两个是相同的，每种文化都有其独特的起源、演变、发展和形式，有的文化在历史进程中逐渐消磨，沉入河底，如玛雅文化、巴比伦文化，但是也有的得以继承和发扬光大，例如我们伟大的中华文明，因为历史的经验表明，文化只有通过不同种族的融合吸收，才能焕发其蓬勃的生命力，我们中国文明之所以能够光芒万丈，正是因为融汇包含了56个民族多姿多彩的民族文化，取众所长，共同进步。因此，我方认为，不同文化之间应该融入彼此。

反方一辩：法国人有浪漫情怀，美国人有务实主义，英国人一派绅士风度，意大利盛产艺术

种学习外国尤其是欧美国家的热潮，比如节日，年轻人那么热衷于情人节、愚人节、圣诞节，却忘记了自己民族的七夕节、清明节、端午节，这难道不可悲？

正方三辩：但是我想提醒对方辩友注意，您所说的现象并不能说我们的年轻人就忘了自己的节日，我们的文化就失去了自己的特性，这只是年轻的好奇心在起作用罢了，毕竟新事物是有一定的吸引力。

湖北大学选拔赛的通知

为进一步加强高校校园文化建设，引导和帮助广大青年学生强化学习意识、培养国际眼光，提高独立思考、语言表达、组织协调等方面能力，团中央学校部、全国学联秘书处、北京外国语大学将于近期联合组织开展第十六届“外研社﹒亚马逊杯”全国大学生英语辩论赛。湖北大学选拔赛的具体事宜通知如下。

一、组织机构

承办单位：湖北大学英语外国语学院

二、参赛对象

湖北大学中国籍本科在校生，专业、年级不限（注：在往届“外研社杯”全国大学生英语辩论赛及“CCTV杯”全国英语演讲比赛中获得出国奖项的选手，不能再次参赛）。

四、报名方式

报名的同学按两人一组的方式，下载附件中的报名表，将报名表填写完成后发送至报名邮箱：hubu_charlene@126.com.报名邮件主题格式为“辩手1学院、姓名+辩手2学院、姓名”。

本次比赛采用团队报名方式，每支队伍需由两名辩手组成。

六、比赛赛制

初赛：

初赛采用英国议会制辩论的方式进行，采用的是积分循环赛制。选出8支队伍参加复赛。

复赛：

复赛采用英国议会制辩论的方式进行，采用的是积分循环赛制。选出4支队伍参加决赛。

决赛：

决赛采用英国议会制辩论方式，根据各队的得分最终决出冠亚季军，冠军队伍将代表湖北大学参加华中地区总决赛。

*选拔赛基于同队两名辩手的综合得分进行考量，即可能出现一人得分很高但另一人表现不佳，而两人同时被淘汰的情况。

七、奖项设置

湖北大学选拔赛设冠军队一支，亚军队一支，季军队二支，最佳辩手奖一名，最佳语音奖一名，最佳台风奖一名，最佳表现力奖一名。

以上奖项均将提供由团中央、全国学联、北京外国语大学联合提供的证书及奖品，并可进入辩论赛人才库，还将有机会获得国内外知名企业的实习和面试机会。

本次比赛是由团中央、全国学联、北京外国语大学联合主办，外研社、中国教育电视台共同承办的全国性赛事。全国决赛获奖者由组委会全额资助，选择参加世界大学生英文辩论赛、澳亚大学生英文辩论赛、全亚大学生英文辩论赛以及赴韩国等地的国际文化交流活动。

Although the CET-4 test help more students master a skill, However, CET-4 is only a test and can not reflect the more practical things.Stressed on this English test make our students ignore the importance of professional capabilities and master the ability to blinding pursue the English exam, This is the development of society that affect the final actual level of English skills and the

communication between us has not been more improved.Such measures are not as good as its no existence, therefore, we must insist that the CET-4 should be abolished.

唇枪舌战展风采，争锋相对辩天下 ——寝室文化节系列活动之英语辩论赛

11月9日晚，寝室文化节系列活动开幕式暨英语辩论赛在第五教学楼504、505教室隆重举行，参加本次比赛的21个寝室的成员将与对手展开一场唇枪舌战。来自研一以及研二的评委也秉着公平公正的态度为各队参赛选手打分。

比赛开始之前，主持人向大家介绍了辩论赛的整个流程：首先由正方一辩陈词立论，时间为一分半钟，然后反方二辩对正方一辩盘问，时间为一分钟，正方只回答不提问。然后轮到反方。接着进入自由辩论阶段，时间总共为三分钟，由反方任何一位辩手开始，双方轮流发言，直至时间用完。最后双方各有一分钟时间总结自己观点，反驳对方观点。

比赛的第一场战火很快被点燃。继正方慷慨激昂的陈词立论后，反方立即提出了犀利的问题请正方辩解。在随后的环节中，双方更是争锋相对、步步紧逼，现场气氛迅速升温，达到了白热化阶段。比赛继续进行，进入自由辩论环节。反方辩手们精辟巧妙的措辞，展现出咄咄逼人的气势。正方辩手也毫不示弱，他们通过多重角度论证了己方的观点。在最后总结陈词的环节，正反双方辩手清晰的思路和纯正流利的英语给观众留下了深刻的印象。

之后各组辩论的激烈程度绝不亚于第一组，双方胜负难辨，精彩绝伦。每支队伍的表现都相当出色，展示了当代研究生看问题的角度、思考问题的方式以及随机应变的能力。最后，橘园十舍212的同学以26.5的好成绩取得胜利。

辩论赛结束后，在座的评委对每一个队伍的优缺点做了点评，使在场的参赛选手和观众都受益匪浅。
