【审题构思】
本题的命题紧扣时事，2008年中国政府发布了“限塑令”，对塑料袋的使用给予了限制，成为年度中国环保方面最大的一个事件。在12月四级考试的写作中刚刚考过，没想到又出现在考研的题目中。题目指示中给出的信息明显多于往年，尤其是开始的现状描述，描述了关于塑料袋禁止并不太成功的情况。由于限制好了文章的主要思路，自由发挥的空间仅限于观点和建议部分。文章的整个格局类似于一篇提纲式议论文，用现状描述/观点表述/三点建议的模式展开即可。第一段需要描述现状，把提示中的两句话展开成英文表达，同时需要提到中国实行的“限塑令”，特别要写出白色污染这个表达。第二段展开观点，无非是深入强调塑料袋污染环境的严重性。第三段提建议，可以把政府法制建设、环保意识教育以及报纸媒介发挥宣传作用写进去，由于是给报社编辑写信，自然引申出三条建议。

2010大纲终于揭开了她“神秘”而又“晚到“的面纱。本次大纲变化很小，其中阅读部分没有任何变化，只在词汇和写作上有些说法改变。下面我本次大纲变化部分以及学生最为关心的写作部分解析如下：
大纲词汇要求

2010大纲终于揭开了她“神秘”而又“晚到“的面纱。„根据《全国硕士研究生入学统一考试英语考试大纲解析》(2010年版)援引自考研英语大纲的内容，与2009年考研英语大纲相比，2010年考研英语大纲中对于词汇的要求变的更加具体，除了要求考生应能掌握5500左右的词汇及相关词组外，还要求“除掌握词汇的基本含义外，考生还应掌握词汇之间的词义关系，如同义词、近义词、反义词等；掌握词汇之间的搭配关系，如动词与介词，形容词与介词，形容词与名词等；掌握词汇生成的基本知识，如词源、词根、词缀等。”
其中掌握“词根、词源、词缀”以前大纲只是在词汇部分附录出了常见135组常见词根词缀，未加强点特殊说明。本次大纲特别在词汇总序部分加以强调，其目的和重要性显而易见：
1、阅读中会出现很多大纲未列的同根同源词；
2、完型填空要求学生通过词源词根了解次的本源意思，区分近义词。

解决办法
具体化的词汇要求实际上并不应该打乱我们复习词汇的计划。虽然有少部分同学没有接触过词根词缀等相关知识，平时也没有可以收集词汇辨析，积累固定搭配等，但是由于常见词根词缀以及相关辨析与搭配都比较固定，所以复习起来也并非难事。下面对词根词缀的知识做一个简单的梳理：
1.词根词缀各司其职。词根往往是决定单词含义最重要的部分，前缀通常改变单词的词义，而后缀起着改变单词词性的作用。其中，前后缀是最固定的一类，变化较缓慢，所以也应当成为大家复习的切入点。词根也是相对封闭的一类。所以，通过单词词根确定单词大致含义，再加上从单词的后缀推断出的单词词性，以及前缀对词义的修改，我们对单词的理解就可以加深，记忆速度也会加快，效率也会提高。
2.同义词、近义词与反义词为做题带来的启示。首先，完形部分的词义辨析和词汇之间的搭配关系在考题中占有较大的比例，所以我们平时对于同义词、近义词及反义词的积累以及搭配关系就显得尤为重要。其次，在阅读理解中，正确答案的依据往往出现在文章内部，所以同义词替换就成为正确选项的特征，选择的根据。最后，同义表达的积累为我们写作时提供丰富的选择范围，可以避免表达单一，实现丰富多变的目的。总而言之，对于词汇关系的具体化规定也是让我们增强学习效果，使词汇学习和真题分析结合起来的制度化规定，为我们的设定更明确的词汇记忆目标。
因此，今年大纲解析中体现的词汇具体化变化一方面为我们提供了学习方法的指导，另一方面明确学习的目的，加强词汇学习的重要性，以方便我们更加深入的全面的掌握词汇。
2010年 考研大纲写作要求

