第一篇:(TED英文演讲)我们不要墨守成规,一成不变的教育!——观后感

No more stereotypical education!—— Feedback Education has always been a complicated subject.A great number of renowned educators have spent their lifetime on it.But it didn’t work for long.Just like the attractive old man suggested, the education system has been stuck to a stiffness. Many kids went to school to study, and they just graduated from schools. If someone ask what they learned, they can seldom say something. It’s still worth thinking although the speech was for American education. As the lecturer said, all kids should be provided with fair education. We need to see the justice between rich kids and poor kids so that all of them can receive good education. And the most significant problem is innovation.Just like the speaker experienced, our education similarly changed nothing.Students went to school year after year, but how many succeeded in their fields? A tiny bit of them.I think this phenomenon really means something. So, what we are studying for? More than one educationists mentioned about this, but there won’t be any changes even for a while. The dilemma of education is the inner power against the innovation, which is tough to break through but we have to.Despite we might face huge challenges and failures happen, it shouldn’t stop us from making the next attempt. The other thing is that educational innovation should imitate the science innovation, innovation is expected to be processed scientifically in order to avoid unnecessary troubles. As the saying goes, education is the foundation lasting for generations. These kids nowadays are going to play important roles in our country’s rise.I believe we will witness prosperity in reality as long as our kids suffer no more from education.

第二篇:(TED英文演讲)防患于未然——观后感

“Presence of mind”——Feedback Key words: stress pre-mortem ahead of time According to the lecture, our brain under stress releases cortisol, and one of the things that happens at the moment is a whole bunch on systems shut down.Few of us can remain rational and logical thinking while facing stressful things, so it is of great significance to think them over before their appearances. We need to train ourselves to think ahead to these kind of situations. And the conception which the speaker put forward is pre-mortem.The idea of the pre-mortem is to think ahead of time to the questions that you might be able to ask that will push the conversation forward. You look ahead, try to figure out all the things that could go wrong and then try to figure out what you can do to prevent those things from happening or to minimize the damage.Prevent bad things from happening.Or at least if bad things happen, we will minimize the likelihood of it being a catastrophe.Under stress we are not thinking clearly. We need to train ourselves to think ahead to these kind of situations. So think about how you are going to work through this ahead of time, so you don’t have to manufacture the chain of reasoning on the spot. You might change your mind on impulse, but at least you are practiced with this kind of thinking.

第三篇:(TED英文演讲)我们能战胜贫穷吗?——观后感

Can we conquer poverty? —— Feedback In this lecture, the speaker’s statements really shocked me.He believed that the greatest failure of the human race was the fact that we had left more than one billion of our members behind.Extreme poverty were figured out as the most difficult problemneeded to solve. But there isn’t nothing to do for us.Like the speaker claimed that we have several methods to fight against poverty.First of all, there’s a fact we shouldn’t ignore is that most of the world’s poor people are farmers. You can imagine how powerful this is when farmers become more productive, then more than half the world’s poor earn more money and climb out of poverty. We only have two ways we can feed the world’s population.we can either make our present farmland more productive or we can clean out forests and make them new farmlands instead, which would be environmentally disastrous. It’s undeniable that farmers stand at the center of the world because of the significance of agriculture.Next, many farmers who live far away from the modern society can’t get even a little bit of scientific knowledge they needed in their fields. They also lack effective access to basic tools. To overcome such dilemma, actually we have settled these troubles in theory a century ago.We can genetically convert two normal plants into a new productive species through advanced technologies. But the hardest part is delivery of these tools extreme poverty. We need the world’s companies, governments and non-profits set up delivery networks for life-improving goods to eliminate poverty. If we can get our food by take-outs, or receive our deliveries through expressage, then it’s possible for those farmers who live in remote places to get more basic tools and useful knowledge timely.Last but not the least, we need to strength our wills to insist on helping farmers in a long period of time, giving sustainable strategies to make themselves jump out of extreme poverty.Everybody is exceptional people, so it’s unreasonable to left over one billion people behind while developing our society.Until everyone has an opportunity to gain his full human potential, can we become a truly moral and just human race.Let us to deliver an end to extreme poverty in our lifetime.生词 gigantic insurmountable solvable

第四篇:(TED英文演讲)阅读全世界——观后感

“Reading the world.”————Feedback Key words: global reading plan abundance As the speaker described her plan of reading the world, she tried to get one book of each country around the world, translated into English. She got through many tough time and finally, she manged to finish her own reading. As for me, I learned just like what the speaker expressed: “In that case, as I found so often during my year of reading the world, my not knowing and being open about my limitations had become a big opportunity.”

While reading a book, it’s a chance not only to learn something new and discover a set of stories, but also expand our horizons. As those who enjoy reading will know, books have an extraordinary power to take you out of yourself and into someone else’s mindset. Therefore, for a quite while, you will look at the world through different views.Maybe there exists some cultural conflicts or values, but it can also be really enlightening.Wrestling with unfamiliar ideas can help clarify your own thinking. And it can also show up blind spots in the way you might have been looking at the world. If we can make our own plan like this, the information in those books can make me more alive to the richness, diversity and complexity of our remarkable planet than ever before.

第五篇:(TED英文演讲)读书改变命运——观后感

Education changes our fortune —— Feedback Educational equality is a permanent topic among the society. The poor should get the same access to an entire education as others possess. However, there are still too many women lost their opportunities to know their culture and this world because of extreme poverty. The speaker once helped a number of women with their languages by attending certain courses. These courses were often held in the local suburbs.Furthermore, the inequality between men and women is the fundamental restriction to their unfair education. Many women were eager to control over their simple daily routines and small details that we take for granted.Since those women received the education they deserve, they all realized that the only way to control their life was through education. There are so many facts that show us that it is impossible to overcome barriers to education.Education is the best means to own a better future.Eventually, I’d like to end up with what the speaker said :“Question your convictions.Be who you want to be,not who they want you to be.Don’t accept their enslavement, for your mother birthed you free.”
