昨天，中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会胜利闭幕了。这些天来，各位记者朋友们对这次大会作了大量报道，向世界各国传递了许多“中国声音”。大家很敬业、很专业、很辛苦，在此，我代表十八大大会秘书处，向你们表示衷心的感谢。

Ladies and gentlemen, friends, good morning.It's a great pleasure to meet you, friends from the press.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China came to a successful conclusion yesterday.During the past week, you have extensively covered the Party congress and let the world hear China's voice.On behalf of the secretariat of the 18th Party Congress, I wish to express our sincere thanks to you for your professionalism, dedication and hard work.刚才，我们召开了中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第一次全体会议，会议上选举产生了新一届中央领导机构。全会选举产生了七位中央政治局常委，选举我担任中共中央总书记。接下来，我把其他6位常委同事向大家介绍一下。

Just now, the 18th CPC Central Committee held its first plenary meeting and elected the new central leadership.The plenary meeting elected seven members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau.I was elected general secretary of the CPC Central Committee by the plenary session.I wish to introduce to you the other six newly elected members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau.他们是：李克强同志、张德江同志、俞正声同志、刘云山同志、王岐山同志、张高丽同志。李克强同志是十七届中央政治局常委，其他同志都是十七届中央政治局委员，大家对他们都比较了解。

They are: comrade Li Keqiang, comrade Zhang Dejiang, comrade Yu Zhengsheng,comrade Liu Yunshan, comrade Wang Qishan and comrade Zhang Gaoli.Comrade Li Keqiang was a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 17th CPC Central Committee, and all the others were members of the Political Bureau of the 17th CPC Central Committee.I believe their names are familiar to you.在这里，我代表新一届中央领导机构成员，衷心感谢全党同志对我们的信任。我们一定不负重托，不辱使命！

Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has made great sacrifices and forged ahead against all odds.It has rallied and led the Chinese people in transforming the poor and backward Old China into an increasingly prosperous and powerful New China, thus opening a completely new horizon for the great renewal of the Chinese nation.我们的责任，就是要团结带领全党全国各族人民，接过历史的接力棒，继续为实现中华民族伟大复兴而努力奋斗，使中华民族更加坚强有力地自立于世界民族之林，为人类作出新的更大的贡献。

Our responsibility now is to rally and lead the entire Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China in taking the baton passed on to us by history, and in making continued

Every bit of happiness in the world is created by hard work.To fulfill our responsibility, we will rally and lead the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups in China in making continued efforts to free up our minds, carry out reform and opening-up, further release and develop the productive forces, work hard to resolve the difficulties the people face in both work and life, and unwaveringly pursue common prosperity.这个重大的责任，就是对党的责任。我们的党是全心全意为人民服务的政党。党领导人民已经取得了举世瞩目的成就，我们完全有理由因此而自豪，但我们自豪而不自满，决不会躺在过去的功劳薄上。

We have taken on this important responsibility for the Party.Our Party is dedicated to serving the people.It has led the people in making world-renowned achievements, and we have every reason to take pride in these achievements.But we are not complacent, and we will never rest on our laurels.新形势下，我们党面临着许多严峻挑战，党内存在着许多亟待解决的问题。尤其是一些党员干部中发生的贪污腐败、脱离群众、形式主义、官僚主义等问题，必须下大气力解决。全党必须警醒起来。

Under the new conditions, our Party faces many severe challenges, and there are also

many pressing problems within the Party that need to be resolved, particularly corruption, taking bribes, being divorced from the people, going through formalities and bureaucracy caused by some Party officials.We must make every effort to solve these problems.The whole Party must stay on full alert.打铁还需自身硬。我们的责任，就是同全党同志一道，坚持党要管党、从严治党，切实解决自身存在的突出问题，切实改进工作作风，密切联系群众，使我们的党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。

