一． 口语考试

2.考试时间以及地点：
2014年1月3日（周五）下午2:00
经梯3-2 教室准备，三楼教师休息室考试。
期中前五组同学请在1:50 时到达抽题
二． 听力考试
1.带耳机到考场
2.考试内容：VOA Reports + Business Topics
Chapter4 business negotiation 和chapter11 claims不做要求
少于1分钟的听力材料也不做要求
3.考试题型： VOA课内课外各一篇，课内以填空题形式出现
具体题型：

英语听说考试说明
由于考试时间比较长，建议将考试注意事项放到备考室讲！
1.请考生不要紧张，任何与考试内容无关的问题都由老师解决，电脑有问题请举手，有专人负责，一定会让你正常考试
2.耳麦放在靠近上嘴唇处，距离2cm左右，一定要调试好
3.用完键盘要推进去，考试时间不要乱动电脑
4.考试完毕听老师指挥，安静有序离开

各位同学，1.本学期期末口语考试安排于第十七周上课时间进行；
2.考试方式采取学生分小组讨论的方式进行，因此在考试前请同学们按照已有的做presentation的分组进行期末口语考试话题的准备；
3.学生小组汇报后，老师根据学生小组所准备的内容进行相关提问；
4.考试话题共8个，每个小组需对全部话题进行准备，考试时临时抽取话题； 5.考试时间平均每个学生2-3分钟左右。

《经贸英语》自学考试大纲

一、考试性质与命题原则
《经贸英语》是经贸英语专业（本科）自学考试的必考科目。本课程考试命题的广度和深度根据本大纲和教材规定的知识范围和能力要求而定。命题原则如下：
1.合理安排测试项目的能力层次结构。每份试卷中测试各种能力层次的项目所占的分数比例一般为：识记10%，理解20%，简单运用40%，综合运用30%。
2.合理安排测试项目的难度结构。题目难易程度分为较易、中等难易、较难、难度较大四个等级。试题中相关比例为：20%、30%、30%、20%。
3.合理安排主、客观题的比例。试题中客观题占30%，主观题占70%。
4.合理确定与教材有关部分的比例。试题中70%处理教材，30%考察学生的综合运用能力。
5.除考察学生对外贸知识的掌握程度以外，也考察学生对英语知识的综合运用能力。
二、考试内容与重点
《外贸英语》是国际贸易实务性教材，以进出口业务为主，内容包括：国际贸易惯用的贸易方式，进出口业务的主要程序，商业银行在进出口业务中的融通作用，海洋保险、海洋运输、商业文件、法律争端以及国际仲裁等。
本教材就其详细内容分为34课，每课课文的主要内容及考试重点包括：
1.为什么要进行国际贸易。重点掌握国际贸易的定义、意义和作用。
2.进出口贸易的方式。主要掌握9种贸易方式以及特别介绍的两大类出口贸易方式。
3.进出口贸易应采取的步骤。要掌握整个贸易流程。
4.出口商品的价格条件。要了解价格条件的规定，买卖双方的责任。
5.报价与付款。掌握什么是报价，如何报价，怎么付款，如何托收等概念。
6.国际贸易价格术语。掌握常用的价格术语及其定义。
7.跟单托收和光票托收。掌握这两种托收的含义及其运作方式。
8.信用证的广泛使用。了解使用信用证的意义及好处。
9.航运。掌握远洋货轮在贸易中的作用，远洋货轮运输的种类与租船运输的意义。
10.航运文件之一——提单。了解提单的作用、样式。
11.汇票。了解汇票的作用、样式与分类。
12.办理汇票的一般程序。掌握办理汇票过程中的出票、提示、承兑、背书、付款、拒付证明等程序。
13.海上保险简介。了解保险的意义、作用、保险所要承担的风险和进出口贸易中商品运输保险的程序。
14.海上保险1。了解海上保险的风险与损失，包括两种风险、两种损失和相关险种。
15.海上保险2。了解海上保险的仓至仓条款的意义及保险价值的计算方法等。
16.商品品质条款。掌握商业法律对商品质量和数量的规定、要求和标准。
17.商品数量条款。掌握货物数量的计算单位。
18.商品包装条款。掌握货物包装的作用和要求，了解商品包装的种类、标志和费用。
19.国际贸易的资金融通，即国际贸易中如何及时获得货款。了解银行商业信用证的意义和操作。
20.银行信用证。了解信用证的种类，掌握使用信用证付款的方式和相关规定。
21.商业信用证的种类。主要掌握可撤销信用证和不可撤销信用证的种类。
22.托收与信用证项下的付款程序。要求看懂图表并能用语言说明。