A．考生应能写不同类型的应用文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、摘要、报告等，以及一般描述性、叙述性、说明性或议论性的文章。写作时，考生应能：
1）做到语法、拼写、标点正确，用词恰当；
2）遵循文章的特定文体格式；
3）合理组织文章结构，使其内容统一、连贯；
4）根据写作目的和特定读者，恰当选用语域。
B．该部分由A、B两节组成，考查考生的书面表达能力。共30分。
A节：考生根据所给情景写出约100词（标点符号不计算在内）的应用性短文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、摘要、报告等。考生在答题2上作答。总分10分。
B节：考生根据提示信息写出一篇160-200词的短文（标点符号不计算在内）。提示信息的形式有主题句、写作提纲、规定情景、图、表等。考生在答题卡2上作答。总分20分。其中规定写作部分由A、B两节组成，考查考生的书面表达能力。共30分。
作文与四六级相比主要变化来自于增加一篇应用文，表面是为了适应经济发展的需要，实际上是因为写作题型容易拉开分数差异，把写作分数由15分提高到30分，更能考查同学们的语言输出和应用实际能力，更容易拉开分数档次，有利于选拔人才。
A节：
作文是一篇100字左右的应用性短文，文体包括有信件、便笺、备忘录等。满分10分。其实，2003和2004年的大纲都强调了要会写应用文，如书信、简历摘要和备忘录，但同学们在复习中一般不会将其作为重点来抓，老师讲课的时候也主要以议论和记叙描述类为主，且历年真题命题情况也是如此。但2010大纲对写作部分的新要求我们要正视应用文，所以同学们平时要注意应用文写作的特定的格式要求，有意识的掌握各类应用文的写作方法。按照大纲的要求，要注重写作内容信息点覆盖的全面性、篇章结构组织的条理性与逻辑性、语言使用的准确性、文体格式的正确性及语域把握的合理性。不要简单认为复习应用文就是复习相应的格式，格式只是应用文写作的最起码要求，要想在10分钟左右写好一篇应用短文，这既需要英语语言基本功，又需要根据题目所给outline迅速构思成篇的能力。另外，同学们还要了解应用文的常见模式，背诵经典的套话，注意词句的多样性的训练。就象图表作文中不能老用show一样，（应该用indicate, reveal等），对于新大纲应用文中的“参考书”一词，我们除了用reference books, 也可以用reading materials，还可以用reference materials。为了让同学们打好基础，我将在课堂上详细讲述：求职信和辞职信、订购或退货信、投诉信、感谢信、申请信、安排通知的写法。总的来说，应用文写作无疑比听力好得分,提前多下功夫做准备,得分一定会很理想。
B节：
B节占20分，要求的字数160-200个词汇。从历年短文写作命题来看，其历年题型有“命题作文、图表作文、图画作文”。命题作文（1991---1996），图表作文（1997，1999），图画作文（1998，2000---2009）。相比起来，图表图画作文要难一些，因为命题作文有统一标题，有一个规定好的outline，有的甚至还有段首句，考生只需按规定思路发展3至4句便可。而图表图画作文需要考生自己挖掘图中所表达的主要信息，通常要用对比分析、归纳、演绎等方法进行，要从数字、图像中总结出趋势来，抓往隐性的思
想内容，阐明自己的看法，主张，观点。至于2010年会怎样考？大家一般持两种看法。一种人认为2010年必定会考图表图画作文，因为按照历年考查的趋势，为了使写作能够尽量拉开分数档次，图画作文已经成为主流题型，连续考查了11次，分别是1998年的“如此承诺”，2000年的“世界商业捕鱼简史”，2001年的“爱心是一盏灯”，2002年的“民族文化与世界文化”，2003年的“温室中的花朵经不起风雨”，2004年的“终点又是新的起点”。。。到2009年“你一条腿，我一条腿，相互搀扶走天涯”；而图表作文也有1997年的“吸烟有害健康”，99年的“人口和动物灭绝”。并且，由于每年的大纲样题对考试都起到一种指导暗示作用，今年刚颁布的大纲样题又是图画作文，基本在预料之中，因此我们在复习中，依然要把图画作文作为重点。所以，2010年肯定考图画作文，并且还要继续2001年和2009年的考法，让考生举出自己的个人例子来说明自己的观点。
2010年的大纲英语知识应用
英语知识运用不仅考查考生对不同语境中规范的语言要素(包括词汇、表达方式和结构)的掌握程度，而且还考查考生对语段特征(如连贯性和一致性等)的辨识能力等。共20小题，每小题0.5分，共10分。
在一篇240~280词的文章中留出20个空白，要求考生从每题给出的4个选项中选出最佳答案，使补全后的文章意思通顺、前后连贯、结构完整。其文体多为说明文、议论文。在20
道小题中，通常12~15题考查词汇，包括词义辨析(形近异义词、形异义近词、形异义异词等)、习语(即一些固定的词组)等；5~8题考查语法结构和篇章结构(包括逻辑关系、前后照应、语篇衔接等)。
英语知识运用体现在考研试卷中即为完型填空题。主要考查三点：词汇、语法、篇章。以下是英语辅导老师帮助考生对完型题的考查点所作的具体分析：
首先是词汇的复习。
词汇是用语言表达思想时所需要的最基本的要素。英语中有些词汇的运用非常灵活，一个词可以用作不同的词性，搭配和词义也有所变化。比如一个简单的词abstract,它就可以用作三种词性，分别为动词、形容词、名词，搭配和用法都有所不同。有些动词可以组成若干个动词词组，比如动词make,get,bring,take等。考生在熟记词义的同时，必须要灵活掌握词汇在不同语境中的运用。“英语知识运用”不但要求考生掌握所规定词汇的意义，而且要求考生能在实践中运用恰当的词汇。从历年考试试卷来看，词汇是“英语知识运用”测试的重点，占总体谅的2/3左右。特别是实词：名词、动词、形容词、副词的理解和学习。
其次是语法的复习。
全面、扎实的语法知识在阅读理解英文篇章的中起着至关重要的作用。可以帮助考生更好地把握上下文的内容和逻辑关系。语法结构知识的内容比较多，考查的范围也比较广泛，对考生而言，对语法知识应该全面掌握。尤其重要的是，虚拟语气、非谓语动词、主从复合句及连接用语、形容词/副词比较结构和特殊结构等。
英语知识应用（完形填空）虽然在套题第一道题列出，但建议考生正式考试时最后再做，以免因为做题时间把握不好，或正确率低而导致情绪低落影响考试成绩。但完型绝对不能像四六级一样才去放弃态度，只要掌握完型出题方式，完型是可以的高分的一道题，可能比阅读A进步更大。暑期我教过的学生在一天时间内完型多数学生能从放弃到认真对待，再到掌握方法（“四步法”）正确12—16个。

