中国电影业对于票房分账的基本规则如下：

1.影片所有票房收入计入电子售票系统，数据统一汇总到中国电影事业专项资金办公室(简称专资办)。以专资办的统计数据作为各方分账的依据。

2.所有影片收入首先缴纳 3.3%的特别营业税，及 5%的电影事业专项资金。剩余的 91.7%认定为一部电影的“可分账票房”。

3.可分账票房中，电影院及院线提留57%，中影数字提留1-3%的发行代理费。剩余的 40-42%归于电影制片方和发行方(大部分情况为 40%)。

4.影片的发行方会收取归属制片发行方部分票房的5-15%作为发行代理费用。即为可分账票房的 2-6%作为发行代理费。

5.很多情况下，发行方预付影片的宣传发行费用，这时发行方会收取12-20%的代理发行费。如果发行方承诺发行保底、买断发行、预付制作费用等方式，将收取更高的发行代理费用。

6.部分影片同档期处于竞争劣势，出于增加影片排映场次的目的，给影院及院线承诺票房返点。返点一般占到可分账票房的 3-5%。

7.制片方回收的票房回款公式为：1x(1-0.033-0.05)x40%x(1-0.1)=0.33 为一般情况下的制片方分账。

中国电影的资金其它回收途径主要有以下几种：

1.版权收入：主要指电视放映权和互联网播放版权销售。这部分收入里面，CCTV6的收购费用为140万-400万每部影片，主要根据影片的题材、频道打分制度、观众期待度、演员阵容、最终票房决定。网络版权价格波动较大，从几十万到几百万不等，主要跟观众期待度、演员阵容、最终票房有关。

2.海外销售：主要是海外其他国家包括港澳台地区的发行收入、版权收入。这部分收入目前较低，增长潜力大。

3.商务合作：主要是植入式广告、营销合作、活动冠名等方式获得的收入。

4.授权及衍生品：主要是影片形象、片名、重要视觉元素等授权使用，以及版权衍生品的销售收入。

5.政府补贴：主要是政府主导的文化产业补贴、地方政府专项补贴等。

6.行业补贴：主要是摄制3D或巨幕格式的影片，票房达到一定数量后，享受专项的行业补贴。票房在5000万到1亿元之间，奖励100万元；票房在1亿到3亿元，奖励200万元；3亿到5亿元，奖励500万元；5亿以上重奖1000万元。

影片同时在全国的两万多块屏幕上首映，排片率达到64%，不少影院所有的放映厅都在放映这部影片。变形金刚在中国拥有大批无条件支持的拥趸。

中新网北京2月2日电(记者赵建华)如果中国财政部同意的话，还在学习、适应已有国际会计准则的中国公司，在2013年之前还将不得不采用一条新规矩——《国际财务报告准则第9号——金融工具》(IFRS9)。

为应对全球金融危机对国际会计准则的挑战，国际会计准则委员会在2009年11月颁布了《国际财务报告准则第9号(IFRS9):金融资产的分类与计量》。从2013年开始执行的这一新规则简化了资产分类，即从原来的交易性资产、可供出售投资、持有到期时资产、贷款及应收款4大类变为摊余成本、公允价值两大分类。

根据该规定，所有债务工具都需要通过商业模式和金融资产特征测试，以确认其是否以摊余成本计量或以公允价值计量。所有的权益工具，都将以公允价值计量，其变动将被计入当期损益或其他综合收益。

此外，衍生工具不用分拆，直接用公允价值计量。

是否采纳该规定，负责草拟会计法律法规、会计制度的中国财政部迄今并未正式表态。但近年来，中国官方一直在积极推定会计准则向国际规则趋同。期间，也有越来越多的中国公司，介入海外资本市场。

《国际财务报告准则第9号——金融工具》(IFRS9)一旦被中国采用，中国公司将增加一笔不小的成本。国际知名会计师事务所——安永估计，仅建立新的预期损益模型及人工成本，增加的成本就相当于执行巴塞尔新资本协议成本的25%到75%。

此外，较银行业，中国的保险公司将受到更大影响。在中国，官方允许保险公司对权益工具进行投资，而银行对权益工具的投资基本被禁止。

据了解，目前中国内地公司对这一新规则的热情并不高。许多公司抱怨说，原有规定还没完全熟悉掌握，又要采用新规定了？

在新规定正式实施之前，安永还是建议中国公司及早熟悉、了解它，并提出自己的意见。鉴于中国目前拥有的经济实力，中国公司可以影响国际会计准则的制定。

据悉，新会计准则在美国、英国实施的前景，目前并不乐观。英美采用的会计准则对中国影响较大。除香港外，更多中国公司的海外融资地点选在了美国纽约和英国伦敦。
