞争对手、企业热门话题以及企业的组织结构。若有可能最好再多了解些这个企业大老板和部门经理的情况。这些足以显示出您对该企业的兴趣和向往。在当今这个信息时代，您不妨到企业的主页中转转，一定会有很大收获。当然尽管您暗地里为自己灌输了这么多企业的信息，可千万别一古脑全倒给人家，自然而然的流露出来才能达到您真正的目的，不要有卖弄之嫌，他们了解的一定比您知道的更深刻，随时会给您打分。

3．披挂上阵

a)着装: 力求简洁大方，无论您穿什么，都必须充分体现您的自信。一般来说，所穿的服装要保证干净，而且适合此行业穿着。尤其是去外企，一定要穿比较职业的着装（professional）。男士应着西装，女士应穿套装。着装的好与坏非常能左右您的自信心。只有您的着装与周围人相融合，您才会感到融洽放松，您的自信心自然也会提升。那么是否一定要穿名牌呢？其实真的没必要。大的外企不会看重这些，真正看重的是您的内在素养。

b)面试所带物品： 带好简历。也许您会问：“他们不是都有我的简历了吗？干嘛还要我再带？”

1)一般来说收您简历的人和面试您的人往往不一定是一个人。

2)参加面试的人很多，简历容易混淆。

3)别以为面试考官不紧张。他一紧张把您的简历搞丢也真说不准。

4．心理战术

a)保证睡眠: 不要采取消极态度，觉得能睡多少睡多少吧。一定要按正常作息，保证足够的睡眠。不过有些人可能会兴奋过度或娱乐过头，导致自己第二天疲惫不堪，无精打采；有些人打破作息规律，早早就上床，睡得自己头昏脑胀，眼睛浮肿；还有一些人呢，紧张过度，死活睡不着。那怎么办？数绵羊吧。反正说到底，您必须睡个好觉。

b)早饭：按日常习惯最好。为什么说要按日常习惯呢？这不仅是个生理问题，同时也是个心理问题。如果您在面试时突然感觉饿了，您就极可能一下子变得很紧张。越紧张您就越觉得饿，而越饿您就越紧张。这样恶性循环，使得一个小的生理反应变成了一个大的心理反应。所以为了使自己放松些，您可以早晨起来慢跑一会儿，以保证一个好心情。

c)建立自信：对于失业者，再就业并重建自信心是很关键的。尤其是那些从九重天跌下来的人，摔得太狠，爬起来亦会更艰难。但一定要记住，阳光总在风雨后，乌云散了有晴空。还有一些人，由于面试了很多次，经常是到最后一轮给刷了下来。久而久之，信心全失，认为自己是等不到中举的那一天了。其实您一定要记住，付出了总会有回报，只是时间的问题。成功总属于执着的人。最后要说的是，万一在面试当头的节骨眼，您碰上了晦气的事情，怎么办？其实想必大家都有这种体会，当一个人保持一种积极的态度和一个良好的精神状态时，坏事会变好，好事也会变得更好，无论什么事您都能泰然处之。但当一个人情绪低落，态度消极时，眼前看到的便全是黑色事件，倒霉的事接踵而至。其实这都是一些心理的主观因素在做祟。用一颗平常心、一颗充满阳光的心去看这个世界，您会发现其实这世界很美。乐观一些，您会天天充满自信。

二、面试种类

1．按人员编排分类: 招聘人员→应聘人员

a)一对一，One-on-one 属于“单打独斗”。

b)两人或两人以上对一个，Group interview 通常是由一个应聘者面对数名考官，属于“舌战群雄”类。

c)一人对一组，校园面试中常见，通常是由一名公司的招聘经理面对一组应聘者，属于“群英会”类。这种面试需要注意如何在群体中表现得当，既要积极活跃，又不能抢尽风头，对别人构成压力或威胁。

2.按阶段分类:

a)初步筛选 Screening 被面试者众多，每人分得的时间有限，而面试人员的级别也不甚高。

b)多

轮选拔 Further rounds 到这一阶段，通常都是级别比较高的人来面试您，面试的时间也会更长些，程序也更复杂些。而某些华尔街投资银行，招聘一名高级人员平均要进行多达三十多轮的面试，面试周期更可长达三至六个月。

c)最后一轮 Final round 这可是最关键的一环，千万不要掉以轻心！这里不妨和大家多说两句。第一 对于应聘者而言，有时也摸不准哪次会是最后一轮。第二.即使是被明确告知这是最后一轮了，您或许还要见人。所以在有些情况下，您不能确定这是否真是最后一轮面试，不能有任何松懈情绪。

当然，要突破这重重关卡是需要极大的耐心和毅力的。记住，千万不要抱怨，哪怕是在心里偷偷的嘀咕都不要有，否则功亏一篑。因为内心的波动难免流于言表，不满的表情也难逃面试者的“火眼金睛”。一定要面带笑容认真地完成每一次面试。其实这也是在为以后的工作树立一个良好的开端。做个有人缘的人，在轻松融洽的环境中好好干！您要把每一次面试都当成一次商务会议。

