Lesson 8 How can I get to the zoo?
教学目标:
1、继续学习如何向别人问路并且给别人指路。How can I get to…?
2、会说会认理解一些表示表示地点的专有名词。例如,museum, Children’s Park, bus station, post office.3、会说会用理解以下单词和短语:get to, go along, turn left, turn right, road, street.并且能正确使用表示方位的祈使句。
4、复习巩固问路指路最基本的礼貌用语。教学重点: 掌握向别人问路的最基本的问句,How can I get to…? 教学难点:
用简单的祈使短句来回答问路的问题,能清楚地给别人指出某地的确切位置。课前准备: 教师准备:录音机,磁带,单词卡片,课文挂图。学生准备:关于地点的单词卡片。教学过程:
一、热身活动
1、跟唱歌曲《Come follow》,边唱边做动作。
2、全班同学起立,与座位保持距离,做游戏:Simon saya.老师发出口令:Turn left/right/south/north/west/east.学生根据口令转出正确的方向,转错的回到座位。随着活动的进行,坐的学生越来越多,而站的学生越来越少,活动结束时还站着的同学是最后的胜出者。对他们进行表扬:You are excellent!Good guys!
二、新授
1、复习用Where is ……?问路。
请一名同学到前面来,举起写有地点名称的卡片,全班同学齐说问句Where is Xinhua Bookstore/Yucai School/Renming hospitai……?
2、学习新单词
(1)老师接着上一个活动,用新做的卡片举在学生的手中,问:Where is the zooapost officemuseum Children’s Park?并将单词写在黑板上,使学生初步明白都是地点名词,并根据图片猜测单词大意,实时讲解。
(2)播放录音,学读单词。
巩固活动1:找朋友,将单词图片贴于黑板上,与黑板上所写新单词对应位置错开,给学生思考时间,然后请同学上来连线。
巩固活动2:看图片,说单词。一学生到前面来给大家展示图片,其他同学看图片,抢说单词。然后交换形式,几名同学来到讲台,下面同学轮流说单词,上面的同学找出正确单词卡片,并举给大家看。
3、学习新句型
(1)听课文,回答问题。播放一部分录音两边,听完就所听内容回答:Where is the woman going?(The museum.)
(2)How did you know?(the woman’s word:How can I get to the museum?)板书主句型How can I get to ……?
巩固活动1:造句练习,举起新地点名词卡片,要学生齐说句子 巩固活动2: Free Talk 用该句型问自己想去的地方,并注意加上礼貌用语:Excuse me.(3)当别人问你路时,Follow me,please.是你可以带他过去,如果你不能带路,该说什么?看挂图,一起走得试一试,猜猜 go along, walk on的含义,并做一做。
(4)播放录音跟读句子。
4、巩固活动
活动1:把挂图挂上,指一个地方,告诉学生我在美国旅游,想去museum/Children’s Park/bus station/post office,但不知道怎么问,寻求帮助,让同学们说出要去那里,怎么问路,要学生帮帮我。先由老师示范,后指名学生来指,其他学生说问句。
活动2:寻求帮助。随手指一个地方,用英语问Excuse me.How can I get to the museum/Children’s Park/bus station/post office?请学生回答,并对回答对的同学表示感谢。先师生一起练,在生生练。
活动3:制作通讯地址录。问问你的朋友:How can I get to your home?得到答案后制作一个小小通讯地址录,并注上行走路线。
三、作业
1、完善通讯录。
2、看图,与同桌自编对话,并在下节课上为大家表演,对表演好的同学,给予表扬奖励。
四、教学反思:本节课我通过上节课问路句型复习来引入本课教学,继续学习问路和指路。为使学生掌握好本课知识,我主要设计了两个小任务,帮助一个不会问路的人,然后顺势再向学生问路,请他回答。后又进一步要求制作家庭地址通讯录,巩固了问路和指路句型的使用。从课堂效果来看,第一个活动进行的比较成功,但在第二个活动中,由于部分学生家离学校较远,大多是山路,路线不是很明确,学生在指路过程中遇到了很多困难,活动进行的不太顺利,家庭地址通讯录做的也不是很全,不过不可否认,这个活动对调动学生积极性以及运用知识方面还是很有帮助的,以后在任务设计过程中还是要多注意本校学生实际情况,安排实际有效的课堂任务。