To address these problems, we must first of all conduct ourselves honorably.Our responsibility is to work with all the comrades in the Party to uphold the principle that the Party should supervise its own conduct and run itself with strict discipline, effectively solve major problems in the Party, improve our conduct and maintain close ties with the people.By doing so, we will ensure that our Party will remain at the core of leadership in advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.人民是历史的创造者，群众是真正的英雄。人民群众是我们力量的源泉。我们深深知道：每个人的力量是有限的，但只要我们万众一心，众志成城，就没有克服不了的困难；每个人的工作时间是有限的，但全心全意为人民服务是无限的。

It is the people who create history, and it is the people who are true heroes.The people are the source of our strength.We are well aware that the capability of one individual is limited.But when we are united as one, we will create an awesome power and we can certainly overcome all difficulties.One can only work for a limited period of time, but there is no limit to serving the people with dedication.责任重于泰山，事业任重道远。我们一定要始终与人民心心相印、与人民同甘共苦、与人民团结奋斗，夙夜在公，勤勉工作，努力向历史、向人民交一份合格的答卷。

第三篇：习近平河北常委民主生活会讲话

——坚定理想信念，切实解决好世界观、人生观、价值观这个“总开关”问题。“总开关”问题没有解决好，这样那样的出轨越界、跑冒滴漏就在所难免。在作风问题上，起决定作用的是党性。衡量党性强弱的根本尺子是公、私二字。作为党的干部，就是要全心全意为人民服务，就是要诚心诚意为党和人民事业奋斗，就是要讲大公无私、公私分明、先公后私、公而忘私。只有一心为公，事事出于公心，才能有正确的是非观、义利观、权力观、事业观，才能把群众装在心里，才能坦荡做人、谨慎用权，才能光明正大、堂堂正正。

——树立正确政绩观，切实抓好打基础利长远的工作。一张蓝图抓到底，不仅需要科学决策，也需要思想境界。要坚决把中央关于推动经济社会又好又快发展的要求落到实处，不要顾虑重重、瞻前顾后，更不要为生产总值增长率、全国排位等纠结。中央看一个地方工作得怎么样，不会仅仅看生产总值增长率，而是要看全面工作，看解决自身发展中突出矛盾和问题的成效。

——发扬钉钉子的精神，切实把工作落到实处。“空谈误国，实干兴邦”是具体的，要落实到方方面面的工作中去。要时刻牢记目标，统一思想、一致行动，踏石留印、抓铁有痕，过了一山再登一峰，跨过一沟再越一壑，决战决胜打好调整经济结构、化解过剩产能这场攻坚战。

——坚持正确用人导向，引导广大干部真抓实干。各级党委及其组织部门要坚持正确用人导向，以实际行动让干部感受到组织上的公道、公平、公正。要严明组织人事纪律，对跑官要官、买官卖官的决不姑息，发现一起查处一起。

习近平还围绕提高领导班子发现和解决自身问题的能力，强调了坚持民主集中制、开展批评和自我批评、严格党内生活、加强党性原则基础上的团结等4个问题。

——贯彻民主集中制，要从干部和机制两方面努力。对每个领导干部，都要加强民主集中制的教育培训，使大家熟悉民主集中制的规矩，懂得民主集中制的方法。

——批评和自我批评是一剂良药，是对同志、对自己的真正爱护。开展批评和自我批评需要勇气和党性，不能把我们防身治病的武器给丢掉了。忠言逆耳，良药苦口。对批评和自我批评，不能持有偏见，也不能心有余悸，而要本着对自己、对同志、对班子、对党高度负责的精神，大胆使用，经常使用，使之越用越灵、越用越有效。

——党性是党员干部立身、立业、立言、立德的基石，必须在严格的党内生活锻炼中不断增强。要增强党内生活的政治性、原则性、战斗性，使各种方式的党内生活都有实质性内容，都能有针对性地解决问题，坚决反对党内生活随意化、平淡化倾向，坚决反对党内生活中的自由主义、好人主义。

