展会的营销分析:1.环境分析
福州市现辖五区、六县、两个县级市和一个经济区,全市土地面积11968平方公里,人口约683 万人。2010 年福州市生产总值达3068.21 亿元,比增14.0%,随着海西经济建设的加快,福州市经济也正处于高速增长之中,预计在未来几年,福州市整天经济状况仍将处于高速平稳的发展状态中,福州市居民收入也将平稳 增长,而随着收入增长,我们可以预见,福州居民对于旅游,外出等各方面的需 求也将随之增长。
福州市青口镇位于双福(福州——福清)工业走廊中心地段,2002 年6 月 份市委、市政府把青口投资区上升为福州市级工业区来管理,全镇面积127平方 公里,人口8 万人。
作为闽台合作最大项目的东南汽车城和“戴•克”汽车项目所在地,该镇充 分发挥区位优势和汽车项目的集聚效应,大力实施“工业强镇”的经济战略,带 动农业和商贸服务业发展,逐步形成了工、商、贸三位一体经济战略格局,有力 地推动了青口工业化和城市经济大发展,呈现出了一派生机勃勃的创业新景象。
随着经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的普遍提高、闲暇时间和可自由支配收入的增多,使旅游业快速增长,单纯自然状态的旅游资源开发已经远不能满足旅
游者的需求。因此,主题公园作为一种集娱乐性、参与体验性、文化性和高科技 性等多重特色为一体的新型现代公园,逐渐成为世界各地重要的新兴旅游景点,并且发展前景广阔。
2011 年是十二五规划得开局之年,在中央大力促进经济,科技,教育等发展 的大背景下,有利赖于高科技高投入的汽车主题公园的发展。虽然福州市政府和 闽侯镇政府的支持,在资金、交通等各个方面提高了青口汽车主题公园的落成及 发展的可行性,但是相对厦门、大连等一线旅游城市来说,福州旅游知名度低。2.市场分析 1)、东南亚市场空白,市场发展前景巨大。虽然我国有几个主题公园,特别 是厦门在建的金港汽车公园。但是东南亚的这类市场还是空白的。这说明了我们 青口汽车文化主题公园要吸引东南亚那些对汽车及汽车文化的兴趣,寻求新鲜、刺激、个性的消费者还是很容易的。2)、主题公园发展趋势高涨,人们对这种具有各种元素融合的主题公园关注 提高,但也加大了汽车主题被取代的风险。所以我们要突出青口汽车文化主题公 园的特色。使其主题个性更突出、科技感更强,拥有更多新鲜的项目设施(汽车 博物馆、地下汽车基地、汽车原理馆、万象广场、山地赛车场等)。它建成后将 成为一座多元化、现代化、文化型、花园式的汽车主题公园。3)、汽车普及率上升,人们对汽车文化兴趣增强。据统计到10 年9 月底中国 汽车保有量达到8500 万辆。所以会有更多的消费者会选择来我们的青口汽车文 化主题公园来游玩。4)、旅游支出数据提高。2010 年我市城镇居民在文化娱乐服务方面人均支出
855 元,比上年增长18.1%。其中户均2.6 人次外出旅游,比上年增加0.57 人次; 人均旅游花费816 元,比上年增长31.1%;人均参观旅游和参加团体旅游的支出 分别为85 元、592 元,分别比上年增长5.6%、36.4%。因此,主题公园作为一种 新型现代公园,逐渐成为世界各地重要的新兴旅游景点,并且发展前景广阔。3.消费者分析
我们的消费群主要是福州地区的市民及外来旅游者。这群消费者对汽车及汽 车文化感兴趣,寻求新鲜、刺激、个性的东西。而汽车主题公园是新型的主题化 公园,与福州的西湖左海公园、森林公园相比,主题个性更突出、科技感更强,拥有更多新的项目设施(汽车博物馆、地下汽车基地、汽车原理馆、万象广场、山地赛车场等),更符合现代人的生活品质。

