段,我也同样延续我的评价方式.在课堂上,对于积极发言的学生,我奖励他们盖印章,学生们每完成好一大题的练习题,我就进行评讲,我一边评讲,他们一边两人互改,全对的同学,到讲台上让我复查后,给他们盖印章进行奖励.在平时,学生完成的作业,我也给于A+,A, B+, B,C,D的评价,并把A+,A的评价写在本子的封面上,在听写上,100分的学生能得到A++☆的评价,而90-99分的学生可得到A+的评价.一个盖章,A和一颗☆相当于一分,A+是两分,A++☆是5分.这个统计将在毕业考前进行,全班进行公布,作为他们口试成绩的一部分.
