一、培养学生积极健康的心理。

在平时的教育教学中，我坚持以鼓励为主。鼓励会使学生的心态更加积极，更加开放。鼓励的方式多样，一句热情的话语，一个赞许的眼神，一次亲切的抚摸，都能让学生心荡涟漪，如沐春风。学生在老师的鼓励下，更倾向于作积极的尝试。如果在尝试中体验到成功，从此便有可能努力向上前进。老师对学生的鼓励以及对学生通过努力后取得成绩的肯定，可以不断筑高学生的起点，而学生也有了自己前进的动力。另外，班主任帮助学生树立目标，有了目标学生前进就不会迷失方向，更能够以积极的心态迈出坚定的步伐。班主任不但帮助学生树立目标，更要让学生自己学会制定目标。让学生学会激励自己，随时调整自己。

二、改变形象，让教育形式贴近学生。

原先总认为班主任在学生面前应该板着脸，让学生怕你，这样学生才会服贴，班风才能纯正。现在看来并非如此，在不影响正常工作和学习的前提下，班主任放下师长的架子，和学生开开玩笑，套套近乎，师生“打成一片”。这样，一句亲切友好的玩笑往往让师生间的心灵拉得更近，学生会从内心真正敬重、亲近班主任。班主任便能更好的开展教育工作。学生也会更乐意接受班主任善意的批评教导，从而减免“口服心不服”的现象。

原先在做学生思想工作时，常感觉大道理已说尽，自己劳力费神，苦口婆心，而学生却无动于衷，厌烦乏味。这往往是大道理太过枯燥，缺少血肉。后来学着以他人事例和自身体验为参照，现身说法。动之以情，晓之以理，以平等民主谈心的方式和学生推心置腹，与学生互动共鸣。却恰恰起到“事半功倍”的效果。

三、抓好学生日常行为规范，及时发现解决问题。

每到初三，许多学生开始在思想上出现较大的变化。不少学生已经进入“青春反叛期”，他们常常自认为已经长大，对条条框框的限制约束表示很反感，因而在思想上有很多的麻痹松懈。作为班主任，我适时在学期伊始之际，召开主题班会，让学生交流体会遵规守纪的重要性，从思想上给学生深刻的认识。在实际工作中，狠抓日常学习生活中不守纪律的现象。如课上睡觉，旷课迟到，打架骂人，不做作业，顶撞老师等行为。让学生“换位”思考，并积极教育引导。让学生在反省中受教育，培养自己良好的行为习惯。尤其针对初三学生的思想复杂偏激，情绪多变的特点，班主任要及时发现存在的问题，同学生交流谈心，排解问题。同时班主任应多观察,多调查,抓住事情的苗头,防微杜渐,防患于未燃。

四、抓好后进生转化工作。

后进生大致分成三种类型：一是学习差生，表现为无心向学，沉闷寡欢。二是思想品德差生，表现为沾染上不良风气，违反校纪班规，随心所欲，难以自控。三是“二合一”的双差生，人数不多，但负面影响很大。而这样的学生又以留守学生居多，家庭隔代教育不力，往往导致这些学生任意放纵。并且在大多时候又很难取得家庭与学校教育配合统一，对待这些学生更需要班主任倾注心血和爱心，使其转化。

我在差生转化工作中从以下几个方面做起：

1、争取家长配合发挥家庭教育作用。学校家庭联手打造孩子的未来形成强大的教育合力，在实际工作中采取家访，请家长来访的形式，汇报学生在校的表现，争取家长支持配合。

2、对差生分层次分类别教育。对待特殊的学生提出特殊的要求，并通过开展各类有益活动，发挥特长，转移兴趣，变“无所事事”为“有所事事”。比如，我班上有几个调皮捣蛋的学生整天坐不住板凳，却对篮球兴趣浓厚，我帮他们成立篮球兴趣小组。利用课余时间打打篮球，并和他们约法三章，如果违反纪律随时撤消篮球队。这几位学生果然收敛许多，学习态度也端正明朗很多。

3、尊重后进生激励后进生。尊重后进生的人格，以表扬为主，发现挖掘后进生的闪光点，给他们“用武之地”激发他们热情，增强他们信心，比如有的后进生劳动很积极，肯卖力，可以委任其劳动委员一职，负责班级卫生管理，有的后进生让他充当纪律委员一职。他们在记录班级纪律的同时也约束规范了自己的行为，班主任也多了表扬的依据。

