第四篇：网教工作总结

网教工作总结

我负责的是现代远程教育方面的网教工作，其中包括的学校有：北京航空航天大学、华中师范大学、北京外国语大学、东北财经大学、东北师范大学、中国人民大学、中国石油大学、北京理工大学、天津大学、西南财经大学。来到安宇的三个月里，我的具体工作内容如下：

一、网教项目的正常接单，解决业务所提出的各种问题以及及时反馈给项目组长是每天必做的工作。这其中，经历了一次东北财经大学的项目截单上报工作，先后整理好最终的录入表和学员资料，进行信息的核对和与业务报单反馈的核对，似乎每一项工作都是新的接触与新的成长。

二、13秋的网教项目全部截单后，处理剩下的滞留单，经过与业务员的沟通，已处理完毕。

三、陆续收到13年秋季录取通知书的情况：北京理工2人；东北财经大学32人；北京航空航天大学72人；北京外国语大学2人，都逐步进行了核对、扫描、备案的工作，并给业务反馈下发。

四、做北京航空航天大学的网上作业和写北航、中国地质大学的试卷。北航是我负责的项目，关于网上作业，及时帮助同事解决登录不上和答案下载不全的问题，对于没能在指定时间做完作业的同事进行反馈、催促。关于试卷考释，在项目组长的指导和同事的帮助下，整理各分校的学员签到表，进行试卷的分类和下发，答案的搜集整理，以及最后对试卷的回收、检查、封袋。

五、北京航空航天大学考查课的小论文在同事的协助下完成，共提交668份。

六、关于11月北航和北外的免考工作。整理需要做免考的学员，反馈业务进行资料上交和网上证书截图工作，其中北外共进行免考10人，北航共进行免考82人，并已经整理好下批要做免考的学员名单。

七、对业务、代理的变更进行备案。

八、11秋北京航空航天大学学员的论文开题报告与最终成稿工作，给业务传达写作要求，及时反馈学员的论文状态。

九、11秋北京航空航天大学学员的毕业信息采集工作，下发采集通知，毕业生登记表已上交完毕，照相信息待各地新华社的反馈。

十、经过回顾整理，已经完成了总结工作并上交。

十一、日常协助同事做的工作。

（1）同组的同事请假，代其处理她手头的相关工作。

（2）平时帮助同事核对上报信息、填写户籍信息、修改照片、排照片、资料打印扫描、上网查询学历截图等等。

（3）关于南陆考试：查询助学辅导材料并打印，裁剪准考证，整理答案，收试卷，分类装袋。