小学英语教学的主要任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的乐趣,(快乐英语二册Lesson8)教学反思。倡导任务型教学模式,提倡采用既强调语言学习过程又有利于提高学生学习成效的多种语言教学途径和方法。学生在教师的指导下,通过体验、实践、参与、探究和合作等方式逐步掌握语言知识与技能。
本节课是快乐英语二册第二单元的第二课。主要让学生掌握doll、yellow、blue这三个单词,学会运用what color isit?去询问喜欢颜色并进行反问,并学会对别人进行一定的评价和赞美。本课内容贴近生活,学生学习积极性高。而小学英语有时课节少,内容较多,因此在任务型教学模式下,要求课堂环节高频率、快节奏,这也正是高校课堂的显著特征。根据这一理念,本节课我设计了热身、呈现、练习、巩固、总结几大环节。
一、热身环节
运用课件出示英语歌曲colorsong创设轻松愉快的学习环境,同时引出本节课‘颜色新词’。而在我们日常的教学活动中,这一环节经常被忽略或省略,教学反思《(快乐英语二册Lesson8)教学反思》。而这一环节中情景的创设是(makea happy class room)创建快乐课堂基础,更是我们所提倡的高校课堂建立基础。
二、呈现环节
本环节我采用了实物、图片、魔术等多种呈现方式,吸引孩子的注意力。通过孩子们的观察、实践从而印象深刻的本课单词。同时在这一环节不单单让孩子们会说单词,还引导孩子试着用颜色来说出带颜色的物品,试着用英语来表达。引导孩子在生活中运用单词。很多次的课堂教学,我们都把这一部分内容作为重点,认为把单词教会就行,而忽略了孩子第一次的认知方式,这一学习过程直接影响教学效果,所以在本课的呈现中我寻求不同的方式出示生词,给孩子留下深刻的记忆。
三、练习巩固环节
游戏、比赛、贯穿了这一大环节。我利用小组之间的传句子、猜颜色表演等多种形式的操练,使学生在游戏中不知不觉的熟记本课内容(在我们传统教学中,这一部分离不开反复读、反复背写。使学习变得枯燥无味;而游戏活力设定从孩子心理上就要参与,所以可以取得事半功倍的效果。另外,每一个游戏活动的都应紧紧围绕知识重点,层层深入才能取得更大的效果)
四、在总结环节中,让学生总结学习内容,体现学生知识地位,又锻炼了学生对英语的表达能力。
本节课主要亮点
1、为学生创设轻松愉快的英语学习环境,学生乐学、积极性高,学生能轻松掌握本课重点。
2、采用多种趣味活动,在游戏中让孩子运用英语,记忆英语。体现了高校课堂理念与宗旨。
3、为了完美的呈现这一课,我课前进了收集与整理,并制定了一个完整条理性较强的课件。在教学中起着不可替代的作用。而这里我想说,每一节课课前的收集与整理、制作课件的过程非常费力。可是课前的充分准备,会使孩子在课堂上收获更多的知识(比如bluewhale蓝色的鲸鱼。体现知识拓展与学科的整合)
不足之处:
当然,没有十全十美的课,这节课还存在着许多的不足:
首先,教师对各个活动的把握还需要灵活,活动应为课堂服务,为教学服务。而每一个活动的组织和评价非常关键,在本课教学中,因为活动内容设置多,所以组织上有些乱,还应更加有条理。
其次、教学中,小组汇报时,教师应多指导,在以后的课堂中多加练习。
再次,本课的教学中教师语言还应简练,这样会使课堂的活动更有秩序,提高教学效率。

陕旅三英语上册教学工作总结
本学期我担任的是三年级的英语教学工作,由于三年级正处于小学中低段,正是承上启下非常重要的一年的,因此在这一学期我把注意力重点放在了培养孩子的英语学习爱好、学习习惯上,三年级是英语学习的起始阶段,教材中还没有过多的涉及到语法、单词及句型的背诵,因此我把本学期的教学目标定位为从各个方面培养和锻炼孩子的听说能力,在学完26 个字母的基础上提高学生的拼读能力,增强语感,扩大知识面。一转眼间四个多月的时间就这样在匆忙中溜走,回想一下本学期的工作以便查漏补缺。
一、全面了解学生,发现差生问题所在,避免严重的分层现象 三年级有 27个学生。因为孩子们来自不同的地方,尤其在英语方面,很多孩子都非常差,要从字母开始学起,我从这学期才开始教三年级,所以起初对孩子们不是很了解,为了更好的了解孩子的情况,我考察了各方面的资料,根据林老师的介绍综合上学期的英语成绩和我平时的观察,我分析了一下学生学习英语差的原因,主要有以下几点:
1、没有英语基础,底子差。由于在农村的小学,三年级之前几乎不学英语,所以要从头学起是很难的。
2、听课效率低,经常溜号、说话。由于基础本来就不好,所以对英语没什么爱好,加之在课堂上做小动作已经形成习惯,所以上课效率很低。
3、努力学习,但效果不佳,记忆力差。这类的学生只是个别的,在学习方面很努力,但是学了之后就忘,反复强调了多遍之后还是记不住。
