公司始终致力于“服务三农”，通过企业产业化经营优势，努力实现 “农民利益、职工利益、企业利益、社会利益、国家利益”同步协调发展。2009年投入200多万元资金，为当地百姓修筑白色路面8公里，栽植杨树6万多株、柳树3万多株，累计帮扶贫困户800多户，投入资金5万元为当地百姓打井抗旱。此外，玉米深加工的副产品玉米纤维、玉米蛋白、玉米碎渣为当地养殖业提供了质优价廉的饲料。生产过程中产生的污水经过蒸发浓缩后生产优质复合肥，反哺农田。耗用原材料、建材和产成品的流通带动了当地运输业的发展，就地进行玉米深加工生产产品，缓解了铁路原粮运输紧张的压力，带动周边五万多农户增收两亿元人民币以上。