4、致力学风建设，充分发挥先进群体对后进生的感染作用。先进群体的榜样作用是巨大的，在良好学风的包围中，少数后进生蠢蠢欲动的欲望便能打消很多，先进带动落后，在先进群体的感召下，加之班主任循循善诱，天长日久，后进生会逐渐走向积极康健的大道。

五、培养良好的学习态度和习惯。

1、化被动学习为自主学习。到了初三，面对毕业升学考试，学生已经逐步摆脱初一、二时期的幼稚和盲目，学习目的日渐明晰。班主任可以乘势开发学生求知上进的内在动力，分析形势，明确任务。引导学生自觉确定学习目标，制定学习计划，选择学习方法，学生在学习过程中要学会自我监控，自我指导，自我强化，自觉主动的钻研知识，只有化被动学习为自主学习，学生才能积极拓展提升自己，取得长足的进步。

2、鼓励竞争，强大自我。没有竞争机制，集体便没有活力，个人便没有危机感，班主任应在班集体创造出强有力的竞争局面，用竞争激发学生昂扬的斗志，挖掘学习巨大的潜能。我在语文课堂上经常开展各种类型竞赛，比如背诵、朗读、默写竞赛，利用活动课适当开展作文、演讲、书写、辩论比赛，绝大多数班干，科代表也是依据成绩竞争上岗。通过竞争，学生会提高学习积极性，增强完成任务的紧迫感，有效提升学习效率，从而改掉学生拖拉懒散的作风。

3、让学生学会“会学”。“未来社会的文盲是没有掌握获取知识方法的人”，班主任应引导学生真正认识“会学”的意义，认识自学能力的重要性，我用身边同学的成功经验启发学生，用自己亲身体会告知学生，利用班会和恰当时机，经常渗透学法指导。学习有规律可循，但又因人而异，因此在学法指导上我既有整体上的指导，又能注意个别指导，同时也创造条件进行学习方法交流，让成功学生谈经验体会，让学生在交流中吸收借鉴他人经验，改善完善自己的学习方法。

4、防止偏科，全面发展。班主任应时刻关注学生各学科的均衡发展，引导学生不断强化薄弱学科，突破重点，帮助偏科学生建立自信，提升兴趣。班主任应和各学科老师保持密切联系，随时把握偏科学生学习情况。和科任教师一起为他们出谋划策，排解困难，并利用课余时间个别辅导，开开“小灶”。

以上是我在班主任工作中的几点心得，班主任工作锁碎而繁多，它渗透在学生思想、学习、生活的角角落落，说不完道不尽。总而言之，班主任既是联系各科教师与学生之间的纽带，又是沟通学校、家庭、社会的桥梁，班主任既是导师又是慈母，既要顾全大局，高瞻远瞩，宏观引领，又要体察入微，深入角落，关心呵护，但愿班主任辛勤的汗水能浇艳学生成功的花朵。

转眼间，一学期的工作结束了。本学期，本人继续担任九（3）班的班主任工作。为了能够在新的学期能够更好的工作，及时地总结经验、教训，特总结前段工作如下：

首先，继续抓好学生的日常行为习惯养成教育，及时抓住学生点滴的情绪变化，及时解决问题。

作为九年级上学期，许多学生开始在思想上出现了极大的变化，特别是很多学生已经进入“反叛”时期，常常会自认为自己已经长大，不再需要这些条条框框的约束，因而在思想上有了很多的麻痹、松懈。作为一名班主任老师，我适时地在学期伊始之际，召开班会，重新让学生进行学习，并体会遵守规范的重要，从思想上给学生以深刻的认识。在实际工作中，抓住日常学习生活中的不遵守课堂纪律的、课上睡觉、不完成作业甚至出现与教师顶嘴的现象等行为，对同学进行“换位”思考，并进行积极教育，让学生在反省中受教育，得真知，约束自己，培养自己良好的行为习惯。

尤其是针对九年级学生的思想复杂、偏激、情绪不稳定、多变的特点，及时地发现存在的问题，同学生进行谈心，而及时解决问题。同时，积极开展文体活动，丰富学生的业余生活，引导学生将情绪正常的宣泄，尽可能的调整他们的心态，积极的投身于班级的各种活动中。