4、没有信心,即使有了进步,也不相信自己的能力。这类孩子占大部分。因为这些孩子已经习惯大家叫他们差生,所以学习上就缺乏自信心,总以为自己做的答案是错的。针对上述学生们出现的问题,我想作为一个英语老师应该根据每个学生的不同缺点进行补救,而不能一概而论。通过同事间的讨论,网络及书本的帮助,经过一翻深思熟虑后,我采取了一下方法来帮助孩子们。针对英语基础不好的学生,我采取了“师徒结队”的方法,即:一个好学生帮一个差生,假如徒弟有进步那么师徒都有奖励,为此我专门制作了一个师徒进步表,孩子们每进步一次就在上面划一杠,最后写成“正”字,假如进步特别大的孩子,还可以实现自己一个小小的愿望。这样以来,孩子们的积极性特别的高,无论是师傅还是徒弟都有很大收获。同时利用课间,放学后我也会给一些学生复习以前的知识,补习基础的英语。对于爱溜号的学生,在课堂上怎么克服溜号的毛病,我觉得我的方法还不错,那就是:不断提问、反复点名、强制提高其注意力,因为这些孩子不知道你什么时候就会提问到他,所以他必须得竖起耳朵,仔细的跟着老师走。一段时间下来,这些孩子的注意力有了很大的改观,现在即使是讲试卷也很少溜号。没有信心的孩子,心理上会和老师产生一些距离,总认为老师看不上他。对于这样的孩子,我的做法是主动接近,不断鼓励,委派任务,这样老师就会得到了孩子的信任,他的自信心也增强了。学生就是这样的孩子,语文、数学、英语没一门掌握的说是可以的,而且这个孩子有一个最大的问题:不会还不愿意学,有点破罐子破摔的意思。老师一叫他回答问题,下面的学生就起哄:老师,别叫他了,他不会。这样的孩子不仅老师不待见,周围的孩子也看不起他。大家都说他学习不好,他跟同学们相处也带着自卑。刚开始我也以为他很笨,可是经过一段时间的观察,我发现这个 孩子有个特点,那就是吃软不吃硬。偶尔的一次轻声细语的教导,亲切的抚摸,带着期盼的目光双目对视时,我会发现他的眼睛一下子就会变得闪亮,你都能从他的眼睛里看出喜悦,那时,他还会追着你问单词或者句子的读法,当你和蔼的告诉他,并且对他报以希望时,他的笑意简直充满的整张脸。这招真的很好,孩子有进步了,虽然进步不是很大,但是我相信水滴石穿,他慢慢会有更大进步的。老师最高兴看到的不就是这吗?
二、分析教材,把握重点,讲求方法,丰富课堂。小学三年级年级的英语课本一共有 6 个单元加上两个复习单元,共八个模块。这六个单元的主要内容是; 怎么介绍新朋友或家人;学会询问有多少;学会如何表达自己的喜欢的东西;食物、数字、交通工具、动物的读法,26 个字母的写法等。这些内容都没有内在的联系,如何让他们把握知识,乐于学习成为我的主要任务,在课下我认真分析教材,提炼重点,认真备课,始终以积极的心态上好每一节课。在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者,讲求方法,丰富课堂是教师在整个教学过程中首要的任务。英语作为一门外语,更需要灵活多变,困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在每节课前,我坚持让学生自读或领读课文,甚至达到会背的程度,调查学生的了解情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题及时解决、及时讲解,让学生及时消化。英语课堂只有内容丰富,生动,难易适中才能够吸引住学生。此外,在教学中我引入了书本上没有的“自然拼音法”,每堂课都给学生渗透音标的知识,使学生无论在发音还是在拼写上都有很大进步,提前解决了令家长和学生都头疼的背单词难的问题。
三、任务教学,游戏教学,运用教具,提高兴趣。在教学模式和方法上,重实践、重参与。要求教学设计贴近生活,符合小学生爱好的需求;教学内容要求能引起学生的爱好,例如韵律诗歌、会话表演等。学生在课上通过用中学、学中用,反复实践,学用结合。通过视、听、说、玩、唱、等有趣味的活动,让学生接触足够量的语言材料,使学生逐步培养初步的语感;通过大量语言材料的范读,特殊是磁带的示范,学生模拟,教师指导,使学生逐步形成良好的语音、语调、书写、拼读的习惯。此外,为了提高孩子们爱好,根据以往的经验,在课堂上我大量的运用了游戏教学法,TPR 教学法,情景教学法等,使孩子们布满了新鲜感,现在越来越多孩子的喜欢上的英语课。同时,我也制作了一些丰富有趣的教具,但是能力有限,教具制作的不够丰富,以后在这方面还需要加强。经过半学期的学习,全班大部分同学在英语方面都有很大的进步,学生们对英语学习的爱好更浓了,课文内容除了最基本的要求读熟外,还有很多学生都能熟练背诵了。听力方面也比以前进步了,英语教学的课堂用语学生们基本都能听懂,此外,因为掌握了合适的拼读方法,所以有些孩子都已经能轻松背写单词,个别学生甚至能够把学过的单词全部记住。作为一名年轻的英语老师,除了具备一定的基本功之外,还要多积累经验,多学习教学方法,这样才能有更大的进步,“路漫漫其修远兮”,相信更大的挑战还在等着我,我会继续用最初的激情做永远的事业。
