country.It happened in this village, there were numerous shoemakers.They were spending a lot of money to buy tacks for their shoes.Although they paid high prices, they were not always able to get what they wanted, because in that part of the country there was a high demand for soldier shoes.Our young Mr.Smith, who was finding it difficult to earn his daily bread, remembered that once upon a time he had learned the art of making tacks.He had the sudden idea of making a bargain with the shoemakers.He told them that he would make the tacks if they would help to get him settled in his own workshop.The shoemakers were only too glad of the offer.And after a while, Mr.Smith found that he was soon making the finest tacks in the village.“How funny it seems,” he used to say, “Even making tacks can bring a fortune.My trade is more useful to me than all my former riches.”

一、教学目标
1.认知目标:能听懂,会说Hello.Hi.Goodbye.Bye-bye.I'm...2.能力目标:通过见面打招呼,自我介绍以及道别等情景,让学生在模仿、学习、表演的基础上逐步达到自然与真实运用的目的。
3.学习策略

二、学情分析
由于三年级是小学英语的始开年级,所以在开学的第一次课也就是上节课老
师与学生讨论了学习英语的意义,激发了学生想学英语的兴趣和愿望,同时让学
生初步接触了一些最基本的英语课堂组织用语,如Stand up.Sit down.Follow me
等。本节课学生是第一次正式接受英语课的学习,教师需要呵护学生的学习积极
性,鼓励学生大胆开口。
三、教学重点和难点
1.教学重点:Hello/Hi.I'm...2.教学难点:元音字母I在单词I、Bye、White 中的发音。
四、教具准备
1.将教师用书后所附的本套教材主要人物的图片复印或剪下,涂色后制成头饰。

设计意图:因为是孩子的第一节英语课,所以我采用活泼、富有吸引力的卡通片来增强他们对英语学习的兴趣。首先由孩子平时生活中所熟悉的VCD入手,我选用了与本节课内容相关的Magic English动画片,由于迪士尼神奇英语中的人物、动物都是孩子最感兴趣、最喜欢的,再加上让学生自我挖掘已知道的英语,消除了畏惧心理,进一步激发了他们的英语学习兴趣。所以在玩中学、在学中玩,让孩子学到了知识、也消除了对英语学习的恐惧。

Then the teacher walks to other students and greet them in the same way.设计意图:老师与学生交朋友,旨在拉近师生间的距离,对学生适当地评价,更能消除学生的恐惧心理,鼓励他们大胆开口说英语。
(2)用介绍朋友的方式出示这节课中的主要人物,让学生熟悉他们的相貌和名字。

设计意图:从熟悉的教室内的同学过渡到书本上的新人物,层层递进。漂亮的幻灯及有趣的头饰更能激发学生的学习兴趣。同时,教师鼓励其他学生对该学生和老师的表现进行评价,营造一种宽松、民主的气氛。
⑶ 听录音来展示并跟读Let's talk部分的教学内容。
设计意图:三年级是英语学习的起始年级,因此老师应注重培养学生养成良好的英语学习习惯。让学生学会先整体感知录音,手指认读,既培养学生的注意力,也加强对学生认读能力的训练。
3.趣味操练(Practice)
⑴ 击鼓传花
教师先讲清规则:全班分为两大组,教师有节奏地敲击小鼓,两组学生同时开始传花,当教师的鼓声停止时,两组各有一名学生拿到花,这时,拿到花的学生就说Hello/Hi, I'm...⑵ 情景表演:表演A部分对话
教师用手势帮助学生理解,然后安排四人小组上台表演。
设计意图:通过击鼓传花这个游戏进一步巩固本课的重点句型,同时情景表演也为不同程度的孩子提供了表现的舞台。
⑶ 学唱歌曲:Hello!
4.任务实践(Task-based Teaching:Make friends.)
教师先讲清楚要求,必须用今天学的单词、句子“Hello!” “ Hi!
I'm...”“Goodbye”等和你想交的朋友交流,交流成功请互换小贴画。让学生明确这是活动也是竞赛,看谁交的朋友多。(背景音乐:播放本单元歌曲:Hello!)

competition.Please make friends by using what we've learned today like “Hello!Hi!I'm...Goodbye!” Let's look, who can make the most friends.Try hard, everybody!Ready----Go!
设计思路:在学习完本课的知识后给学生设计了“交朋友”的任务,要求学生把所学的知识运用在实际生活当中,让学生积极主动的参与课堂教学活动,让他们真正感知、体验、实践、参与和合作,在玩中学,用中学,学中用。
数一数看谁身上的小贴画最多,谁就是今天的“小小外交官”。

设计意图:数贴画并评选“小小外交官司”,是对学生学习兴趣的呵护,同时也是对他的激励,让学生在学习过程中体验成功和自信,让学生在快乐中学习并学有所获。
