8月30日，我吃过早饭像喜鹊似的飞进了学校。我忽然觉得学校有很大的变化。
新生入校。我走进了学校，看到了一张张陌生的面孔，哦！原来是一年级新来的小弟弟、小妹妹呀！他们好奇地打量着周围，好像不认识这里。他们有的去操场玩，有的在教室里玩，还有的拉着爸爸、妈妈的手，不让他们走。他们的欢声笑语传遍了蓝天。
新教师。我们班来了一位又高又胖的英语老师，他长着乌黑发亮的头发，他生气的时候，眼睛瞪得圆溜溜的，高兴的时候，嘴咧成了一条缝，我们都非常喜欢他。
我们在学校里勤奋学习，茁壮成长。
家乡的景色
我的家乡非常的美,那里群山环绕,空气清新,使人陶醉!春天，山上的树木都绽开了嫩芽,碧绿碧绿的,如同一个个小精灵刚刚穿上了一件绿色的衣服一样。夏天的树木已经长大了。夏天很热的时候,它就无私地为人民服务着,为人民遮挡太阳的强烈照射。秋天它们换上了一件橘色的衣裳,树叶有时落下来就像是一只只美丽的蝴蝶在空中偏偏起舞。冬天又冷了起来,它们换上了一件雪白的大棉袄。
尽管我的家乡不是最美的,但是在我的心目中我的家乡是最美的,是任何人都无法想像的,如果你们觉得我的家乡美的话，就请你到我们这来游玩好吗?我一定会让你们大饱眼福,让你一次看个够！

有一种美叫心灵美
俗话说的好“鸟美在羽毛，人美在灵魂。”是啊！只有心灵美的人，才是真正美的人。在我的生活中，就会常常遇到这种拥有心灵美的人。记得有一次，我和妈妈就看到了一位心灵美的消费者。
一天我和妈妈去买菜，他给了老板十元，可他刚发现，老板多找了一元。所以才过来把一元钱还给老板。我心里想：这个人的心灵真美啊，多拿了一元钱，还要还回来才安心，真是一个不占小便宜的人啊！
美就在我们身边，只要你打开心灵的窗户，用心去看世界你就会发现身边许许多多心灵美的人！
我最喜欢的游戏
要说起我们最喜欢的游戏，莫过于捉迷藏了。
首先，我们让抓的人闭上眼睛数五十秒。然后我们都找了一个地方藏了起来。我想：藏在哪儿呢？我于是想起了以前玩捉迷藏偷偷跟在别人后面的招数，于是我实行方案偷偷跟在他后面。可他来个将计就计杀了个回马枪打，的我措手不及。只好乖乖被抓了。可我灵机一动一条妙计就想了出来，我沾沾自喜想：看我声东击西。对着后面大喊：“快逃！”于是抓的人冲过去，我一见他上当了，我就迅速地藏起来了。抓的人一见大事不妙，但有找不到我，气的火冒三丈。最后还是投降了。
春节
春节是中华民族传统的节日。
晚上,我和姐姐放鞭炮。我们放了冲天炮、火炮、烟花炮和各种各样的鞭炮。五颜六色的烟火把夜空打扮的像一幅幅美丽的图画。红色的烟火图象征着热情快乐；红色与黄色组成的画面象征着幸福和吉祥；黄色和橙色组成的画面象征着一年来丰硕的成果；绿色的烟花象征着春天的来临,我们将翻开崭新的一页。
在这辞旧迎新的时刻,我想到了过去的缺点和不足之处，在新的一年里我一定改掉坏毛病,把马虎精一定抽掉,好好学习,做事认真仔细,成绩进入班里的前三名。
游黄果树大瀑布
在暑假里，我和爸爸妈妈还有外婆一起去了贵州的黄果树大瀑布！你可别以为那只是一个瀑布那么简单！那里可是拍四大名著之一《西游记》的地方！
在那里我看到了流沙河、高老庄、水帘洞等等！走过每个地方都仿佛身临奇境。景区内秀丽的风景让我情不自禁，优美的环境令我陶醉其中，清新的空气让我贪婪的大吸几口！
那里的水清澈见底，从搞搞的岩石上看下去仿佛是一面硕大的玻璃镜，明亮而又清澈。美丽极了！就在从岩石上下来的时候，岩石壁上的水哗啦啦的顺流而下，滴答滴答的声音回荡在整个岩洞内。给生

