试卷质量分析

2012年4月30日我们进行了第二次月考,通过这次测试,考查了学生对近段所学知识的掌握情况,从评卷情况看,大部分学生牢固地掌握了所学的数学基础知识与基本技能,但也存在着一定的差距,有很多不及格的现象。教学中存在的这种得与失,还有待进一步探讨和总结。

一、基本情况

六年级三个全班,六(1)班有69人,平均分 50.35分,六(2)班有60人,平均分58.7分,六(3)班有70人,平均分51.23分。

二、主要成绩(相对与大多数学生)

1、计算能力有明显提高。从卷面情况来看,班级的计算得分率都比较高。

2、学生卷面比较整洁,能够得分的地方失分较少。

3、学生中绝大多数的学习成绩比较稳定。

三、问题与分析

知识与技能,包括填空、选择、判断、直接写出得数、求未知数、计算、应用题几个部分。

(1)填空题。该题型考得较细,学生失分较多,特别是第10题。我们三个班做对的学生很少。作图题的情况不妙,失分率较高,一方面是学生对于把哪个量看作单位“1”这部分知识掌握不牢固,另一方面试题中的图形也弄错,第一个图应该是20格,画成了15格,给学生造成困扰。

(2)选择题。该题型主要是培训学生的抽象思维能力,错得较多的是第1、5、9、10小题。

(3)判断题。这种类型的题学生完成得较好,失分较多的是第5小题。由于学生没有完全吃透单位“1”,没有认真审题,辩析误区。但不管怎样,从本类型测试结果来看,学生的判断能力还不太强。

(4)直接写出得数考查了学生对基础知识的掌握情况,让学生注意数学基础知识的内在联系。本题大部分学生完得较好,但第4、10两小题失分较多。

(5)求未知数。即求方程的解。要根据四则运算关系进行变换,求出等式中的未知数。本题错得稍多的是第2小题。没有真正理解题中的数量关系。这说明学生的计算尚不过关,或者说太粗心了。

(6)计算。要求脱式计算,本题不是学生不会做,不是不懂得计算法则、不懂运算顺序,而是学生一直没改掉那“粗心”的毛病,做对了第一步错了第二步,做对了其他几步,又错了结果。学生计算的准确率不高。但每题的分值又高,因此,对考试成绩有很大的影响。

(7)应用题。本题主要是根据数量间的关系找出所求的问题并根据要求进行列式计算。

本题在部分学生的眼里总是“老大难”,看了就头痛,有的根本就不愿意去做。这严重地影响了教学质量的提高。我认为只要平时认真加强过训练的学生对解答这类应用题不是什么难事,这次成绩总体上看很不理想。我想,这跟他们所学数学基础知识的掌握层次、学习态度,学习习惯是分不开的。教学中,我们要根据不同的知识特点以及学生基础层次,采取不同的呈现方式多练多做,加深学生对知识的理解,提高学生的计算能力和分析、解答能力,培养学生综合运用知识解决实际问题的能力。

四、今后改进措施

1、加强概念教学,特别是概念的推导过程、归纳过程,要让学生自我感悟和自我完善,这是加深对概念的理解和灵活运用的重要前提。

2、平时的教学中,要继续重视学生基础知识和基本技能的培养,要努力培养学生计算能力,提高计算的正确率。同时,要注重培养学生知识的运用能力,提高学生解答简单实际问题的能力。

3、教师要加强学生的日常养成教育,培养学生良好的学习习惯和学习态度。平时的教学中,注意培养学生细心审题、认真做题和进行检验的良好习惯。

4、提优补差,让所有学生都有发展。这次考试还有很多学生没有达到优秀,要关注这部分学生,和他们一起分析原因找出对策,防止拉大差距。同时也要让那部分学有余力的学生尽快脱颖而出,使全班的教学成绩有更大的提高。

5、多方位与学生的家长交流沟通,让家长共同参与学生的管理,努力提高学生的成绩。

卢渊性情温和文雅,清心寡欲,有祖父和父亲的风范,崇尚学业,家庭和睦。他继承了侯爵爵位,官拜主客令,典属国(主管外交事务的官职)。升为秘书令、始平王(元勰)的老师。按照惯例降爵位为伯爵。供职黄门侍郎,叉升职兼任散骑常侍、秘书监、本州大中正。

这时,高祖将要册立冯氏为后,将召集朝臣商议这件事。高祖先对卢渊说:“你心里认为这件事怎么样?”卢渊回答说:“这件事自古以来都很慎重,依照我的想法,应该择日卜问。”高祖说:“册立先皇后的侄女,我意已决。”卢渊说:“虽然奉命如此,但是我心中确实有想法。”等到朝臣集中商议时,卢渊像以前那样坚持自己的意见。冯诞深受皇帝宠信,对卢渊非常怨恨,卢渊不把它放在心上。

等到高祖南征的时候,赵郡王元干督管关右各路的军事,下诏封卢渊持节领军,安南将军为副将,统帅士兵七万人准备从子午谷出兵,不久,由于萧赜死了,停止进军。此时泾州的羌人叛乱,攻城掠地,卢渊率六千步兵、骑兵,号称三万,缓缓地进军.不到三十天,叛贼们都逃散了,投降的有数万人,卢渊只将叛贼头目斩首,其余的都不问罪受诏命兼任侍中。当初,卢渊十四岁时.曾到长安。将要回来时,为他饯行的有五十多人,在渭水北边分别。有看相的扶风人王伯达说:“各位都不如这卢渊,虽然他的官位与实际不符,但德行声誉特别高,名望超过宰相。二十多年后,必当掌控关右地区,希望不要忘了我们。”此次关右之行,看相的已经年过八十,到军门求见,与卢渊叙说一生经历。不久,卢渊被任命为仪曹尚书。高祖考核在职官员政绩,给卢渊降职,凭借王师的身份担任守常侍、尚书,罚一年的常侍俸禄。不久被授予豫州刺史,卢渊以母亲年纪大了为由坚决推辞。

不久卢渊母亲去世,高祖派遣使者到卢宅宣旨慰问。守丧期满,兼任太尉长史。高祖南征,又兼任彭城王中军府长史。不久又兼任徐州京兆王元愉的长史,皇帝赏赐他一百匹绢,元愉年纪还小,事情不论大小,多由卢渊决断。卢渊凭借诚信接人待物,深得东南一带百姓的信赖,南徐州刺史沈陵密谋叛乱投敌,卢渊察觉到此事苗头,秘密地命令各处边将,暗中防备这件事。卢渊多次上表报告朝廷,朝廷没有采纳。沈陵果然杀了副将,胁迫宿州豫州的军队叛逃。沿淮一带各边关,由于事先有准备得以保全。沈陵在边关多年,私下结交的范围很广,两州的人心,都被他煽动蛊惑。沈陵的余党,很多被逮捕押送过来,卢渊都加以抚慰赦免,只将罪行归于沈陵一人,由此人心才安定下来。

景明初年,被授予秘书监,二年死于任上,享年四十八岁,追赠安北将军、幽州刺史,恢复原来的爵位固安伯,谥号为懿。
