一、学习的概念
广义:指人和动物由于经验获得引起的行为持久变化的过程。
狭义:专指人的学习,即人在社会实践中,以语言为中介,主动积极地掌握社会历史经验的过程。
学生学习的特点:接受性、间接性、最佳性、教育性、年龄差异性。
二、影响学习的心理过程
(一)智力因素 一种认知能力
五种主要成分:注意力、观察力、记忆力、想象力和思维能力。
(二)非智力因素

(三)动机强度与学习效率
研究表明,学习动机强度的最佳水平不是固定不变的,而是根据任务性质的不同而不同。学习任务比较简单时,学习动机强度较高可达到最佳水平,学习任务比较困难时,学习动机强度较低可达到最佳水平。这一规律在心理学中称为耶克斯-多德森定律(Yerkes-Dodson Law),简称倒“U”曲线,如图所示。
四、影响学习的几种动机因素
(一)成就动机 1.成就动机的成分

海德:最早对归因进行理论研究。行为的原因或者在于外部环境,或者在于个人内部。罗特:控制点(locus of control)――内控型&外控型 韦纳(Weiner):将归因与成就动机相连。
一般而言,学生通常将成功或失败的原因归因于前四个因素,较少归因于后二者。
(二)兴趣
1.根据产生原因:直接兴趣&间接兴趣 2.根据稳定程度:暂时兴趣&稳定兴趣
(三)好奇心:注意→好奇心
(四)强化:桑代克:尝试与错误实验。迷笼实验。
(五)认知失调:随着认知失调程度的增长,人们便会想办法降低不协调,这就会推动他们去进行一定的活动以达到目的。
五、记忆与学习
记忆:是通过识记、保持、再现(再认、回忆)等方式,在人们的头脑中积累和保存个体经验的心理过程。
(一)遗忘的规律
人们在学习中的遗忘是有规律的,遗忘的进程不是均衡的,而是在记忆的最初阶段遗忘的速度很快,后来就逐渐减慢了,到了相当长的时候后,几乎就不再遗忘了,这就是遗忘的发展规律,即“先快后慢”的原则。(观察这条遗忘曲线,你会发现,学得的知识在一天后,如不抓紧复习,就只剩下原来的25%)。随着时间的推移,遗忘的速度减慢,遗忘的数量也就减少。

一、学习动机与学习效果的关系
耶克斯---多德森定律表明,动机不足或过分强烈都会影响学习效率。
1、动机的最佳水平随任务性质的不同而不同。在比较容易的任务中,工作效率随动机的提高而上升;随着任务难度的增加,动机的最佳水平有逐渐下降的趋势。
2、一般来讲,最佳水平为中等强度的动机。
3、动机水平与行为效率呈倒U型曲线。
二、学习动机理论
六百多年后我们翻阅这段记录深有感触的不是内容的详尽,而是如此一步计划在事实上竟可以付诸实施。很显然的,朱元璋的明朝带着不少乌托邦的色彩,它看起来好像一座大村庄而不像一个国家。中央集权能够到达如此程度乃因全部组织与结构都已简化,一个地跨百万英亩土地的国家已被整肃成为一个严密而又均匀的体制,在特殊情况下,则由民间经济做主,形成人力与物资可以互相交换的公式,而厘定分工合作的程序,其过程虽然复杂,但在朱元璋督导之下,则可以借行政上的管制付诸实施了。

反思:
这节课,我充分调动学生积极性,利用电化教学手段这一有利的教学资源,把学生带入到情景之中,与作者产生感情上的共鸣。同时学习了边阅读边想象画面的读书方法,在语言环境中理解词语的意思、手势表示等多种方法理解词语,培养了学生爱美的情趣和热爱大自然的情感。

心理感悟
《精神分析导论》是把弗洛伊德在一所大学上课的内容编在了书里,可能依据是演讲稿。好处在于,第一,这是从最基础开始教学的课程,因此,假定听课对象是对精神分析完全没有概念的人,恰巧我就是这样的人。第二,因为是授课,所以内容不会那么文绉绉的,读起来比较轻松,不需要过分集中精力在分析文字上。
精神分析是从医治病人的目的而开始形成的,但和其他医疗技术不同,这门课的教学没有办法通过临床实验的方法进行,而只能通过与病人之间的语言沟通。这一点上我认为也是个不容易的事,可能这门学问从医院开始,慢慢形成了哲学体系也有这方面的原因。精神分析的结论无法通过物理或化学的方法去进行验证,因此很容易受到怀疑。这一点,其实我读这本书到现在一直在怀疑。因为整部书的总序中,总编车先生对弗洛伊德的很多观点就是反对的,这也算是给我打了一剂预防针——“弗洛伊德书里并不一定每句话都是对的”,这一点我很接受。但反过来想,“车总编说的每一句话也不一定都是对的,也是要怀疑的”。因此看到一些值得怀疑的观点时,我很难去完全信或不信。而且确实没有手段去判断。
精神分析涉及到人们道德的界限。其一,精神分析是充分肯定潜意识的,并且认为人们行为的原始动力是潜意识,而潜意识是追寻快乐原则的,是“原始的”、“兽性的”,因此这会冒犯社会的理性哲学观。其二,精神分析会研究到性等当时的禁忌,会去触碰一些人们不愿意提及的话题,也会让人们感到不快。至于这一点在当时的社会可能是个问题,但在如今,我看社会价值观的导向,这些早已不是问题了。很多时候,特别是在年轻人的团体中,追寻快乐,不顾别人的感受,被认为是很酷的。确实,年轻人反对压抑,而压抑是意识对潜意识施加的,是理性对原始兽性施加的,“压抑”是不酷而老套的,没有“压抑”是酷的。因此这一类人,我们可以把他们当野兽,因为只具有“兽性”本我,为了自我的快乐可以牺牲一切他人的权益。
或许心理非常难懂,但我们必须掌握它,因为心理很大程度上会改变一个人的命运,乃至人生。
近年来关于青少年的暴力事件屡屡见诸报端,归结起来主要表现在两个方面:一是不尊重与伤害他人生命的暴力。比如清华大学生刘海洋的浓硫酸伤熊事件、天津医科大学生马晓明杀亲案件、云南大学生马加爵杀人事件……二是青少年的自我伤害或自杀。据有关部门统计,近年来青少年的自杀已成为青少年死亡的第一位原因。不难看出,暴力事件的两个方面存在着密切的联系。对自己生命的轻视必然相伴随着对他人物生命的轻视;对自己的身体缺乏尊重和珍惜,必然漠视他人物的痛苦。究其原因,与长期以来家庭、学校教育奉行成绩至上原则,对学生的生命关注不够有密切的关系,更与社会大环境价值准则的迷失与暴力文化的泛滥直接相关。在这种糟糕的氛围中,青少年的情感、心灵和个性被忽略,体验不到生命存在的意义和价值,压抑的情感终有一天会以不可预料的形式发泄出来。
这些都是心理问题,倘若我们能用心理治疗去感化他们,世上又怎么会有如此惨剧?
由此可见良好心理素质是我们搞好学习和生活的基础,为此,我要不断完善自己,提高自己的综合素质,首先我要辩证地看待我的优趣点,正确认识自己,我相信每个人都有属于的闪光点,只需要我们要善于去挖掘,对于我的缺点我要不断改进。
同时我认为,我们必须要勇于承认自己的不足,就像扁鹊见蔡桓公那个故事一样,倘若蔡桓公能够放下身段,那又怎会病入膏肓?所以,对于心理这种飘渺,说不清摸不着的问题,我们不能为了自己的面子而一口肯定我们没有任何心理问题。
