【自我介绍的基本知识】： “如何作自我介招？”这个问题看上去似乎很简单，人人都会。其实并不然，有很多人说的并不是很理想的。主要的现象有几下几点：
1、不知从何说起。有很多同学当听到老师问：“can you make a self-introduction?”时，首先迟疑几秒，然后怔怔的看着：“老师说什么呀？”这一类算是“无准备型”。自我介绍是你与人打交道，参加各类口语考试，职场面试不可或缺的一部分，同时也是非常重要的一部分。在面试时，我们经常会被要求自我介绍，所谓自我介绍，就是把自已介绍给出别人，以使别人认识自已，所以恰到好处的自我介绍，可以大大提高面试的好感。
2、缺乏逻辑性。还有一些同学在作自我介绍时，要么只说两句话名字，年龄；要么夸夸其谈但缺乏逻辑性。别看简简单单的一个自我介绍有时也能反映出一个人的逻辑思维和做事态度。
3、缺乏幽默感。幽默的开场除了可以营造出活泼和睦的气氛外，还能给对方留下深刻的第一印象，即使对象是以建立了朋友关系或同事关系的外国人，在酒会或聚餐等各式场合，同样可以用诙谐的方式来表现自我，使你和他们之间的关系达到更圆满的程度。
面试自我介绍应大体包括本人的姓名、工作、籍贯、学历、兴趣以及与交往对象的某些熟人的关系等。如：“我的名字叫王光，是里润公司副总裁。10年前，我和您先生是大学同学。” 其中本人姓名、供职的单位及部门、担负的职务或从事的具体工作等三项，又叫工作式自我介绍内容的三要素，通常缺一不可。
①姓名。应当一口报出，不可有姓无名，或有名无姓。
②单位。单位及部门，如可能最好全部报出，具体工作部门有时可以暂不报出。
③职务。担负的职务或从事的具体工作，有职务最好报出职务，职务较低或者无职务，则可报出目前所从事的具体工作。
举个例子，可以说：“我叫唐果，是大秦广告公司的公关部经理。”
【应聘者具体应注意以下几点】：
1、接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。
2、自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，并向所有的面试人员（如果有多个面试考官的话）示意，如果面试考官正在注意别的东西，可以稍微等一下，等他注意转过来后才开始。
3、注意掌握时间，如果面试考官规定了时间，一定要注意时间的掌握，既不能超时太长，也不能过于简短。
4、介绍的内容不宜太多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、时间等东西上，因为这些在你的简历表上已经有了，你应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得的成绩，以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作职位。
5、在作自我简介时，眼睛千万不要东张西望，四处游离，显得漫不经心的样子，这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉。眼睛最好要多注视面试考官，但也不能长久注视目不转睛。再就是尽量少加一些手的辅助动作，因为这毕竟不是在作讲演，保持一种得体的姿态也是很重要的。

1、银行工作特别烦忙，所以，相对与每一个人来说，口试时间是比较短的。太原浦发连续两界的口试都是以自我介绍为主要内容。
2、口试前要预备一个比较好的应聘自我介绍，并且反复熟练。留意一定不要把自我介绍内容搞成品行评语，那样是最糟糕的，要能够突出自己的特点和上风，可以在口试前好好分析一下自己，找出自己应聘这个岗位（金融产品营销）的上风。但是，我个人建议，不要生硬的编造一些东西来使自己“适合”这个工作，要让真实的自己，真实的最好的自己展现在口试官眼前。个人建议，再往口试前可以找人坐在对面练习一下“自我介绍”，可以发现题目。我在口试时，就由于自我介绍太“官方化”而感觉自我介绍像中学时老师的评语。呵呵。还好，及时改正，开讲我的优点什么的，不然肯定没戏了。所以，提前演练一下是很有益的。