3.按型式分类

a)标准程序 Structured ：开始---中间---最后

b)非标准程序 Unstructured：面试人员想到哪儿问到哪儿，随意性极强。遇到这种情况的确比较难应付，面试前无从准备，只能靠临场发挥。但对于那些在外企有相当工作经验的人往往会觉得轻车熟路，游刃有余。

c)专业定向 Targeted：一方面考察应聘者的专业知识，另一方面有的招聘者也会通过面试大量业内应聘者从而了解业内同行的发展情况。所以有时考察是虚，搜集情报才是实。应聘者需要察言观色，拿捏好分寸。

d)场景面试 Situational：类似场景小测验。应聘公司会虚拟您所申请职位的工作环境，让您直接进入工作角色，从而测试您的能力。

e)案例面试 Case: 一些大公司如：麦肯锡，贝恩等大型咨询公司经常会采取通过一个一个的案例分析来面试应聘者。在此我就不赘述了。

f)轻松随意型面试 Meals/Drinks 真的可以轻松一下了吗？ NO！这“轻松”两字的学问可大了。首先经受考验的就是您的餐桌礼仪（table manner）。今后与客户打交道难免要上餐厅，餐桌礼仪自然就尤为重要了。潇洒的举手投足，得体的社交礼节一定能够得到老板的赏识。其次若要招聘高级职位的人员，如首席代表。他经常需要与高层的客户打交道，有些活动还须携夫人前往。此时夫人的风度也就自然成为了招聘者在意的一环了。其实这种面试形式也是为了建立一种私人关系。合作需要磨合，朋友需要交流，在工作中既是同事关系又是朋友关系，尽早地沟通预热（warm-up）一下有什么不好呢？ 话说回来，到底还是边吃边谈，氛围自然比在办公室轻松了不少，所以不妨聊一些随意的话题，适当问一些私人事宜或提及您的一些顾虑。当然关于工资的问题还是谨慎为宜。

三、面试程序

1．寒暄、问候 Greeting

可别小瞧这几句口头语，它可是至关重要的开场白。所谓“前三分钟定终身”，这是招聘经理们从来都不愿承认的公开秘密。即您给面试考官的第一印象，从言谈举止到穿着打扮将直接影响到您被录用的机率。我们知道既然已被通知去面试，说明您背景已基本合格，那么面试者主要看什么呢？ Chemistry fit--气味相投。您必须能够和这个企业，和企业中的员工气味相投。寒暄问候的主要话题有：天气、一路的交通、办公室附近的建筑物（一定要事先弄清大建筑物的英文怎么说）、时事以及近日的热门话题等等。

2．公司简介

招聘经理会简明扼要的介绍一下公司的情况。

3．被告知程序

这时已开始进入正题。面试长官或许会把面谈的整体程序安排预先告诉您，以消除您的紧张情绪。

4．走一遍简历 Go through your resume

分为两种。一种是粗线条整体快速串，另一种是摘录重点串。不过两种的目的是一致的。第一.确认大环节。千万不要在简历里做假或夸大其辞，否则很容易被当场戳穿。可别小瞧了那些招聘经理，他们一个个可都是火眼金睛。第二.对简历中的可疑部分提问。当然招聘经理们会避免直截了当的提问，而把具体的疑问藏于貌似不经意的小问题之中。第三.套情报。他会从您的学校生活谈起，寻找轻松的话题，勾起您对往昔的美好回忆。而当您聊兴正酣，已滔滔不绝时，您的工作的信息也在不知不觉中传入了他的耳朵。到底应该透露给对方多少自己的信息呢？ 这个问题要靠大家自己拿捏。

5．试探性提问 probing questions

一般围绕一些敏感、重要或很棘手的问题。目的是要了解您对业务难题或一些重大问题的看法。这些问题通常业务性很强，回答的好与坏可以充分反映出您的专业水平，反应的敏感度、逻辑思维性、分析问题的能力以及语言的组织能力。您的大智慧都将在这里熠熠生辉，可要抓住机会，大显身手。

6．轻松话题

一般由您在简历的个人信息部分中所列举的细节中提取话题，比如聊一聊您的兴趣爱好，外语水平，将来打算或校园生活等。要知道除了业务和学历外，白领之间的人际融合也很重要，兴趣相投是相互融合的前提。这就是为什么只有志同道合的人才能打成一片。

7．向招聘经理提问

出于礼貌，您起码应该问一个问题。此时您若一言不发，会给对方造成两种印象：

一、您对该企业没多大兴趣，因此实在没啥可问的，这样当然会惹恼招聘经理

二、您没有能力提出好问题，这样招聘经理会认为您是个笨瓜，而且反应迟钝，不会应酬。其实您对这个企业很感兴趣而且也的确不笨。况且您既然从没在这个企业干过，总该有您不懂的地方吧。那还犹豫什么？ 放心大胆地问吧。

8．个别情况

关于Case的面试程序涉及到咨询企业的文化和投资银行背景等方面，要想了解具体程序，还是劝您找业内人士帮个忙，和他们交流一下。由于这类公司通常只在很小范围内招收极少数量的人才，或是从美国直接“进口”MBA，所以我们在这里就不再赘述了。
