today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success.what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple.winning a game is success;getting a high grade in the exam is success;making a new friend is success;even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.however, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very

complicated.is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so.i believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful.and the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life.so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose.but the problem is wether it is real success.we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us.if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.different people have different ideas about success;cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another.but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility.these are the best treasures.so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you.it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.what is success? everyone has his own interpretation as i do.but i am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future.so ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!

The Definition Of SuccessNowsdays,most people define success only in terms of a lot of people or a high position.However I think succcess is a combination of things—health,happiness and fulfillment.It is said that all the wealth and reputation is an unlimated number of “0”,while health is the “1”.If not the “1”,life is only a “0”.For example,my uncle worked very hard and earned much money,but in the last he was diagnosed with cancer because of toil.From him ,I see the health is real success.Besides ,happiness is another yardstick for measuring whether a person is really successful.Like Grandet,he is really a wealthy merchant.But every day he just guards his money and maltreats his daughter.Never does he gain real happiness.Nowadays there are many persons like Grandet.Although they are wealthy ,they is always being lonely,just because their family disharmony and their friends not being trusted.In addition to health and happiness,achievement also stands for success.As long as you can gain the sense of achievement,no matter what your achievements are are all successful.Maybe a nurse thinks she is successful just because she helps the doctor save a patient, maybe a cleanerthinks she is successful just

because it is she that makes the city more beautiful, maybe a peasant thinks he is successful just because he gains a lot this year.What is the success? As we all know, YuanLongPing is a successful scientist.And I think a successful man should have some attributes.The first, he should have an ideal.A good ideal is the basis of success.The second, he will confident all the time.The third, the patience is also important.If a man who has this three attributes, I guess he will be a successful man.what is success? When we are talking about success, mostly the first image comes into our mind is an image of a successful business man with high social status, apartment, and quite a lot of property.Most people believe that is success and all that they do is for this purpose.To be clear about what success is must be the first step to achieving success.To a football player，scoring on the field is success.To a soldier, killing the enemy is success.To us, during the exam, getting a high score is success.even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.While, for those who want to fail, is not.And this remind me of what success to a robber is managing to get money from the bank, to a murder is successfully kill someone he wanted to kill.Money to a hungry man is not a success though it can by food.But food is.Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success.It is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple.However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated.What is success? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes.Forrest Gump’s mother said, ‘life is like a box of chocolate ,you never know what you are goanna get.' I would say if the chocolate you got is not your favorite.Don't get upset but try the next.Meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility.These are the best treasures.So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you.So far, the best definition I have concluded is: “Success is the achieving anything intended.” In other words success is finishing what you planned to do.It is my success.

浅谈对“成功”的理解

生命的奖赏远在旅途的终点，而非起点附近。当你踏上一千步的时候任然遇到挫折，坚持，成功就藏在那拐弯处！这是我人生的信念。

成功，就是达成所设定的目标。

成功，对很多人来说都一直很遥远，因为他们在人生的旅途中不断为自己设定新的目标为之奋斗。爱因斯坦有一个公式：A=x+y+z，A是成功，x是艰苦的努力，y是正确的方法，z是少说废话。

职业经理人说：今年我成功了，因为我完成了营销目标；

设计师说：我成功了，因为我的设计稿得到客户的认可；

学生说：我成功了，因为我考取了名校获得了学位。

在近二十年的职业生涯中，我觉得拥有多少金钱并不就证明一个人的成功，而树立有价值的目标被循序渐变为现实的过程，那才是一种成功的幸福！

有成功就有信念，因信念而具有意义。

有成功就有机遇，因机遇是黄金。

有成功就有欲望，因欲望是方向。

有成功就有信心，因信心是一种激情的坚持！

我有信念，有欲望，还有信心和激情的渐进，现在就看是否有机遇去完成那目标到达成功！

美国前总统罗斯福说：“不做总统，就做广告人”，我要说：“做了广告人还要做职业经理人”

关于成功的定义

1，成功是一个中性的词。（可能在很多的人看来成功是一个褒义词。）比如小偷偷东西达成了，对小偷而言，他是成功的，但对社会而言，他就不能算是成功，因为他的成功标准不被社会所认同。

2，成功是预期目标的达成。如果没有目标，那么成功就无从谈起。3，目标必须达成。如要存款10000，如果存了9000就不能算是成功。4，成功有明显的个性化特征，标准因人而异。个人的标准，他人标准，群体标准。这就是为什么congolin说的，将目标定低一些不就成功了吗？确实没错，如果你的计划是存9000以上，那么你就是成功的。也就是多成功有个人自己的标准。同时还有通俗的群体和他人的标准。在他人看来，你存10000算得了什么，压根就不叫成功。所以根据标准得不同，成功有完全不同得定义。所以关键要有自己的标准。自己是如何定目标，就有自己的成功。