——团结是全党的大事。领导干部在一个班子里共事，要心往一处想、劲往一处使，大事讲原则、小事讲风格，勤沟通、多补台，一把尺子待人、一个标准行事，在党性原则基础上，不断增强能够掏心见胆、并肩奋斗的真正的团结，而不能搞那种表面一团和气、实际上相互较劲设防的虚假团结。

习近平强调指出，提高领导班子发现和解决自身问题的能力，是为了建设坚强有力的领导班子，让班子成员心情舒畅开展工作，把心思和精力更好集中到干事创业上。要鼓励大胆探索、勤勉敬业，允许工作失误。不能求全责备，一有失误就加以责难，这样会挫伤干部敢于担当、勤奋工作的积极性。决不能出现干多干少一个样、干好干坏一个样、干与不干一个样甚至不干比干更得利的导向。

The experience of war makes people value peace all the more.The aim of our commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War is to bear history in mind, honor all those who laid down their lives, cherish peace and open up the future.经历了战争的人们，更加懂得和平的宝贵。我们纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年，就是要铭记历史、缅怀先烈、珍爱和平、开创未来。

Ravaging through Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania, that war inflicted over 100 million military and civilian casualties.China suffered over 35 million casualties and the Soviet Union lost more than 27 million lives.The best way to honor the heroes who gave their lives to uphold freedom, justice and peace and mourn the loss of innocent lives brutally taken during the war is to make sure that this historical tragedy will never repeat itself.那场战争的战火遍及亚洲、欧洲、非洲、大洋洲，军队和民众伤亡超过1亿人，其中中国伤亡人数超过3500万，苏联死亡人数超过2700万。绝不让历史悲剧重演，是我们对当年为维护人类自由、正义、和平而牺牲的英灵、对惨遭屠杀的无辜亡灵的最好纪念。

乾县第六届职工技能大赛总结表彰暨企业 工会干部帮扶困难职工活动大会上的讲话

同志们：

最近，县劳动竞赛委员会紧紧围绕县委、县政府确定的经济增长目标，扎实有效地开展了全县职工岗位技术练兵和职业技能大赛活动，在广大职工中倡导学技术、爱技术、钻技术的风尚，对建设一支高素质人才队伍，加速县域经济社会发展具有一定的推动意义。同时，表彰了2011表现突出，获得市级先进的单位。在此，我代表县委县政府向受表彰的单位和职工表示热烈的祝贺！向参与和支持这项活动的单位、评审员及工作人员表示衷心的感谢！特别是县总工会安排部署了企业工会干部帮扶困难职工活动，是全面贯彻县委重大决策的充分体现，彰显出了工会团结组织广大职工的能力和水平。为了进一步推动工会各项工作再上新台阶，下面我讲三点意见。

一、正确分析当前我县工业经济的形势和面临的机遇，努力使劳动竞赛活动为工业经济发展注入活力。

今年，是我县全面实施“四大战略”的重要一年，也是继续强基础、促发展、增后劲、壮实力，在科学发展的基础上实现跨越发展的关键一年。我县一直坚持工业强县战略，经过近几年的努力，全县企业由小生产走向大生产，从小产业走向大产业，从小市场走 向大市场，逐渐呈现出规模扩大、特色鲜明、集聚力强等特点。初步形成了橡胶、纺织、餐饮、机械加工、旅游等块状经济，成为全县企业的支柱产业。2012年以项目建设、支柱产业发展、园区建设为抓手，全年安排重点项目52个，总投资65.5亿元，投资21.9亿元。尤其在2012年西洽会期间，我县共引进合同项目11个，引资90.25亿元，这些项目有力地助推乾县工业、农业和旅游业的大发展。