我喜欢的一种花
我喜欢玫瑰花，玫瑰花红红的真好看。我想花这么好看，那我来种花啊！说动就动，第二天我买来一些种子，我把种子种在地里，我给种子浇水、施肥，过了几个星期，种子都发芽了，过了几个月，小芽长高了，又过了几个月的今天玫瑰花忍不住慢慢地，慢慢的舒展着胳膊，一朵接着一朵盛开。这是玫瑰树的微笑。我看着也开心的笑了。
一件童年趣事
在我的童年里，有很的让你意想不到趣事，不过，有佷多以经淡忘，不过，还有一件事，牢牢地在我的心中留下了深刻的印象。
在我读学前班的一个双休里我正在外面玩，妈妈见我没有事做，便把我叫到家里，妈妈拿出笔和纸，在纸上面写一个字，这个字我还没有学过，我还以为妈妈在画画呢？妈妈说：“你认识这个字吗？”我说：“我不知道呀。”妈妈又说：“叫你平时好好读书，你不听我的话，天天只知道玩。”妈妈给了我了个提示，外面飞的是什么，我说：“是鸡。”（因为我见过鸡和外面飞的鸟一样），妈妈训了我了一顿，怒气冲冲地说：“是鸟呀！”我感到非常的惭愧和伤心。

3、结合实例认识面积的含义，能用自选的单位估计和测量图形的面积，体会并认识面积单位（平方米、平方分米、平方厘米），会进行简单的单位换算。
4、探索并掌握长方形、正方形的面积公式，能估计给定的长方形、正方形的面积。
5、结合实例，感知平移和旋转现象。

“统计与概率”领域的要求是：
1、对数据的收集、整理、描述和分析过程有所体验。
2、通过丰富的实例，了解平均数的意义，会求简单数据的平均数（结果为整数）。

4、根据统计图、统计表中的数据提出并回答简单的问题，能和 同伴交换自己的想法。“实践活动”领域的要求是：
1、经历观察、操作、调查、推理等实践活动。在合作与交流的过程中，获得良好的情感体验。
2、获得一些初步的数学实践活动经验，能够运用所学知识和方法解决简单的问题。

各单元教学目标
首先我们来看 “数与代数”的五个单元： 第二单元------除法。
三位数除以一位数的除法和解决问题是本单元教学的主要内容。这是在学生已经熟练地掌握了表内乘除法，以及一位数乘两位数、三位数和两位数除以一位数的基础上展开教学的，学好这部分知识，对今后学习三位数除以两位数的除法起到一定的促进作用。第三单元------时间。
本单元内容是在学生已经认识时、分、秒，会进行简单“经过时间”的计算，以及丰富的生活经验和近三年学校生活体验的基础上学习的。主要内容包括：结合电视节目报表，了解24时计时法，计算经过时间，认识年、月、日和合理安排时间。第四单元--------乘法
本单元的主要内容是两位数乘两位数的笔算、简单的估算、连乘计算和探索规律。这是在学生已经掌握了两、三位数乘一位数算法的基础上进行教学的。这部分内容是整数乘法学习过程中的关键环 节之一，学好这部分内容，再面对乘数位数更多的笔算乘法时，便很容易类推了。
第七单元--------生活中的小数
“生活中的小数”是本套教材第一次正式编排关于小数的内容，但是，在一年级下册认识人民币时，结合“商品价格调查”的实践活动，学生已经认识过以“元”为单位的小数表示的商品标价，并且在现实生活中学生对这种商品价格的表示方式已非常熟悉。本单元是在学生掌握了万以内数的认识和加、减运算的基础上，在元、角、分和米、分米、厘米等知识背景下，初步认识小数，知道小数点，认、读、写小数，会计算一位小数的加、减运算。第九单元---------分数的初步认识
本单元的主要内容是初步理解分数的意义，认、读、写简单的分数，简单分数的大小比较和加减计算。这部分教材是在学生掌握了一些整数知识和小数知识的基础上初步认识分数的含义，从整数到分数是数的概念的一次扩展。无论在意义上、读写方法上以及计算方法上，分数和整数都有很大差异。学生初次学习分数会感到困难。因此，本单元主要创设一些学生熟悉并感兴趣的现实情境，并通过动手操作，帮助学生理解一些简单分数的具体含义，给学生建立初步的分数概念，为进一步学习分数和小数打下初步的基础。接下来我们再来看“空间与图形”的三个单元： 第一单元------旋转与平移。
本单元的主要内容是感知旋转和平移现象，能在方格纸上画出 一个简单图形沿水平方向、竖直方向平移后的图形。本单元的内容是在学生学习了对称知识的基础上学习的。教材编写时注意以生活中丰富的例子引导学生观察、比较、体会，初步认识平移和旋转现象。同时，教材安排了说一说、做一做、画一画等活动，帮助学生进一步体会平移、旋转的特点。第六单元--------测量
本单元内容是在学生经历了用不同方式测量物体的长度、体会了米和厘米的含义、知道分米、能估计一些物体的长度的基础上学习。主要内容是学习简单的测量方法，在估算较长距离的过程中认识千米，知道毫米及“速度、时间、路程”之间的关系。第八单元--------面积
本单元是在学生初步认识长方形和正方形的特征以及初步掌握它们周长计算方法的基础上进行教学的。主要内容是认识面积和面积单位，探索、掌握并会用长方形、正方形面积计算公式。这些内容不仅在日常生活中有着广泛的应用，而且是学生今后学习习近平行四边形、三角形、梯形以及圆面积的基础。
最后我们看一下“统计与概率”的一个单元： 第五单元---------统计
本单元教材内容是在学生对数据的收集、整理、描述和分析过程有所体验，认识了统计表和条形统计图，并能根据统计图、统计表提出并解答简单问题的基础上安排的。教材主要是引导学生通过丰富的事例，了解平均数的意义，学会求简单数据的平均数。