5成功有量化的指标。很多人所说的更进一步，更好，赚更多的钱，这样的指标是难于衡量是否成功的。成功与否就变的说不清了。《成功一定有方》

谈谈我自己毕业一年的感受，我对“成功”的理解，希望能帮到大家。

以前听销售培训的时候，“成功”经常挂在讲师的嘴边，或许是用金钱代表，或许是地位、能力的提升、积德，总之它变成了明确的外化的目标，激励我们。再后来业绩不理想，跳槽了，轮到我给人家说成功（一笑），自己的斤两是知道的，我避而不谈，只谈自己在销售过程中的体会和心得，但在接触一些培训教材、培训讲师时，也总会提到这两个字。我不断地问自己，到底”成功“是什么？我有没有教唆别人，误导别人的嫌疑？如果说成功有一个客观标准的话，那么这个客观标准未免太过于广泛了，只要改变自己的认知就可以了。正比如认知评价理论、认知失调理论所述，往往是行为决定态度。我没钱——”钱不是万能的，我成功了“，我缺少家庭温暖——“我有情妇，我成功了”，我不知道为什么干这行但我还是干了十年——“我适应能力强，我干一行爱一行，我成功了”。

但往往认知不太容易改变，那如何？改变心智模式？找心理咨询？NLP？信仰宗教？法*功？

我后来“走投无路”，决定考研，独处的一段时间得以“淡泊明志”，反省自己的所得所失，前段时间看柯维《与成功有约》，书中提到生活重心、使命宣言的问题。再看南怀瑾先生的《论语别裁》，提到孔子等一系列人物。有所感悟，诚如马斯洛所言，“成功”是一种高峰体验，前提是自我实现需要的满足，“自我实现需要”基于自己的价值观，“满足“基于个人的认知模式。

我当年为什么会追求成功却不知道成功是什么？事实上我想要的是“高峰体验”，而我把“高峰体验”的获得外化为“成功”，然后我又把“成功”的标准外化成一些社会标准或客观标准，这反而让我丧失了最根本的东西——价值观、认知模式。所以我会这么盲目。

所以老师质疑我，为什么总将客观标准和主观标准、终极目标和主观体验对立，我没说什么，因为这是我的心路历程。

我的一些心得，可能很幼稚，希望诸君能感受到真诚。

诚如小林子所说，成功是一种高峰体验。觉得很对。最近了解到痛苦的本质就是自我的丧失，自我没有得到满足。（很小的孩子是不会有痛苦的，但他会感受到疼；也就是说痛苦属于灵魂，一个人失恋了，肉体没有任何伤害，但他会很痛苦，也就是自我的需要没有得到满足，所以痛苦就产生了，但痛苦的前提是有自我的意识）

从这个角度出发，如果痛苦的对立面就是快乐的话，也即快乐就是痛苦的减轻（佛勒依德？）话，那么快乐其实就是一种自我的满足（对立于自我丧失），一种灵魂的安宁和满足，如果这就是小林子所说的成功的话，那么是否可以认为成功和快乐实际上有着非常紧密的关系？？

近来想写个文章，题目想好了“从痛苦的本质谈雷锋精神的自私性”

也就是说雷锋虽然是助人者，表面上看他是无私的，但实际上他在助人的过程中获得了巨大的乐趣，也就是他在享受他的快乐，也就是他还是为了自己的快乐，所以本质上看，雷锋还是自私的，只是这是另一种形式的自私。

是啊，我一直很赞同成功必然是快乐的！

我觉得Jiamiu斑竹的这个版块不同的地方恐怕就是强调快乐吧，认识成功的本质是什么。

关于雷锋精神那一段，我不自觉想起了大四学社会心理学时，三更时分和吾友双华兄在光棍桥上叹天叹地，争执助人的本质，我觉得助人者其实是为了满足自己更高层次的需求，同时也体现了自己的强大（好听点叫影响力），换句话叫做“双赢”。

但这毕竟还有“自我”，和shanren吾友聊过，他说佛家得罪高层次已经是“无我”了，一直都参不透禅机。或许跟我的一次体验有些相像：刚毕业，做保险，住在棠下，躺在床上，冥想自己在天空中俯视大地，自己似乎越飘越高，似乎看到了其他人此时此刻做些什么，体验到他们的需求，他们的烦恼，最后飘到地球之外，注视着整个地球，似乎看到四季不断地变幻，此时真的没感受到自己的存在，然后……真的睡着了。
