如今，出国留学在年轻人中间非常流行。应该重视留学。
有许多的优势，海外学习。首先，在国外居住和学习的学生提供了一个不同的世界观。在大学校园中，国际学生很可能遭遇来自不同国家和地区的同行和接触不同的理念和价值观。更甚的是，国外的经验是现实生活中使用外语的最好时机。有没有更好的机会来提高第二语言能力比生活在使用该语言的国家。
一般来说，我认为，尽管出国留学是昂贵的，也许是痛苦的，回报是值得的。在第一个地方，除了知识之外，留学生可以获得宝贵的经验，那些呆在家里，永远不会有。此外，海外的经历，因为它可能是令人沮丧和痛苦的，有利于青少年的成长。
2、就业
找工作一直是学生的弱项。虽然许多毕业生毕业后就业的权利，有些不是。最严重的是，有些人还是不知道去哪儿毕业后工作很长一段时间。
出现这种现象的原因。一方面，几年前的学院和大学录取了很多热门专业的学生，如经济，金融等，这类毕业生的人数大大超过了市场的需求。另一方面，大多数毕业生宁愿呆在大城市里没有合适的工作，比去的国家。
我认为这个问题可以如果大学和学生都采取措施解决。首先，他们应该研究市场和发展的特殊技能来满足市场的需要。第二，学生的就业观念应该改变。他们应该去小城市和乡村。他们也可以充分发挥自己的专业知识。总而言之，如果我们非常重视，情况是可以改善的。
3、网络
近年来，人们正在开发与互联网密不可分的关系。众所周知，我们都很方便在网上冲浪时点击鼠标，无论是为了自我娱乐还是适应工作的需求。
另一方面，没有人会否认，互联网是目前在我们的日常生活中最有用的媒体。作为一名大学生，我每天上网通过电子邮件和我的网友们交流信息。但另一方面，很多人承认他们太沉迷于网络维护一个正常和健康的生活方式。
因此，对我们来说是一种合理的方式使用互联网，避免过度沉迷必要。毕竟，人们发明互联网是为了丰富我们的生活，是为了提高我们的工作效率，而非束缚我们的枷锁。
4、考试
在大多数学院和大学考试作为一种主要的决定学生是否掌握某一特定主题的手段。虽然它的工作很有效，它的副作用也是巨大的。
首先，考试降低了教学标准。从教师常常被检查的结果，他们被迫训练学生的应试技巧。没有人可以仅仅通过接近成功的应试教育。此外，大部分的不良后果是，考试鼓励坏的学习习惯。由于考试分数是衡量学生学习好坏的唯一标准，学生是驱动机械的死记硬背，而不是创造性的思考。
事实上，我们很少有人承认考试可以起到任何学生的学业发展很重要。如果是这样的话，为什么我们不能做出改变，制订一些比考试更有效和可靠的？
5、老师
在我的生活中我遇到过很多值得回忆的教师。但或许最难忘的一个我所知道的是我的英语老师。
常常使我回忆起学校的老师是他的特性。首先，他给了我们最大的礼物，老师可以提供一个觉醒的热爱学习。他不仅LED我们的美丽和完美的英语语言文学的欣赏，也激起了探索更深的在这一领域有极大的兴趣。第二，我就被他的活泼机智。我记得我们的学生总是期待他的课非常热心，他讲课生动幽默，从不惹笑或大声笑。
虽然我参加了他的最后一类是近两年来，他是我们的老同学交谈，我知道他已经在我心里。

第三篇：少年宫写作班辅导总结
少年宫写作班辅导总结

一个学期很快就过去了，学生们在精心安排的教学中快乐地学习，快乐地写作。看着孩子们写作的兴趣不断浓厚，写作水平不断提高，我心里感到无比的欣慰，觉得一个学期的忙碌，一个学期的精心设计，一个学期的用心教学都是值得的。回顾在小记者活动室的历程，感触蛮多。概括下来，有如下五点：
一、活动情况
1．参与活动的人数共有64人，都是四、五年级写作班学员。
