一、抓好课堂基础教学

课堂教学是向学生传授知识的主要途径。只有在课堂教学中打好坚实的基础,才能进行更深层次的学习,才能在全面发展的基础上学有特长。任何一个尖子生都是在基础教育的基石上发展起来的,根深才能叶茂,离开了基础知识与基本技能的掌握,离开了基本素质的全面提高,学生的发展就成为无源之水和无本之木。所以我校特别重视课内的教学,强调打好扎实基础的重要性,从一年级起就及早发现并注重对尖子生的培养。积极改进课堂教学模式。以先进的教育理念指导课堂教学改革,打破“教师为中心,课本为中心,课堂为中心”的传统教学模式,逐步建设高效能的课堂教学模式

。课堂教学要突出学生的主体地位,以学生的学会学习为标志,设计多种学习活动,调动学生的脑,手,口,让他们积极投入到学习中去,注重精讲点拨,教学过程中教师精心设计提问,在共同的基础上将有一定难度的问题留给尖子生,让他当先生说一说,讲一讲,锻炼他们的思维。通过训练,及时让学生掌握所学,设计的习题要有梯度、有层次,及时注意尖子生的学习动向,适当的加大他们的训练量。课内教师积极引导他们自主探究,主动思考,加强学法指导,使他们牢固的掌握基础知识。

激发学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯。苏霍姆林斯基认为教师应在学生心灵中激起求知欲望和点燃热爱知识的火花。这“欲望”和“火花”就是学习兴趣的动力和源泉之一。学生对某学科有无兴趣,直接影响到教学效果,而学生对该学科的兴趣很需要有意识地主动培养。教师讲清该学科的重要性,通过论理和展示学科的美,去说服和吸引学生主动地钻研该学科。对学生理解、尊重、信任、爱护,将严格要求与恰当运用方式方法相结合,为他们排忧解难,对他们进行感情投资,培养学生对自己的好感。从而使学生对该学科产生比较浓的兴趣,自觉、主动地学好该学科。

英国唯物主义哲学家培根说:习惯真是一种顽强而巨大的力量,它可以主宰人的一生。古今中外在学术上有所建树者,无一不具有良好的学习习惯,进化论的创始人达尔文说:“我的生活过得像钟表那样有规则,当我生命告终时,我就会停在一处不动了。” 达尔文所说的规则便是指良好的习惯,当然也包括学习习惯。中考状元刘业林在谈及取得优异成绩的原因时,就强调自己有良好的学习习惯。我们做了一些小结,主要有:

一心向学的习惯。这是所有习惯中最重要的,一旦养成你就会自动自觉地甚至不由自主地把万事万物都与学习联系起来。具有这种习惯,他能够充分利用时间,最能调动潜意识的作用,日积月累,时间转化成知识,知识转化成了智慧,逐渐行成了优势。

专心致志的习惯是必须养成的起码的学习习惯。一要致力于主攻方向不分神。二要全身贯注不溜号。严格制定学习计划,定时定量的学习习惯是实现目标,克敌制胜的法宝。每天必须保证必要的学习时间,到了该学习的时候马上学习。没有量的积累,就没有质的飞跃,所以这是完成学习计划的保证。

认真思考的习惯有利于提高学习质量,有利于培养人的能力。可以加深对知识的理解和记忆,有利于对书本知识批判的吸收。

教师要指导学生制订学习计划、学习目标,指导做好学习笔记,如学习方法记录本,改错本,课堂笔记等,指导预习和复习,引导学生敢于质疑,善于探究,敏于思考,勇于解惑,紧密结合学科特点有针对性地指导学生养成良好的学习习惯。

二、做好特殊培养

当有了扎实的基础后,就要对优生进行特殊的充分培养,使其得到充分的发展。学校制定优等生培养方案,各任课教师各班主任分别选拔制订各科,各班优等生,给予他们期望。

合理利用教师的期望效应。教师的期望不同于一般的预言,它一旦形成,就左右了教师对学生的态度方式,它能在有意无意之间对学生的学习积极性产生重要影响。教师对优生的高期望可以有效给予学生学习动力,激发他的学习热情,使他们向好的方向发展,在师生教学的活动过程中,教师将自己的期望和态度或明或暗地传递给他,并且一直关注他的学习和成长,学生会按照期望的方式来调动学习的动力和塑造自己的行为,形成较高的自律能力,鞭策自己不断努力学习。实行教师承包制。任课老师和班主任各自选定要培养的优生,帮助他们制定学习计划,随时掌握他们的学习情况,及时引导分析学习中出现的问题,并制定改进措施,学校也出台了相应的评价方式,通过阶段性检测或学科竞赛来检验优生的学习成绩,纳入对教师的考评。

