13、从上面的案例可以发现zara的又一问题，面对消费者的投诉和质疑zara的反应是失声+“耳背”。面对着质量质疑，zara选择习惯性地沉默，西班牙服装品牌zara面对质疑于XX年4月25日发表了声明，首次回应商品质量问题。但声明中对关键问题避重就轻。

对于服装品牌，质量和服务很重要，在追求时尚的同时我们中国消费者难道可以这样一直容忍和放纵这些问题吗？