考研英语二写作部分由A、B两节构成。A节部分有以下两种形式，每次考试选择其中的一种形式：第一，根据所给出的情景完成大约100词左右的应用性短文，比如私人和公务信函、备忘录、报告等;第二，根据所给出的汉语文章，用英语写出一篇80—100词的摘要。B节题目要求考生根据规定的情景(提供情景以图画、图表或文字的形式出现)或所提供的提纲，写出150词以上的英语说明文或议论文。
关于大B节即大作文的写作，英语二明确规定：要求“考生应能根据所给的提纲、情景或要求完成相应的短文写作。短文应中心思想明确，切中提议，结构清晰，条例清楚，用词恰当，无明显语言错误”是初级的写作要求，甚至允许出现语言错误，只要不明显即可。
关于写作A部分应用文的写作，明确固定：首先，字数要达到题目给定的要求，一般是100字左右，不易过长或过短;其次，书写格式要合乎规定的要求，内容不同，选择不同的写作格式;然后，内容要力求覆盖所给出要求中的信息点，切忌泛泛而谈，但同时也要做到言简意赅，在写作的过程中，可以利用文中所给出的关键词，在此基础上进行合理地扩展;最后，要遵守必要的交际规则和礼仪，在语气的传达和相关词语的措施上，一定要合乎相应的要求。
关于写作A部分英文摘要的写作，考生们必须要做的是：首先要明白摘要一定要结构严谨，布局合理，语义明晰，与此同时，我们还需要阅读文章，掌握文章的走向和结构，把握主旨;其次，把每段的关键句子或词语摘抄下来，进行有效地整合和合理地安排，把关键的信息翻译成相应的英文，用表示连接关系的词语把它们串联起来;然后，英文摘要一般采用第三人称表达方式，谓语动词一般用一般现在时、现在完成时或者一般过去时;最后关于英文摘要的写作到底该选择什么样语态?既可以采用主动语态，也可以运用被动语态，两种语态各有千秋，视具体情况而定。
近两年英语二写作部分的题型统计，2010年和2011年作文A部分都是有关书信的写作，2010的素材是有关感谢信的，2011年的素材是有关祝贺信的，2010年和2011年作文B部分的写作是有关图表类型的，2010年是有关手机申请使用情况的，2011年是有关品牌轿车占有份额情况的。
从以上的情况我们得出的分析是：英语二作文A部分要求单一，近两年所考查的部分仅是英语书信的写作，形式没有那么复杂，这点和英语一的要求不同，英语一“考生应能写不同类型的应用文，包括私人和公务信函、备忘录、摘要和报告等，所以我们可以预测明年的小作文部分很有可能还是会以单一书信的形式出现，其它类型的题不是不可能出现，但是出现的几率不大;英语二B部分近两年以图表的形式出现，图表形式单一，比较直观，结构和内容没有那么复杂，只要稍加分析就可以很好地分析图表，这是和英语一不同的地方，英语一的作文主要是以图画的形式出现，不仅要审图，而且要确定准确的暗含信息，相对来说比图表题难，根据最新的大纲规定，今年所规定的题型以及特点和去年几乎没有区别，在以上的基础上，我们的预测是，明年的英语二大作文部分70%将会出图表题，30%将会出图画题，而小作文(应用文)部分将会延续以往比较单一的书信传统。
漫画话题作文，所提供的材料是漫画，所以较文字做材料的话题作文增加了“读图”的难度，同时也增加了自由度。
由于漫画本身的形象性，使联想和想像有了生动的形象依据，也就降低了作文构思的难度。
以漫画作话题的写作训练，要注意以下四个步骤：
第一、读懂画意画旨。
只有读懂了画意，明确了画旨，才不至于偏离题意。
第二、抓住形象特征。
抓住特征，把握本质，就能找到写作材料，顺利地谋篇布局。
第三、展开联想和想像。
联想和想像不但可以获得大量写作材料，而且可以加深对画旨的理解。