另外，我还得说的是，再实习结束后有很多人感觉失看，以为与想象差距很大，也有中途放弃的。但是，我个人以为，工作就是工作，与学校本就不同，多劳多得这一定理同样适用于工作，积极的工作过了才会有心理上的满足。另外，就是为了自己将来找工作，也要坚持下来，浦发的品牌会帮你在求职路上的第一关——简历筛选。
我们一起实习的到现在还是很好的朋友，这会是一段很珍贵的经历。还有就是，我们在实习时也经常会有抱怨，有时也对浦发有过失看；但是，找工作后，发现，浦发的工作环境和治理还是特别好的。实在，没走上社会的我们，把企业、把社会过度理想化了，呵呵。总之，在国内还算一流企业的浦发多少会给在那工作过的人一些积极影响和经验的。加油吧！
我想，可能有很多人想知道实习内容，实在，每一界的内容都不同的，但是都会是围绕“个人金融中心”业务来的。什么是“个人金融中心”呢？呵呵，就是个人的银行业务，大学生实习工作的中心就是营销这些与个人业务相关的产品。比如，银行卡、基金等等；但是，给学生的任务很少，重在宣传。
总之，我个人还是比较喜欢浦发的，也很感谢它。究竟，在地处内陆，尚很闭塞的太原，能为大学生提供实习的企业本就凤毛麟角，更何况还是具有一定影响力的企业。
珍惜机会吧，不要觉得自己实力不足而放弃参与，被选种的不见得都是一贯被以为“有实力”的，也不见得你比那些你以为有希看的人差。没有尝试，哪有机会？

英语专业四级考试口试简介
国英语专业四级口语考试仍然采用录音口试，将于笔试一周后举行。根据大纲要求，口试内容将分解为三项：
（1）复述故事（听两遍故事后复述3分种）；
（2）即席讲话（根据所给的题目准备3分钟后，作即席讲话3分钟）；
（3）对话（根据规定的角色各自准备3分钟后，对话4分钟）。
所要复述的故事大约有300字，一般都是描述过去发生的事情。听故事时，允许学生记笔记。听两遍后直接复述，没有准备的时间。用于即席讲话的题目一般都与复述故事的主题有一定的联系，即席讲话需要描述自己的经历。口试第三部分的对话形式一般都是大学生所熟悉的话题。双方讲话采用讨论的方式，对某个问题发表自己的意见。
评分项目为五项：复述、即席讲话、语音语调及语法。其中，前三项评分针对三项任务的完成情况，后两项是对考生在完成前三项任务中的语音语调及语法的总体评价。具体评分过程如下：（1）评分教师首先给三项任务依次打分，但每项任务的评分重点不同。复述部分强调故事的完整性与条理性；即席讲话强调内容切题、丰富、条理清楚，表达流畅；交谈部分强调讨论充分、遵循交际原则。
（2）评分教师就考生在三项任务中的语音语调与语法进行总体的评价，打综合分。分数采用百分制，每五分为一档。
（3）将五项分数相加，得到总分。
（4）每盘磁带由两名教师评分，两个分数的平均数为每个学生的原始成绩。
（5）将原始成绩转换成优秀、良好、及格与不及格四个等级。凡是成绩在及格以上的学生可获得全国高校外语专业教学指导委员会颁发的证书。

（二）60～79 能有条理地复述所听材料的重要内容，但条理性不够。能就所给的题目组织自己的讲话，但内容不够充实或少部分内容不切题；讲话中犹豫或结巴次数较多，有时影响交际。交谈内容有口音，语音有一些错误，但不影响表达。有少数严重语法错误，但不影响表达。
不及格
（一）0～59 遗漏重要内容，或复述内容与所听材料有较大出入。能就所给的题目组织自己的讲话，但条理性不够，内容比较简单或与题目毫无关系；讲话中犹豫或结巴频率太高，严重影响交际。和对方交谈有明显的困难，不能很好地遵守交际原则。口音重，语音有严重的错误，影响表达。有严重语法错误，影响表达。
