网络购物的弊端分析

我们在看到网上购物优点的同时更要认清它在现阶段存在的问题，以便尽早地找到解决方案以促进网上购物的良性发展。可以说，现阶段我国消费者对网上购物状况的评价是“痛并快乐着”，而这其中痛的指数要高于快乐指数。

第一、交易对象认定的模糊性。明确交易对象对于消费者来说是非常重要的事情，这关系到法律责任的承担问题。在传统购物环境下交易对象非常明确，商店里挂的营业执照就表明了经营者的身份。一旦出了问题可以直接到原购物地点追讨责任。但是在网络环境下，消费者只有通过经营者网站中提供的信息了解对方，但是至于信息是否真实、对方到底是谁根本不清楚。

一、从个人角度出发，网络购物让个

人权益受到侵害，也让个人身心俱受损失。购物是什么？是精神与物质的双重享受。但网络购物给我们的是橱窗的世界，可看不可摸，我们无法知道我们精心选购后拍下的宝贝是否和我们想的一样，宝贝到达通过邮寄，你又得担心到达后是否完整。我们花费了钱，花费了时间的宝贝不一样，我们是否又邮寄回去？再者，网络购物需要大量的个人信息，而网上个人信息外泄现象十分严重，甚至有人倒卖个人信息。想想买东西时怕和实物不符，付款时怕信息泄露，等待的是一个没有身份证的物品。作为一个消费者，买了东西却难以享受到应有的售后服务，甚至国家三包政策都难以实现，买家该享的权利没享，卖家该尽的义务没尽，这哪是一场公平的交易呢？网络购物还易使人沉迷，减少社交。所以无论是网购过程还是网购结果，都在告诉我们网络购物弊大于利。

二、从社会和国家出发。网络商店无

公司实体，没固定经营场所，那么需要的员工也就少之又少。因此，网络购物粗化了社会分工，减少了社会基层劳动者的就业机会。再者，由于网络的虚拟性网络购物滋生了违规的秘密商店的非法交易，以及黑客的越发

猖狂。或许在你点击付费的时候钱直接送给了黑客，网络购物国家监管难度大，税收流失。网络商店无工商注册，随着网络市场规模扩大，税收流失越来越严重。我们要明白税收是用于经济建设，发展科技文卫事业，维护社会稳定，巩固国防，为劳动人民服务的。劳动人民是税收的最终受益者。而从中国研究中心调查显示，仅淘宝上就有80%以上的店主没有缴纳任何税金，这就证明至少有30亿元的巨额税金就这样点点鼠标，敲敲键盘之间无声无息蒸发了。

综上所述，无论对于个人还是国家我方都认为网络购物弊大于利。

第三篇：辩论赛 网络交友弊大于利

1、网络交友带来的人际关系障碍。由电脑网络所引发的人际关系障碍主要表现为网络孤独症、人际信任危机和各种交际冲突。

2、网络人际交往还可能诱发各种人格障碍，由于学生网民以为对自己的言行无须承担任何责任，他们往往在言语上非常直接坦率。当一个人的某种行为习惯养成之后,可能转换成个人的人格特质，形成攻击性人格。

3、谎言林立。网络是虚幻的，没有人也没有办法对网上的“个人资料”进行审核。想在谎言的世界寻找真实的情感无异是自欺欺人。

4、陷阱密布。网络使沟通变得自由与便捷，也使行骗更难让人识别。别有用心者打着交友的旗号图谋不轨，引发了严重的社会问题。

5、低级趣味充斥。网络是一个没有法律制约与道德规范的自由世界，很多人在聊天时容易放纵自己，低级趣味泛滥成灾，让人道德沦丧。基于以上几点，我们认为中学生网上交友弊大于利。据联合国教科文组织的不完全统计，以学习为主要目的上网的中学生，美国占总数的20%，英国为15%，中国仅仅为2%。这惊人的对比，恰如其分地说明了中学生的自制力不如网络的吸引力。

对于尚未完全培养出正确判断能力、自主分析能力的青少年来说，会影响青少年身心的健康成长；还有，由于网络快捷方便，使青少年更疏了实际的人际交往，社会活动，易使青少年的情感趋于冷漠，造成”自我封闭”状态；另外，网络毕竟是”虚拟社会”，而与现实社会的反差，会影响青少年在现实生活中的生存能力。网络信息良莠不齐、泛滥成灾，垃圾信息对学生整体素质造成冲击；网络传播成为诱发学生人生观、世界观、价值观的冲突与失范的重要因素，如虚拟的网恋，让不喑世事的学生上当受骗

3、即使网络交友有一些益处，但也要分时期、年龄和阶段，我们中学生的主要任务是学习，难道不是么？（一切都要围绕着学习，我们说的交友是结交真心朋友，需要用心，要花费时间和精力，这样才能结识真正的朋友，这难道不会影响我们的学习吗？但如果是抱着一种放松、随便的心态，不耗费时间和精力，不倾注真心的话又谈何结交真心朋友呢？）