2．参加活动的学员每人领取一个“小记者证”，活动前准备好一个写作提纲。3．采访对象为我宫艺术班学员，主要了解他们学习艺术的情况。
4．采访活动完毕后，每个学员回到教室写一篇记叙文，内容可以写参观活动的情况，可以写当小记者的采访经历，可以进行任务速写，还可以写一个场面。5．老师进行评奖，发给奖品，给予表彰鼓励。
二、精心设计，合理安排。
在最开始辅导前，我就先在心里蕴酿好要辅导的内容，并想好如何让孩子们学得开心又学有所成。然后就定下了详尽的计划，有明确的目标和具体的执行措施，给每一天的教学都安排好内容，列出行事历。最后，我还根据自己一直以来辅导学生作文的经验，辅导的内容进行整理，再加上在网上收集小学生作文的主要的几类作文资料，编辑成一个写作指导的本子，配上自己的作文和自己学生的一些作文作为例文，这样用真人真事进行辅导，以提高学生的学习兴趣，用这方式，以达到辅导的目的。写作涉及的类型有很多：写人、写事、写景、状物、写一场面、写一种水果、童话作文，想象作文、看图作文、写信。在这短短的十五天里，合理安排，训练得当，使课堂丰富而充实。
三、直观教学，盎然兴趣。
“作文难，作文难，提起作文心都烦”，这虽然是一俗语，但却很直观地告诉我们，写作文，对于很多人来说，是很难的一件事。而且，一般作文的教学，都是先传授作文的要点，注意的事项，多写多练等，是最枯燥的最无趣的课堂，很多老师上公开课都不愿意选择作文课的。但是，作文却是在语文试卷里占比分最重的，老师和家长，学生都不得不重视。为了不让学生感到无聊，觉得写作难于登天，我就根据学生的特点进行教学上的设计和修改。（因为报名的学生太多，而且年龄的差距很大，跨度大，所以在教了3天后就把学生分成了两个班，一个是初级班，主要是二三年级的学生；另一个是高级班，主要是四五六年级的学生。）初级班的学生，我一般都是给他们看真实的物体、玩自己的游戏、尝喜欢的水果等，通过自己真实地感受过，再让他们说，再写，这样，他们写起来就容易多了，在玩中学习，在玩中提高。高级班的，我也采用象初级班那样的直观教学，而且，再配合投影，从形、声、影、感中，教与他们写作的方法，要求要比初级班要高得多，但看他们写起来，也不是很难，这应该都归功于自己特别的教学方式。我记得，在这短短的15天里，我就给孩子们举行过唱歌比赛、跑步比赛、画画、吃水果、说故事等多种形式的活动，孩子们都非常喜欢上我的作文课，还有好几个还跟我说，下一期的学习班，我还要报小记者活动室！我听的，打心里高兴！
四、爱心导航，用心辅导。
爱，是融化一切坚冰最好的武器，是打开心锁最好的钥匙，是课堂教学最好的捷径……教了12年的语文，我深深知道这爱的力量。所以，在开学的第一天，我就用最美的笑容面向孩子，告诉他们，我是因为爱写作，爱教与别人怎样写作才来当你们的老师的，在这三个星期里，相信我会爱上你们的，我也相信你们会爱上我的。孩子们都笑了，觉得都遇上一个很好很好的老师。之后的每天教学，我都用心教学，用心地关怀他们，让他们感受到老师的那融融的爱心，从而喜欢上老师。
五．活动感言：
1．通过这样的活动，让学生走出教室内去观察生活，感受生活，丰富写作素材； 2．学生参与活动的热情高涨，提高了参与写作学习的兴趣；
3．学生通过与他人的交流沟通，锻炼了小朋友的胆量，培养了语言能力，提高了学员的综合素质；
4．这样的活动，得到了许多家长的认可和赞许，大家认为，在活动中，孩子们开心的笑容、和谐的合作、积极与人沟通，让他们看到了孩子们通过参加写作班的学习，有了收获，有了进步，感到欣慰。