督促激励教师积极做好培优工作,开好试后会分析并制订下个阶段学习目标,跟踪指导,逐步形成良性循环,让培优工作步入常规。

成立学科特长小组,开设辅导班。仅凭课堂上所学的知识,尖子生的潜力是发挥不出来的,加强基础知识,基本技能的训练,还要注意扩展他们的知识面,开阔他们的视野。在“博”的基础上进入“专”。为了让尖子生“吃的饱,吃的好”,学校成立了学科特长小组,开设辅导班,将尖子生集中辅导。同年级同学科的老师一起制定辅导计划,辅导内容,设计辅导活动,选取一定深度和高度的题目轮流进行指导。使他们能不断地攻克难关,并以攻克难关为乐趣。而且富有挑战性的题目还可使他们有机会显示自己的才能,脱颖而出。

《学记》的“独学而无友,则孤陋寡闻”。辅导班的设立就是为尖子生提供了经常相互接触,相互磋商的平台。这里洋溢着探索知识,勇于挑战的学习气氛,充盈着思索探究与合作的气息,要求和期望渗透在浓烈的学习环境中,形成一种强

大的精神氛围,引导着他们的思想,在这里能启迪他们的智力,让他们共享智力激励的快乐,激发他们进一步努力学习的兴趣,提升学习成绩。

设立“学习明星”奖,激发竞争力。尖子生较之于一般学生成绩更为突出,为了让他能更好地发挥自己的潜能,可通过展现成就的方式来激起他的强烈求知欲望,为此设立“学习明星奖”,每周一小评,班主任根据学科教师的推荐评选,然后张榜表扬或在全校学生会上点名表扬,并让他们到各班巡回演说,介绍学习方法与经验,在同学中树立典型学习榜样,这样既激励优生内在的学习动力,让其更努力地学习来巩固和提高自己的成绩,也鞭策其他同学向其学习,形成良好的竞争形势。

总之,在前面几个阶段,虽然我们的培优工作取得了一定成绩,可仍有不尽人意之处,今后,我们将及时调整教学理念,学习先进的教学方式,不断完善培养优生的机制,争取涌现更多的尖子生。

一、指导思想

尖子生,是学校的精英,教师的宠儿,家长的骄傲,是中下学生心中的英雄。有人认为尖子生是天生的,可遇不可求;有人认为尖子生很聪明,根本用不着老师辅导。其实,他们同样也是成长发展中的青少年,并非完美无缺,即使天生是块“美玉”,也同样需要教育者的精雕细琢才能成器。随着近几年升学率的逐年提高,人们越来越重视尖子生的培养工作。尖子生的培养不只是应试教育争名夺利的需要,更是素质教育培养高素质人才的需要。

二、培养对象

根据上学期期末数学成绩,确定以下人员为尖子生:商广全、张师胜、张远

三、培养目标

经过培养使他们在原有的基础上都有较大幅度的提高,使部分同学在学科竞赛中获奖,使他们学会学习,培养他们自学的学习习惯。

四、培养措施和方法

1、选择合适的教学方法,加强对学生学法的指导。

根据尖子生思维快、肯动脑筋等特点,我们在尖子生实行“问题教学”。“问题”,就是指学生通过自学遇到自己不能解决,需要教师指点的知识点。“问题教学”强调以“问题”为教学的出发点,积极创设教育情景,使学生的思维处于最积极的状态,尝试通过自学来发现新知识,得出自己的结论。教师对学生的尝试失败不要急于作出评价,而是引导学生自己更正,教师是心理的调节者,是道路的引导者,在教师指导下,学生获得的不是解决问题本身,更重要的是获得了探索知识的思维方式和方法,也就是自学的方法,使他们享受到自我发现知识的喜悦,这也是提高学生的学习兴趣,使学生能够自主地学习。

2、在作业的设置上,我们采取“补一块,免一块,加一块”的方法,即给学生补充一些拔高作业,提倡一题多解、巧解,对问题多角度思维,寻求解决问题的各种途径和最佳方案,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

3、对尖子生,注意尽力把学生稳定的兴趣逐步确定为一种终身的志向:在导学过程中要以指导学生进行探索性独立学习为主要目标,着重于创造性思维的启发;在实践环节上

则让学生有更大的独立性和灵活性,只在非常必要时少加点拨让学生自己领悟其精妙之处,举一反

三、触类旁通。所以教学模式在实施时,对该层次的学生“情”、“导”、“实践”三个环节上表现为“立志向、导探索、自己走”。