4、有许多人在网络交友时上当受骗，甚至遭受人身伤害，这些现象又说明了什么呢？

第四篇：大学生谈恋爱弊大于利辩论赛四辩

对方辩友今天罗列恋爱的种种利处，可任何事物的利弊都要考虑投入产出比的，我们不可能在投入大于产出的情况下依然说自己获了利。那肯定是自欺欺人。

对方辩友认为大学生谈恋爱可以在彼此中激发潜能，促进学业，但大学生在大学阶段的时间和精力都是有限的，社会和家庭的压力，同学间的竞争都可以转化为很好的动力，促使大学生集中精力投入到学习中去，所以这种动力并非只有谈恋爱才可以激发的。我方认为大学生谈恋爱存在诸多弊端；

第一，耽误了学习，很多人主观上认为爱情与学业并不冲突。调查结果表明大多数学生能够正确看待学业与爱情的关系，他们赞成大学阶段应该以学业为主，爱情应当服从学业。同时他们又渴望自己可以爱情学业两不误，认为自己有能力处理好这两者的关系。但从个案分析和访谈中可以发现，这只是学生们的主观愿望，实际上真正可以做到的并不多。有句俗语叫做“爱情让人变笨”，特别是那些情窦初开的学生，很容易被强烈的情感冲昏了头脑，感情与理智的天平不由自主地就倾斜了。

第二，我们一天只有24小时，我们实际上是在拿我们本用于学习、生活、社交的时间去谈恋爱。恋爱在生活中的占得比例越来越大，面对大学恋爱颇高的失败率，这真的值得么？而且大多数人在大学期间几乎所有的开销都是家里担负的，可以说大学生在谈恋爱上的潇洒、浪漫都是建立在父母辛勤的汗水之上的，这无意之中岂不是给父母增加了更多的负担么？

第三，正在恋爱中的大学生，人际交往的指向性很强，.因为恋爱而脱离集体，把双方都禁锢在两个人的世界中，与原来的朋友疏远，甚至脱离集体，对集体的责任感也被男女私情所替代。这不仅不利于个人角色的塑造和成长，也妨碍自身的全面发展与进步。

第四，大多数大学生谈恋爱强调跟着感觉走，在恋爱过程中会有矛盾、挫折，往往又很难把握准确的适度，易感情用事，一旦感情有巨大波动，如得不到合理的情绪疏导，后果不堪设想。

第五，据调查大学恋爱有90%的失败率，很多大学生苦苦经营了四年的感情，毕业以后两人天各一方，没有事业基础，大多都是劳燕分飞，无疾而终。他们有多少能够承受失败的打击，能够马上振奋起来？我想更多的是一蹶不振。

由上可见，大学生的恋爱明显投入大于产出，所以我方鉴定的认为“大学生恋爱弊大于利”！

第五篇：网络反腐弊大于利自由辩问题

自由辩问题 一，网络反腐存在失真性，、盲目性的弊端，导致了现阶段网络反腐弊大于利！1，网络上的信息一定是真的吗？网络上曝出的“有腐败迹象”的官，他们的腐败迹象一定是真的吗？

2一部分网民有“是官必贪”的心理定势，使得网上只要出现某位官员失误的消息，网民必然以为其是贪官进而群起攻之。这种盲目的行为，对社会造成了怎样的影响？

结：网络反腐存在失真性，、盲目性的弊端，导致多数网民被误导，被利用，不辨真假就乱抡道德大棒，不问事实就群情激愤。扰乱民意成为可能，从而破坏反腐机制的运行。

二：网络反腐是对法制的更大破坏和危害。不利于反腐工作。

1.网络反腐的资料通常是利用非法手段获得，根据我国法律中“非法获取

资料不能作为证”的这一规定，就算这些资料属实也无法作为证据指证贪官，还使贪官有理由脱身，严重阻碍了反腐工作的进行！这点你方做何解释？

2.网络反腐通常伴随着过量的私人信息曝光，在此过程中存在大量的侵犯

他人名誉权和隐私权的情况。这点你方做何解释？

3.网络上一旦曝出有官员疑似腐败的信息，网民们便认定其有罪，对其群

起而攻之，这种“疑罪从有”是否符合法律面前人人平等的原则？

总：网络反腐是对法制的更大破坏和危害。阻碍了反腐工作的进行，侵犯他人名誉权和隐私权，不否符合法律面前人人平等的原则。

三，网络反腐会对政府工作造成影响。

1.如果网络爆出官员疑似腐败信息后，纪委就要介入调查，造成纪委疲于应付，是否阻碍了纪委的正常工作？

2，网络反腐这种通过舆论压力，风风火火的反腐，假如此官员无腐败，就算日后澄清了，他又该如何的为曾诬陷谩骂过他的人们服务呢？

结：网络反腐的确揭发了一些贪官，但是其对政府工作造成影响不容忽视，而过大的舆论压力，会误导“舆论审判”，甚至可能影响到司法公正。