面对这些新的形势和新的任务，我们必须采取一系列方法和措施，开辟新境界，谋求新突破，创造新业绩。通过成功举办这次规模宏大的职工技能大赛，全面培训了职工的操作技能和道德休养，帮助企业树立了良好的外联形象，营造了我县“比、学、赶、超”的竞争氛围。实践证明，劳动竞赛活动的开展有利于广泛调动职工的积极性和主动性，促进人才队伍的稳定和继续加强，有利于创造团结向上、顽强拼搏的人才招商引资环境，有利于增强非公有制经济的增长后劲。我们要将此项活动再坚持开展下去，将来组织更多的行业，更多的职工，力争在全民中广泛开展竞赛活动，使之成为促进县域经济发展的有效途径之一，做大做强。

二、充分发挥职能作用，促进社会和谐定。

维护职工的合法权益是工会最核心的职能，要认真总结工会近年来维护职工合法权益的做法和经验，把成熟的经验制度化、系统化。要发挥“党建带工建、工建强党建”的建会思路，继续坚持“哪里有职工、哪里就必须建立工会组织”的原则，尽最大能力将所有 职工包括农民工接收到工会中来。要广泛开展职工道德素质提升工作，通过举办创建“学习型企业”、“和谐劳动关系企业”等活动，帮助职工树立正确的人生观、价值观和生命观。要加强职工技能培训，提高职工应对就业形势变化和自主择业的本领。要积极推进建立企业平等协商机制，广泛开展签订集体合同、工资集体协商、女职工专项合同等维权合同活动，尽快将机制建设覆盖所有的建会企业。要积极整合社会资源，扩大援助职工的覆盖面，解决职工尤其是困难职工最关心、最直接、最现实的困难问题。要加强对各种安全生产措施、工作机制落实情况的督促检查，对企业存在的安全隐患，工会组织要及时提出整改意见，确保职工的生命财产安全。

三、深入开展企业工会帮扶困难职工活动。

企业工会干部帮扶困难职工活动是我县继去年在全县开展的“千名干部帮扶千户贫困户发展产业、增收致富”活动之后，县总工会着眼改善民生，着眼解决群众关心的热点问题，而做出的一项重要的举措。干部“千帮千”，突出产业帮扶，使践行“三为”、创先争优在最薄弱环节取得成效。企业工会干部帮扶困难职工突出困难帮扶，让困难职工体会到党和政府对他们的关心，让他们在共享中共建，在共建中共享。同时，这项活动也是转变干部作风、推进民生工程、加强党的建设、促进社会和谐的重要举措。

我们要把企业工会干部帮扶困难职工活动做为今年县总工会的一件实事好事来抓，做为推进工会干部转作风、提效能、强服务、惠民生的窗口平台。因此，希望全县企业一定要从实际出发，着眼困难职工需求，着眼改变困难职工贫困现状，强化措施保障，抓好活动落实。我们在帮扶工作中要分层次、分对象、分类别实施帮扶。第一个层次是生活保障。对确实难以维持基本生活的，可实施生活保障帮扶，通过生活救助，确保他们有饭吃、有衣穿、有房住，实现生活有保障。第二层次是生产发展。有发展愿望、有致富能力的困难职工，是活动帮扶的重点，我们一定要通过开展帮落实项目、帮技能培训、帮收集信息，做到因地制宜，因户制宜。第三个层次是精神帮扶。对于确实因老、因孤寡、因病残、因天灾人祸等失去生活信心的困难职工，要重在扶志，切实通过精神帮扶，解决他们的思想问题，鼓励他们树立生活信心，要引导他们正确对待当前生活，树立只要努力，在党和政府的关心帮扶下，就一定能摆脱贫困的坚定信心。

企业工会干部帮扶困难职工活动是一项长期工作，各企业决不能放松要求，决不能出现停滞缓慢状况，要多想些帮扶办法，把帮扶工作引向更深层次。县总工会一定要加强对这项活动的督促检查，确保活动的每一个阶段取得应有的进展，推进活动出成效，出成绩，使帮扶活动成为乾县工会的一项品牌工作。