其次，积极培养学生的正确的人生观、价值观，并会同各学科老师多方面、多角度地激发学生地学习兴趣，掌握科学的学习方法，提高学习成绩。

针对中学生此阶段的心理状况，适时的抓住学生中存在的问题，开展各种形式的班级讨论会、演讲会、读书报告会等活动，或者跟部分学生谈心地方式，并结合语文学科的特点及时的让学生在写出个人的短期、长期目标，树立自己的正确的人生观、世界观。

第三，积极会同各学科教师积极备好学生，探讨教育学生的方法，用大家的智慧解决问题。本学期利用课余时间同其他任课教师经常讨论班级管理问题、班级存在的问题以及用怎样的方式教育管理学生，积极的向各位教师学习先进的班级管理、学生教育的经验，取得了较好的效果。

特别是在新学期开始，班级中出现了大量的学生上课前迟到的现象，及时的发现不良苗头，及时的纠正，让学生写出2000字说明，给学生一个改过自省的机会，同时积极在班内开展“我为什么来学习”的大讨论，使学生在大家的关注中将此消灭并且通知任课老师以及学生家长，及时关注这类问题，共同解决。

与此同时，积极同家长联系，及时了解、掌握学生情况，共同管理教育学生。尤其是在期中考试以后，借鉴了其他班级的方法，采用交流册以及量化评比汇报单的形式积极同家长联系，及时反映学生情况，并及时的了解、掌握学生情况，达到共同管理教育学生的目的。

第四，完善班级的管理制度，继续将竞争机制引入班级管理当中。班级实行竞选与班级考察相结合，继续实施班主任助理的手法，锻炼学生的自理自立能力。同时将权利下放，在开展各种活动时，积极发动学生，创设各种机会，给学生以自己活动的自由空间，积极提高学生的能力。

第五，加大安全教育力度。安全是学校一切工作的重中之重。本学期里，我坚决执行学校制定的安全事故防范措施，经常性地深入学生间了解情况、发现问题，加强学生在诸如教室、校园、回家途中甚至在家中等地点的安全防范意识，消除学生在日常生活中存在的一切不安全因素

至于成绩方面，一是班级形成较强的凝聚力，组织、纪律性较好，二是卫生扫除积极彻底，取得了比较优秀的成绩，班级可谓一尘不染，井然有序。三是期中考试总评第一，并且在政教处、团委组织的其他活动中也取得了优异的成绩。当然，成绩的取得，离不开同学们的努力，更离不开领导的指导和各位同事的支持。

当然也有问题存在：在管理方面，还欠缺更加科学、民主；学生的知识能力层次不一，落后面大，在处理问题时还有一些急躁，对于学生的部分心理，还不能更好的掌握，关心、爱护学生还不能够全面到位。在今后的工作中，我将继续努力，取得更优异的成绩。

在教学中，学生和班级的日常管理工作是基础，稳定是大事，因此九年级全体教师密切注意学生的思想动态，注重教学反馈，及时主动与班主任交流沟通。对出现的问题以及出现问题的学生，积极商讨解决问题的方法和对策，有重点、抓苗头，预防是目的，教育是手段，创造了九年级较好的班风学风，保证了九年级班级的稳定。本年级三个班，班主任都是在全校教师当中被挑选出来的，他们不断总结经验，改进班级管理方法，规范班级管理秩序，完善班级管理体系，使班级教育教学工作有条不紊。如李本波老师的班级管理多年，呈现多样化的管理特点，他善于利用各种教育机会，用发展、赏识、期盼的眼光看待学生；用激励、鼓舞、赞美的方法促进学生。王新广老师对落后生的转变极有耐心，一点点一滴滴的激励启发。李军老师因才施教、循序渐进，总能营造一种增强学生自我超越的班级氛围，帮助学生建立个人愿望，全面提高班级学习能力的基础。李本波老师自接任班主任工作以来，没睡过一个好觉。而李军老师管理有方，教学得法，把36名学生管理得服服帖帖。由于他的工作认真负责，班上好几个有名的差生都有了转变。卢运峰、杨勇刚、明小堂、周振华老师干劲十足，工作中他们团结协作，寓管理于各项班级活动之中。一份耕耘，一份收获，一学期来，在各位班主任的共同努力下，年级全体学生在各方面取得了明显的进步，特别是纪律方面，没有出现大的事故，年级组进行了3次大规模安全排查，为学生营造了一个良好的学习环境。