除了在平常中关心孩子们外，我更注重的是辅导他们的写作，他们交上来的每一篇作文，我都细细地看，认真地修改，从词、句、段、篇，文章的开头、结尾等，都进行批改，在课堂里，通常没时间帮他们修改，因为，下了课的时间，我还是在课室里，和孩子们在一起，那么，只能牺牲自己的休息时间进行批改了，有时候还工作到深夜，但看到孩子们一天天的进步，我觉得所受的累是值得的。每进行一类作文的写作，我都把他们的作品在课室的固定区域里进行展示，让孩子们在学习中交流，在交流中提高。最后，我还帮他们编辑他们自己的作文选，品评自己或同学的作文，为自己写出来的作文感到骄傲！在写作班的这段时间，孩子们学到很多，自己也学到很多。虽然很多方面自我感觉还不错，但还是有很多不足的地方，比如，对学生的词语积累和运用方面下的功夫不够；对学生的句子训练方面做得不够，在今后的教学工作中，我会不断改正，不断吸取经验，不断提高自己作文的教学水平。

班工作总结
时间飞逝，一个紧张而又充实的学期又过去了。在院领导和辅导员的大力关心和帮助下，我们顺利地完成了计划中的每一项任务。以下是我们班委会对我们这学期班级工作的总结，请老师批评，指正，并对下一学年的工作指导。
一、学习政治理论，树立远大理想
本学期，我们组织全班同学认真学习了“两会”公报和政府工作报告、《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划 纲要》（2010—2020）、《胡锦涛在庆祝清华大学建校100周年大会上的讲话》以及学习社会主义核心价值体系等政治理论，学习实践科学发展观，并在实践中注重落实，达到了提高理论修养，坚定理想信念，树立远大理想的目的。
二、加强文化知识学习，促进同学们成绩的巩固和提高。
本学期，我们动员同学们发扬“比、学、赶、帮、超”的精神，营造了良好的班级学习氛围；安排了学习委员负责牵头成立高等数学、英语、计算机等兴趣小组，各成员在课余共同探讨学习问题，互相帮助；.针对晚自习，由副班长负责采取签到签退的措施，同学们学习积极性强，出勤率较高；在期末考试来临之际，由班委商定在全班开展以“互帮互助，共同奋进”为主题的一帮一活动，同学们积极响应，都力争在期末考试中取得好成绩。
三、加强班级凝聚力，丰富文娱体育活动
本学期我们组织同学们参加大学生文明礼仪知识大赛、开展了“弘扬雷锋精神，开展志愿服务”系列活动、组织同学参加校运动会、开展社团文化活动月。通过这些丰富多彩的活动，使同学们的精神世界得到充实，普及了文明礼仪常识，在一定程度上调动了广大同学参与集体活动的积极性，充实了本班的校园生活。
四、参加社会实践，是同学们成长和体验生活的正确之路
本学期我们组织同学们参加了三下乡活动、义务支教和其他社会实践活动。社会实践作为学生参与社会生活的一个主要途径，对社会主义物质文明建设和精神文明建设起到一定的积极作用：促进学生思想政治素质的提高；促进学生业务素质的提高；促进青年学生的健康成长。
五、积极开展班级建设与管理，形成良好的班风和学风
本学期经我们班委协商并在辅导员的协助下举办班级干部经验交流会、培训班，加强学生干部培养、完善了班级管理制度、积极开展 “和谐宿舍”、“党员宿舍”等评比活动，提高了班级干部综合能力；促进了同学们努力学习，并加强班级节假日安全稳定管理；营造了优良的住宿环境，形成了良好的班风和学风。这是我们寻找目标、确定目标并为之努力的一个学期，这是我们团结友爱、收藏宝贵记忆、谱写青春纪念册的一个学期，这也是我们班委辛勤付出、与全班同学共同进步的意义非凡的一个学期。下学期我们会继续努力，把我们班办的更好。
