1．每天坚持半小时以上的体育锻炼，特别是长跑，一定要坚持每天1500米以上；长跑不及格的同学要加大练习的量和强度；

2．排球、实心球每天要坚持练习，特别是排球、实心球还不能过关的同学，要加强动作的练习和成绩的突破；