青口镇位于福建省闽侯县东南端、闽江下游,福州至福清工业走廊中心地段。东西南三面群山环抱,北临乌龙江,境内有青潭、安民、梅溪三条溪流汇聚淘江。中部平原广阔,是福厦走廊进入省城福州市去的南大门。全镇面积127平方公里,耕地面积16821 亩,辖六个经济管理区,38 个行政村和2 个社区。
闽侯县青口镇始建于1983 年。1992 年11 月改为建制镇,1988 年秋创办青 口投资区,2002 年6 月份市委、市政府把青口投资区上升为福州市级工业区来 管理,2010 年,被福建省省委省政府确定为全省小城镇综合改革建设试点镇。青口镇人杰地灵。主要名胜古迹有:国内战争时期中共福建省委机关驻地南阳顶 下岩洞、报界先驱林白水纪念馆、大义观音桥、杨厝龟山阁、国家级文物保护单 位青圃灵济宫及御碑亭。
青口镇是福建省汽车制造生产基地,拥有东南汽车和戴姆勒汽车整车厂以及 汽车配套厂120 家,吸引了美国克莱斯勒、日本三菱、德国奔驰等多家世界知名 汽车企业前来投资、合作,已成为海峡西岸以汽车制造及其零部件生产为主的机 械制造业重要基地。曾先后获得福州市“超一流经济强镇”、“全国千强镇”、“全 省百强镇”等荣誉称号。2010 年,完成规模以上工业总产值218.83 亿元;财政 收入17.19 亿元,比增64%;全社会固定资产投资25.02 亿元,比增20.1%。
汽车产业发展
1、福建戴姆勒汽车工业有限公司(简称福建戴姆勒)
于2007 年6 月正式成立,由福建省汽车工业集团与戴姆勒轻型汽车香港有限公 司以双方各占50%的股份共同合资组建。该项目是福建汽车工业在闽台合作基础 上成功实现的国际合作,系福建省委省政府大力扶持的重点支柱产业项目。
2、东南汽车
1995 年,福建省汽车工业集团公司与台湾最大的汽车企业裕隆集团所属中华汽 车公司,组建最大的海峡两岸合资汽车企业---东南(福建)汽车工业有限公司。2006 年东南汽车研发中心获得了福建省“省级技术研究中心”的称号,2007 年被评定为“福建省高新技术企业”,并于2008 年取得了国家实验室的称号。

镇总体规划委托上海同济大学城市规划设计研究编制,规划区总用底面积约
30.3平方公里,规划期限:近期2010—2015;远期:2015—2030 年。规划定位: 福州市东南部汽车产业新城。规划布局结构:“一心三片”:用地规模:到2030 年城市建设用地面积委4.81平方公里。近期到2015 年城市建设用地面积为17平方公里。人口规模:到30 年人口规模为23 万人;近期到15 年规模为15 万人。
在建项目
1.汽车文化广场
海峡汽车文化广场主要建筑的主体工程施工已全面展开,一期工程的260 亩将力争在年底前建成。该项目总建设用地1456 亩,分为汽车超市综合区和4S 专营区两大部分。其中4S 专营区用地546 亩,规划容纳4S 汽车销售企业45 家; 汽车超市综合区用地910 亩。2.公交客运站
公交首末站占地面积10667.2 ㎡(合16 亩),计划总投资月1000 万,分二期 建设:一期建设31 路公交车站,二期建设公交总站。新车站叫将成为青口地区 最大的公交枢纽系统,不仅满足百姓的出行需要,而且更提高了群众出行的安全 性。

本次活动以自由组队的形式参赛,每队四人(必须为男女混合团队,可以跨班、跨院系)。参赛队到达问答站点时,必须按顺序答题,在排队时要多浏览展板上的内容,因为90%问题的答案可以在相应的知识展板中找到。
各参赛队在规定时间内成功通过障碍游戏(解手链游戏)后方可进入问答环节。参赛队随机抽取一道题目并在规定的时间内作答,回答正确(即闯关成功)可以继续抽题作答(回答错误不能继续作答),正确回答一道加5分,但一个问答点一次最多可以作答三次。