二、敬业乐业为学生

全体九年级教师有无私的奉献精神。每天早上6:10之前，教室里已有了他们的身影；每天晚上9点多，他们才离开学生寝室；九年级教师有强烈的大局意识。心往一处想，劲往一处使。为了整个年级，为了所有学生，他们能牺牲自己，顾全大局。徐江泳老师，孩子小，妻子是八年级班主任，本人代了2个班的英语课、分管学校电教工作，非常辛苦，可为了学生，他仍然坚持。周振华教师，不仅任教两门数学、地理学科，还要完成好所分管的学校教学工作，但他默默奉献，用心辅导学生。熊金燕老师跨年级带2个班英语，但她从不吭声，从不叫苦，努力工作。因为学生都是他们永远的牵挂！

三、家校联系成合力。

通过家校联系，一方面了解学生在家情况，一方面了解在校情况，有利于老师和家长双方面对学生的管理，也增强了双方的沟通和信任。本学期家校联系频繁，各班都建立微信群，只要发现问题，班主任都能在第一时间与家长取得联系，使班主任工作更加主动。得到了家长和老师的一致好评，对学生的帮助非常大。

四、抢抓进度赢时间

本学期时间紧，任务重，既要上完上册的新课，又要上下册的新课，还有三次月考考前复习，同时不能因为复习耽搁教学进度。我们提出“夯实基础，以旧带新”，要求老师们精心钻研教材，按要求设计好每一节课，利用学校现有的教学资源优势，上好每一节课。每一位教师都积极写考后反思，把自己的独特感受、意外感悟以及失败教训记载下来，切实提高自己的课堂教学能力。月考后本年级召开了三次月考质量分析会，老师在教与学中找出问题，查缺补漏。学校下达了各班的升学指标，老师们对自己的教学也有了更为方向明确的。正因为课内求效率，课外争时间。别人休息，我们加班。所以我们为2018年中考前的复习，赢得了较为充足的时间。

五、培优辅差重务实

一学期以来，加大了对薄弱学科的指导、时间方面的倾斜，努力促使各学科均衡发展，实现双赢局面。在“培优辅差”工作过程中，能依照计划，根据实际情况，有步骤、有措施地实施落实“培优辅差”的内容，班主任根据学生 2 成绩情况确定需要培优辅差的学生名单，一般利用每天早中晚跟班以及其他空余时间辅导。培优辅差坚持做到“六定”，即定对象、定时间、定任务、定计划、定内容、定措施、定目标。杨勇刚、徐江泳、熊金燕、樊木兰等老师除跟班时间辅导学生外，还利用课间十分钟、大课间等时间将学生找到办公室进行一对一辅导，使学生的成绩有较大幅度提升。在前一段时间里，虽然我们取得了一定的成绩，但我们也还存在着一些问题，如教育、教学方法、手段还有些粗糙，还有待改进。但我们相信只要学校的支持、老师的配合，我们“培优辅差”工作一定能越做越好的。

六、不足与存在的问题: 1．实施班级管理应发挥班主任的主观能动性，实现班级的全面发展。2．本年级有几个学习、纪律极差的学生，还须加强管理。

3．本年级老师要加强中招考试题型的研究。近年中考试卷中出现较多的新题型，考试思路也有新变化，教师要注意收集这方面的信息，利用机会提早渗透，对学生进行有关训练，使学生能面对陌生情境，有一个良好的心态，能冷静的去分析、判断和解决问题。

4．极少数教师的考勤、跟班有待加强。

七、今后打算:

1、进一步转变教师观念，真正从以教师为中心转向学生为中心，让每个学生积极参与。

2、真正从教会学生知识转向教会学生学习，培养学生良好的学习习惯和自学能力。

3、形成良好的教科研氛围，勇于探索，大胆尝试；加强个人文化修养。

4、把对学生的培A治跛进一步做细做实。

最后，感谢我们年级组全体老师对年级组工作的理解和支持。正因为全体教师团结合作，兢兢业业，九年级成绩才能大幅度提升。另外，还要感谢校领导、各处室、年级组对我们工作的大力帮助和支持！我们定会给学校交上一份满意的答卷！
