2017年英语全国卷的个人看法和总结

作为一名英语教师在每年高考结束后，我都会对英语全国卷进行自行考试和总结，以便有助于教学。以下是我对2017年英语全国卷的个人看法和总结。

试卷的命题严格遵循教育部考试中心颁布的《2017年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试大纲》和《2017年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试大纲的说明》的相关题型示例及考查要求，围绕“立德树人”的教育根本任务，立足“基础性、综合性、应用性、创新性”，以“必备知识、关键能力、学科素养、核心价值”为目标，注重创新，从题型、素材到命题思路都保持了往年全国卷的一贯特点。语篇是考核的重点。所选短文语言地道，话题有时代感；试题设计规范严谨，注重英语基础知识与语言综合运用能力的考查，体现了英语学科的工具性、交际性和文化性等特点，考查考生基础知识的积累和在特定语境下综合运用语言的能力。

1、落实“立德树人”根本任务，凸显思想性和育人功能

语言是知识与文化的载体，也是思维方式的体现。2017年高考英语试题的所有语篇和材料围绕人与自我、人与社会、人与自然三大主题，题材涉及故事、科普、人文、社会现象、文化活动等，体裁包括记叙文、说明文、议论文、应用文等。试题内容丰富、体裁多样、时代性强，充分体现了高考的思想性和育人功能。

第一，深度发掘文章思想内涵，引导关注人类命运共同体。试卷从参观科技馆、动物保护、到制作蒸馏器、露营、学习驾车，再到推介中国文化等，引导学生爱科学、爱自然、爱生活、爱祖国的传统文化。这很好地落实了立德树人的根本任务，突出体现了高考命题的育人功能。尤其是全国II卷的其中一篇阅读理解文章介绍了国家大剧院和位于“一带一路”沿线城市多家剧院的演出信息，引导考生在形成国际视野的过程中正确认识中国特色，进行国际比较。

第二，介绍报道科学知识，引导养成科学精神和人文情怀。

2017年全国I卷阅读理解选取的科普文章是介绍如何自制便携式太阳能蒸馏器在野外获取饮用水；II卷的科普文章是报道国外一家公司研发飞行汽车的最近进展；III卷的科普文章是介绍一所大学的研究团队为保证老年人自行驾车从而能够独立自主生活而进行的辅助驾驶系统研发过程。这些文章和题目不仅能让考生体会到科学的无限趣味和实际功用，还会促使考生深入思考科技创新在人类生活和发展过程中起到的重要作用，有利于引导考生养成科学精神和人文情怀。

2、试卷结构设计科学合理，突出阅读理解能力考查

2017年高考英语试卷质量进一步提升，试卷结构得到进一步巩固，在全面考查考生综合语言运用能力(阅读理解能力和写作能力)的基础上，突出了基础性、综合性考查，加强了应用性和创新性考查。设题科学，区分度大。整张试卷难度基本为梯级上升，布局科学合理，有较大的区分度。

一、试卷结构进一步巩固

高考英语科全国卷的结构得到进一步巩固，既考查理解英语口语和书面英语的能力，也考查运用相关词汇和语法进行书面表达的能力。阅读理解部分“四选一”和“七选五”两种选择题题型相结合，既考查理解文章具体信息的能力，又考查理解篇章及结构的能力;完形填空、语法填空和短文改错相辅相成，全面考查考生准确运用英语词汇、语法知识的能力;写作任务情境设置紧贴生活实际，侧重考查考生使用书面英语进行表达的能力。各种题型搭配科学合理，基本覆盖了考生应该掌握的必备语言知识和各语言技能包含的具体语言能力。

二、突出阅读理解能力考查

阅读是我国学生接触外语的主要途径，它不仅有助于学生获取大量的有效信息，正确认识世界和中国发展大势，学习国外的先进经验，培养自己的国际意识，同时还在很大程度上影响其他语言技能的提高。所以，阅读理解一直是高考英语试卷的重要组成部分，且被赋予较多的内容和较高的分值。

高考英语对语言知识运用能力的考查和阅读理解能力的考查都是在语篇层次进行，今年全国卷采用了8个阅读语篇，阅读理解部分5个，语言知识运用部分2个，写作部分1个，体现出对阅读理解能力的重视。阅读需要从大量的书面材料中获得需要的信息，因此，考查阅读理解能力就必须提供足够的阅读材料。每年的高考阅读理解部分都为考生提供了大量不同类型的阅读材料，阅读量也一直维持在一个较为稳定的范围内。2017年全国卷阅读理解部分的单词量与前几年基本持平。

3、试卷内容设计科学，试题质量不断提升

高考以立德树人为根本任务，服务于高校人才选拔的需求，同时对中学教学具有积极引导作用，因此高考须兼具公平性和科学性，需要具有适当的难度和必要的区分度。2017年高考英语命题继续采用“一纲多卷”形式，各套试卷充分考虑不同地区考生群体的能力水平，试卷难度控制合理，试题区分度进一步提高。

一、选材丰富多样，题材广泛。今年的试题所选用篇章题材广泛，体裁丰富，与当代社会生活紧密相关。

二、注重语篇。整张试卷都是一个个语篇构成，充分体现了重语篇重交际的原则。

三、设题科学，区分度大。整张试卷难度基本为梯级上升，布局科学合理，有较大的区分度。

四、阅读量控制合理，超纲词处理得当。今年英语试题的总阅读量与往年保持基本稳定。今年的英语试题对于超纲词汇的处理也非常合理。整套试题中出现的超纲词汇数量很少，对于可能影响考生理解的词汇有的加了汉语注释，有的根据上下文和构词法知识可以推导出大意。

4、与往年变化的方面： II．阅读七选五

从文章结构上来看同之前的题材不一样。题材不是平时常见的说明文，是夹叙夹议类文章。（警示：平时选材注重多样化，重视篇章结构的分析）此次出题方向学生们以后要注意，但是从出题思路上来看，仍然侧重考察前后文逻辑分析，比如这次考了两个转折关系，考察了代词的指代作用。所以万变不离其宗，学生们在学习过程中，要注意把握篇章结构和逻辑。2.III．短文改错：

2017年全国新课标一卷儿英语短文改错整体难度适中，考点分布均匀，考查了动词，连词，形容词副词，名词，冠词，介词及数词。添、减、改比例符合我们之前讲的1:1:8。与2016年试题略有变化，在沿袭以往传统重点（如动词时态，非谓语动词，名词单复数、定冠词，词性转换、介词固定搭配等）的同时，加强了对数词中序数词的考查（比如生日用序数词表达及序数词前常用定冠词）。加强了数词中序数词的考查。（警示：重视数词，尤其是序数词的适用语境）

五、书面表达：推介中国文化 2017年高考英语作文是要求学生（李华）写邮件告知英国朋友Leslie下次上课的计划并叫他做相应准备工作。该文以考生熟悉的话题为主，让考生有话可说。英语水平中上等的高中生能较好地完成写作要求。同时该篇文章又涉及到唐诗和唐朝历史，这体现了语言作为文化交流的双向性，英语不仅可以介绍西方文化，也是把中国文化介绍给世界的媒介。向西方人推介中国文化，也具有鲜明的时代性。