一、指导思想：
帮教后进生就是以“以爱动其心，以严导其行”积极开展帮教活动，从课堂入手，课前及时提示，跟踪辅导，采取督促与激励双结合的方法促进孩子养成良好行为习惯，培养学生自尊、自爱、自律、自强的意识，提高学生学习成绩。并且建立群体合作小组，树立榜样，从而达成内化促进。为了使教育效果更好与家长要及时沟通，确定阶段提高目标。
教育过程中更多的是从学生内心了解孩子，以循序渐进的方式进行，和孩子做知心的朋友，当他有了困难及时给予帮助，使他在自信的基础上在创设的情境中逐步走向自立，进而在教师的渗透中感受到成功的快乐，使他树立正确的学习观，做人观，进而达到自觉约束自身不良行为习惯，是好的行为习惯得以巩固。
二、具体措施：
1、贯彻落实学校政教处后进生转化的各项措施。
（1）、要求全体教师齐抓共管，班主任工作要高度负责，后进生转化工作要细致、严格、耐心、到位、得法，做到防患于未然。
（2）、按时做好后进生转化纪录，及时汇报总结转化工作的情况，总结经验，改进不足。
2、建设良好班风、学风，感染后进生行为。
建设良好班风、学风是转化后进生最有效的途径，要善于借助集体的力量来同化、熏陶后进生：
（1）、制定公认的班级道德行为规范，树立正确的集体舆论和价值观念。
（2）、加强班干部队伍建设，形成班级体核心，培养学生集体认同感、荣誉感、自豪感。
（3）、对学生一视同仁，做到班务工作公平、公开、公正，防止歪风邪气的干扰。
3、责任到人，相互配合，转化工作常抓不懈
（1）、根据学生以往表现和班、科任平时的观察和了解，初步落实后进生名单作为转化的重点对象，由班、科任协商指定老师负责转化，在转化过程中，老师之间要相互配合、相互反馈、相互帮助，分工不分家。
（2）、要深入了解和研究转化对象，了解学生的性格特征、缺点、优点，了解学生校内校外、家庭社会的表现，在掌握系统全面材料的基础上分析学生的心理、行为特点，为有的放矢地因材施教奠定基础。
（3）、根据后进生德育转化长期性和反复性的特点，要充分预料学生转化过程的曲折性，转化工作要耐心、细致，抓反复、反复抓。
4、发现闪光点，以爱动其心，以严导其行。
（1）、教师首先要掌握差生自尊心强而又得不到尊重的心理矛盾，用体贴与爱护的态度对待差生，建立民主、平等的师生关系。
（2）、要从实际出发，用宽容的态度看待学生问题，允许学生偶尔犯小错误，争取不让学生犯同样的错误；善于挖掘、发现学生的闪光点，对学生的点滴进步要给予充分肯定和鼓励，逐步让学生重新点燃希望、树立信心。
（3）、要严格要求后进生，哪怕是很微小的错误，老师也要及时指出并耐心地教育，切忌听之任之。
5、家庭、学校、社会形成转化合力。
积极与家长沟通，定期向家长汇报学生学习、纪律等情况，按要求完成家访任务，对学生迟到、旷课、请假等违纪行为，第一时间向家长反映，了解情况
